Staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the facility is well kept inside. The infrared sauna has been great. I knocked off a star because the office itself is so hard to find (look for the office that says Accupuncture/Chiropractor). Need better overhead signage.

Very professional and great staff. They offer many services to optimize health and wellness. I did the infrared sauna, normatech, and cryotherapy. Also had an alignment, dry needling, and soft tissue massage with the doctor. It really helped with my knee and lower back pain. 10/10 facility highly recommended.

The FLOAT therapy (A TUB CAPSULE FULL WITH SALT) might be so amazing but the experience at the office was really impersonal. I received this as a gift for my 26th anniversary gift, and I was there for the first time, I was recommended to do it for all the benefits but when I went there, I was not sure what to do and what to expect. The office was nicely decorated, the staff was prompt to assist but there was something missing. I think the price was not bad, but my opinion is that a little more effort in connect with the customer and more explanation is needed and will be very appreciated.

I visited Cryotherapy Indy with my son yesterday, I did the float tank; he did the infrared sauna. Everything about it was relaxing & healing. Tyler wasn't fussy or pushy, just so calm & helpful. An all around chill experience. Thank you so much!!

This place waited until we were pulling up right at our appointment time, to tell us the bench was broken and we couldn't keep our appointment. The guy who called was lacking empathy and manners. We had to ask them to comp us for our next visit as we had driven an hour and a half to get there. It was a pretty bad first impression.

Writing this review for anyone else looking for IV Therapy. I spent $140 online for one of their IV cocktails, and called to make an appointment. They let me know they have no nurse and are not giving out IVs at this time and no appointment can be made. I asked for a refund. Now I have to wait 5-10 business days (they said it would take this long) to get my money back and that’s not cheap. If you can’t provide a service, you need to say so on your website. There shouldn’t be an option for customers to purchase it.

I love this place. Most effective weekly combination: enjoy infrared sauna, cool down with 30-60 minutes of Norma Tech, then cryotherapy. My skin glows, my eyes are brighter. Reduced inflammation and tension. Little pains and injuries I thought were chronic have disappeared. Massive improvement in running and stamina. I sleep like a baby. Overall sense of calm and rejuvenation. Incredible. And if you’re a little apprehensive, the staff is informed and inviting. Fantastic customer service overall.

I was in the middle of a long recovery from a torn glute, when I found a Groupon for Cryotherapy Indy. What a lucky day! After 2 weeks of Cryotherapy and a month of Infrared my PT couldn’t believe my progress. I am back to doing the activities I love about 2 months ahead of schedule. I have to thank the staff who made me feel like family. The kindness shown to me also facilitated a atmosphere of healing. Sunday, Savannah, and Charity are lovely human beings. I highly recommend this healing space. There is something for you here. You don’t have to suffer anymore

Nothing but the most kindest, hospitable service you could imagine. Ive enjoyed every experience and plan to go back. For me, float therapy was even better than an actual massage!
