First time customer, really enjoyed the value package they offer in the store, That helps new customers to experience the services and consider the membership plan. The experience was really good and, because of that, I think we will do this ( Sauna. Cryogenic and Normatec) more frequent. Thanks to Bryan! and the team.

The Facility was Clean and Organized. The Ladies at the Front Desk were Kind and Knowledgeable. Booking an appointment was efficient and seamless. The Sauna treatment was relaxing and overall I enjoyed the ambiance.

Fantastic customer service on site, ease of scheduling, and services available in a super convenient way. Used them on a trip in town for a sporting event, and they made it easy to schedule and then obtain recovery services. Super clean facility, VERY comfortable setting (massage chairs every where!), and warm, personable staff. Will 100% use them again on our next trip to Indy.

Had a great time. About to schedule my second visit. Brian explained the process. I had a medical issue but he was understanding and accommodated so I could enjoy the experience. Highly recommend for self love and recovery.

This was my first time and everything about the services, and the workers were wonderful! My friend and I had such a great experience. We will be back together, and with our hubbies. We did the infrared sauna, the float therapy and normatec. ALL so relaxing.

Brian explained everything in detail before my daughter’s services, letting her know what she could expect. The cryotherapy and float tank made her feel 100x's better.

I have been there 3 times now, all 3 times getting The ultimate recovery experience. The first time the water for floatation therapy was a little warm at least bareable, the second time I was so cold, I couldn't stand it and had to get out sooner. Never want to do that "therapy" again. The 1st time I was charged 79$ how they advertise it on the website and in store. The last 2 times the guy at the front desk (not sure his name just he's only worked there 3 months) he told me a different price BOTH times. He told me 100$ or 100 something maybe 110$ my 2nd visit and yesterday he told me 93$. So WHY do they advertise 79$ if it's NOT 79$? I don't know if I will be back.

My husband I experienced a variety of services in one visit and 2 of 3 services had poorly functioning or broken equipment. The Norma-tec leg compression sleeves kept starting and stopping. I had no way to reach the staff and they were not checking on people in the area regularly. I ended up missing a quarter of that service because of the poor equipment. The staff person also made a very negative and embarrassing comment about my thigh size in front of another customer seated next to me. I moved on to the salt float and was not super pleased with the cleanliness of the float pool and the accompaning. Lastly, I tried the sauna. The floor in the sauna was broken and I ended up stepping on a board and re- injuring my recently healed surgery site. The staff were young and were having rather inappropriate conversations out front. They should have been walking through cleaning and checking on customers. We still have services from our package. I will never return. This is a unique place which provides some amazing services but there are issues.

When I entered, the young lady politely unformed me that they were out if nitrogen and they didn't have a nurse for the IV drip. I found out from another store that there was a problem with nitrogen in the area. It's weird that we are dealing with supply chain issues still. Anyway, the place looked cool 😎. The staff was super nice.

A modern, full service wellness studio conveniently located downtown with plenty of parking. While there are many health enhancing options here, I am only doing cryotherapy but find the staff knowledgeable about all the offerings. They also make an uncomfortable by nature experience as fun as possible but clearly care about safety and cleanliness as well.

It was an amazing experience. From the booking an appointment online to speaking to someone over the phone, to the arrival, through the float treatment and then checking out. Everyone was amazing, friendly and kind. Clean and Beautiful. Wish I lived here in Indy still, I would be a regular customer, but I've recommended you to several of my friends here, and when I come to visit mom again. I will be sure to book more services. Thank you for making me feel amazing after my flight, allowing me a relaxing week with my mom.

It was great, I would have like more when coming out of the sauna. Nasal tissue to be clear. Honestly, could have done another minute in the cryo. 3 is too short.

Sunday has a warm and welcoming presence. The facility is always clean, organized, and ready for use. Dr. Jenn gives no judgement to where I'm at in my healing. She's wise in her words, and an expert in her presentation and skills. When I walk out of each session there's a deep sense of serenity; a reset on my nervous system. I'm grateful for this holistic business being close to home. Tapping into their variety of treatments is welcomed. 💜

Great parking. Central location. Modern feel/amenities. Pleasant staff. Ease of booking, great intro price. Very posh looking front desk staff. Only issue? Location sinage from the road isn't good. Maybe the building number on bottom of glass front door? Or newish numbers on bldg. Google maps shows a red brick building. Not the new color
