Chop shop for sure … feels like you’re going into a beauty school and not a relaxing nail salon experience .. also the tools !!! They do not sanitize .. blue bags where ? Because I didn’t see them and the girl literally got done working with the one client and just moved on to the next with the same tools . The stations look super dirty and seems like they bring their tools from home. Super gross .. honestly the whole place is super unprofessional … there may be good nail techs there but I’m not going to find out . No thanks … I think they should work on being more professional . But who wants to go to a place where people look like they rolled out of bed and there using dirty tools on you with dirty stations ?!

This place isn’t what it used to be I used to vouch for them even took my lil sis here but now it’s a chop shop very unsanitary and very expensive for rushed work, I got my nails done and over paid. I didn’t mind but I just wish I got the exact results I wanted. I probably won’t be coming here anymore a lot of red flags.

Came in for a regular pedicure + gel manicure - solid colors. They didn't use any fan to dry my toes and it smudged after air drying for after 45 minutes. Though i was sitting at the tables finishing the manicure portion so usually would have a fan right at my feet during that time. The manicure was frustrating as he put 2 clear coats THEN 3 colored coats where it looked uneven and was told he'd smooth it out with the machine... what is the point of doing that when you could just have an even coat to start with, avoiding extra paint, extra time, extra UV lighting -_-. My last place was SOLID with just one color coat so it's completely DOABLE though most other places I've gone to do at least 2. 3 just gets to me unless it's a very light color. Overall it was still not clean or even after grinding it but I wanted to get out of there asap almost pushing being there for 2 hours for basic services. NOTE: the 15% off for new customers only applies to whatever is the balance after the $25 deposit needed when making a booking it seems like most people come here for the extra long acrylics that are decked out with crystals + designs.. both the customers and nail techs were.. ratchet lol. music selection was on point though

Honestly so freaking sad, I used this place in the past for a really complicated beautiful nail art and at that time this place gave me the best experience ever! they nailed the design and i was so satisfied, that's why this time I was excited to bring my sister with me to get our nails and toes done for mother's day wooow what a total let down, starting with the fact that both of our nail techs legit ignore us and had full on conversations with the people next to them, like they didn't even made a effort to talk to us at all like not even a HI my name is nothing!! , on top of that the girl that I got was talking to the girl next to her and they were using such bad words it was so unprofessional, than the girl didn't even know how to do nail art like how I wanted it, it was so sad but I guess she gave it her best try wich is not awful but not worth what I paid for, like honestly before they haD such great nail art people right now im not so sure, if you want really nice nail art done and good customer service I wouldn't recommend this place at all what a shame

I thought my experience would be good due to my daughter referring me to Crystal nails but boy was I WRONG 4 days afternoon my gel fill which costed $70 6 nails the polish was chipping off I was so upset I just bit all my nails off

I went to get my first manicure on July 15th for my birthday. I explained to the manicurist it was my very first manicure. The nail polish was very thick. When I was done she directed me to the fans to dry my nails, she didn't tell me how long to stay under the fans or if she was coming back. I didn't really know what to expect. When I thought my nails were done I went to pay, when I got home both of the my thumbs nail polish were smudged. I called the salon right away and spoke to Adele. I explained to her what happened and she said they do redos, but they don't do refunds and said she would speak to her manager about it. I never got a call back. By Monday July 18th the nail polish was chipping, it was a nail polish I picked out at the store. I paid $20.00 for my manicure including tip. One of the other manicurists was gossiping to my manicurist which was distracting. It was a very disappointing experience. I am not sure if I will ever be back to this nail salon.

Imani, Makaila, and Michaela are great! However, the young lady who claimed to be the manager has no sense of customer service or empathy. I have been a loyal customer for months almost a year. When they want to reschedule my appointments, move them around, totally inconvenience me I just do it no questions ask because I understand things happen. There has been a couple of appointments before when I have been sick (I have an autoimmune disease, as well as have suffered with COVID this year) and had to reschedule an appointment, the other receptionist rescheduled my appointment with no problem, no fee. I didn’t want to cancel, I wanted to reschedule. Now today I had surgery which I didn’t know was going to be as invasive as it was. I had made my mother (who flew in from Georgia) an appointment with Imani for a fill and pedicure for tomorrow morning, however being my caregiver she is unable to make it. I tried to reschedule not cancel, and I explained the extenuating circumstances; the “manager” told me she was going to charge me a $25 reschedule fee and I would also have to pay another $25 deposit. 1. This has never happen before (if this is policy) 2. Where is the customer service? Empathy? Appreciation for a loyal customer? I asked her these very questions and she was just rude. Mind you, when the techs have emergencies and cancel/reschedule my appointments I don’t get $25 off, I just get inconvenienced. One week I had an appointment rescheduled 3 times! But, I still came, no attitude and tipped the tech who I had never seen before. Now just a little back story this same appointment was to correct some work another tech did just 1 day prior to my original scheduling the appointment and not only did I not have an attitude, but I paid for the service and told them not to take the money from the original tech. Back to today, I told the “manager” you rather lose a loyal customer over $25? I will not be returning at all. Her reply was well the way you are talking I am not going to allow you to ever come here again. 1. I just said that so you aren’t doing anything and 2. You “manager” aren’t missing out on income but you didn’t think about your employees at all. Just a sidenote, “the way I was talking” I do not use profanity or vulgar language that is not in my vocabulary, she just couldn’t handle the facts because she is not a nice person and gives the salon a horrible presence. As for the record every time I speak to her she is rude, unkind, and not welcoming. I wish I knew the other receptionist name because she is wonderful. In the end, DON’T GO TO CRYSTAL BEAUTY NAIL AND SPA!

I’m sure it’s not the first time my name has come up, as I mentioned in my original review I had an appointment that was rescheduled three times in one week due to bad service on the part of your technician. Which as I also mention I was very understanding about did not ask for refund or the money to be given to the technician that corrected my work but instead I paid the new technician more money and tipped her. As well as the credit of my deposit I was supposed to receive for that appointment was mistakenly not applied at my next visit, and I paid full price. Did I get upset? No. I said not a problem we will get it next time. There is not one person in that shop that can say I was ever rude or aggressive with them. The only person I have ever had a problem with as mentioned in my original review is you, and you are actually proving my point with your response. Not one of your technicians or front desk personnel have issues with me, when I am in the shop we all have very PERSONAL conversations and a good time. So it seems to me as I said you are the one that has no empathy, no since of customer service, and does not appreciate a loyal customer. I don’t care if I have only been coming to your shop for 1 month, I am a very loyal customer who has no problem spending money nor tipping extremely well for the services I receive. One too many times I have had to reschedule? Did you not read that I have an autoimmune disease and I have had COVID? Would you have liked me to keep my appointment? The FIRST time I was quarantined for COVID the Southern Nevada Health Department actually traced COVID back to your shop, because my daughter contracted from there. Today I had a surgery and I needed to reschedule an appointment for my mother who flew in from GA and is my caregiver, I loved your shop so much and your technicians that I was treating her to services there. Otherwise, my mother would have just walked into any shop, but I felt she desired the service that Imani could give her. But, due to the care I need currently after my surgery, she needs to be here with me. Unfortunately, just like many in the world today YOU have no human decency, empathy, or sense of customer service. I’m sure your technicians that know me would not appreciate you speaking for me on how they feel about me. However, neither here nor there the public will read this and see exactly what type of management Crystal Beauty Nail & Supply chooses to employ.

My first and second time going was amazing. Maybe because I got full sets but this third time was no bueno. My polish job was terrible. It came out very lumpy and the sides of my nails look ridiculous. Definitely not worth the price

Recently The last 2 times I’ve came here I feel like their service is getting terrible. I made an appointment the day before for a pedicure. I showed up on time day of my appointment only for them to have me wait 15 minutes and then have them turn me away because they don’t have enough time for my service. The last time I went before this appointment the girl worked on my acrylics for 3 hours and didn’t even do any designs like I wanted. I asked her to put a little diamond stud on my nails to have something other than just the color and she wanted to refuse telling me she didn’t have enough time for it. These past 2 times I’ve came here they are just so rude and don’t even apologize.

Upon arrival I go to check in & the front desk assumes my mother is here with me. My older friend was definitely not my mother & that was very off putting. I simply said that’s bad to assume, she’s like well who is she. She’s my best friend, that’s what I would of expected was to ask who she is not assume she’s my mother. I have a seat, & her and her co workers started laughing and she turns to me and says, she’ll have to refused my service. - So you can assume someone’s relationship & they can’t correct you? Alright - great service guys.

Worst mani pedi I have ever had! Atill have hang nails, she grinded the tops of my nails now they are rough. Also the shortest amount of time ever worked on me. The foot/lower leg massage was just the feet and hand massage was miniscule.

Best nails and experience I’ve EVER had at a nail shop. Misty is AMAZING she really takes her time and pays attention to every little detail. I came back the very next day to get my daughter’s nails done, and I’ll 100% keep coming back to Misty, She’s gained life time customer!!! I was very satisfied with the manicure and pedicure. Vanessa did an amazing job. However, I was not satisfied with the eyelash procedure. They were not what I wanted and a great many of them fell out the next day. I requested individual lashes and received clusters. They are excellent for nails but I would not recommend other services

This was my second time at Crystal Beauty. First time my experience was good, however my second visit didn't go as well. $120 (not including tip) and one week later 2 of my nails came off and 1 is lifting. Went in on a Wednesday, that Friday my jewels started coming off. After my nails I had to remind them I had a pedicure appt as well. It seemed as if they didn't really want to do it, also she only scrubbed the heel of my feet and didn't even lotion my feet. Although I still tipped both nail techs, the service was very unprofessional and I will not go back. Not to mention I showed a photo of what I wanted and let's just say I had a "what I wanted vs what I got" moment
