The experience was nice initially but I ended up with a very bad burn on my leg. I’m not sure if it’s a machine malfunction but my daughter and I both got burned solely on our left legs. It’s been two months now I still have a horrible burn please be careful when you go to this place !!!

Absolutely love coming here! Alba is amazing , always helpful and extremely kind. I’ve used full body cryo , the red light treatment and cryo t-shock. I’m happy with all my visits!

Alba and the other girls are great. Cryo helped my knee pain and helps me recover from workouts much faster as well as giving me more energy.

I did a full-body cryo and compression boots and the service was excellent. Emily, in particular, is superb at providing exceptional service. She made me feel welcome and was attentive with any questions and concerns I had with the therapy. I highly recommend choosing her to assist you if she is available on your visit.

I have been having Cryo T Shock on the face and stomach and have found the treatment to be pain free, beneficial with zero down time. Alba has been amazing and always explains to me what she is doing and the benefits. I also use the red light therapy. Great staff who always make you feel welcome, would definitely recommend this office.

I started going to cryo 954 due to muscle soreness. I did the whole body cryo. The whole body cryo works wonders for muscle recovery. The whole team is very attentive, especially Emily. Her customer service is top notch. She explains everything and making sure all your questions are answered.

The staff here is always accommodating and friendly. Showed up a day early for my appointment today, had to wait only a few minutes before they could work me in. Alba in particular was great today. Distracted me in a good way as I did my 3 minutes of Kryo. The staff here really enjoys what they do and it shows!

i loved it. Everyone was very polite and professional. Gaby took care of my friend and I. She explained in details how everything was going to work. Don't be scare about how cold the hydrogen feels as long as you move all the time you will not feel it that cold. I feel really fortunate for having access to such a great treatment at an affordable price and close to home. Thank you and I wish you the best.

I wrote a 5-star review in Yelp about two months ago, stressing out the amazing customer service the one of the employees there, specificly Alba, and I stand by what I said about her, she was absolutely amazing. Everyone working there is very nice and knowledgeable. My review today was about the cryo machine itself. I regret having omitted this on that first review, because I'm always honest when reviewing, but you know...they were expecting a good one and they also offered some kind of discount, so I fell for it. Now to what I didn't like: they have installed some kind of "internal platform" inside the cry machine that is not super stable; it looks like and feels like a bunch of flat pillows. I believe it's there to have the people's head remain over certain height when standing inside. When the cold air started to flow I jumped a little while turning, which Alba reminded me not to do, and I have to say the unstable base didn't feel safe. I endured the cold as good as I could for the reminder of the session and that was all that day. I came back about a moth ago for a second session. I stepped into the cryo machine, the lady (not Alba this time) closed the door, and the process started. I swear I did not jump at all this time. I just stepped into place; they also encourage you to turn so you keep moving to fight the cold. And on one of those turns, I lost balance (again: because of that unstable base) and instinctively grabbed on the first thing I had close which unfortunately was a panel that covered the nitrogen stream, it fell off, and the nitrogen stream was now pointing right over me. It felt like I was getting burnt, I freaked out, and I desperately pushed the door open to get out. I was helped, the lady looked a bit astonished and didn't really know was to say to me. I did not get burnt, but I have to say that it was a horrible experience that day, which made me not wanting to go back. I took this long to finally make this review because I din't was to sound angry or rude. But I thought I should be absolutely honest with my review, and I really hope you take this as a constructive criticism, so you can make positive improvements; if you fixed that internal base, there wouldn't be anything negative from me to say about your business.

Speaking as a long time runner and avid exerciser I can say that I’ve never been able to find something that leaves my legs feeling refreshed after 40+ mile run weeks. Cryo + light therapy = the ultimate muscle recovery! P.S. the staff is all amazing as well! Huge bonus.

Cryo 954 is great for regenerative therapy. They offer a wild range of equipment and therapy method to improve over all health and previous stubborn injuries that never seem to “go away”. I’ve suffered shoulder injuries to both shoulders in my youth and even after surgery my right should has given me chronic pain for some time now. I’ve personally been in their cryo therapy chamber and can say it’s AMAZING. Joints don’t feel as sore, skin feels tight, and the rush of energy is like nothing else. If you’re an athlete looking to get the recovering edge, this is the place. Stem cell, PRP, cryo chamber, cool laser therapy, and air massage boots are just a few items they offer. Not to mention the office has chiropractic medicine all in the same location. Check this place out, promise you won’t be disappointed, and they take extra steps in cleaning equipment before/during/after COVID was an issue.

They were friendly and answered all my questions. I also loved how clean the whole facility was. I will definitively book my treatments here in the near future.

I’ve done the cryotherapy full body and facial. My dermatologist remarked on my face improving and I credit the cryotherapy as I hadn’t changed anything else in my routine. This was after the dermatologist removed some precancerous skin from my face. I also noticed the disappearance of some age spots on my face. The facial is a calm relaxing experience.
