We were given a gift of two massages as a Christmas present and we were VERY rudely told that we were not “tipping enough”. The lady in front went out of her way to cancel our transaction to make sure we tipped more - by the way, we tipped 20% EACH ON TWO massages. They wanted more than 20%. It was nothing short of extortion. One and done visiting this place for us.

I will NEVER go back here. The positives: The front desk staff was lovely and explained things very well. The negatives: I went for a scrub and massage, but it was incredibly uncomfortable. The massage was done on the same table as the scrub, and that table was extremely hard and uncomfortable. I told her I needed a towel rolled under my back because it hurt and she kept taking it bac/away. She was also so extremely rough and showed no care. It took me a week to recover from the bruises. During my massage, several staff members gathered around me, talking loudly. When I opened my eyes, I saw six of the massage staff surrounding me, smiling and pointing at my body, specifically my butt. It was the opposite of relaxing. I almost left immediately Then I had a facial. The esthetician's phone rang during the session, and she answered it right by my head, proceeding to have a conversation while using her dirty hands on my face. To top it off, the massage therapist chased me down in the locker room to demand her tip, even though I had already explained I needed to pay with a card. The entire experience was very uncomfortable. I paid a lot of money on my birthday to feel like a sideshow and leave feeling more stressed than when I arrived.

Love the spa. Very serene atmosphere, clean and comfortable facilities, excellent day spa overall. Looking forward to trying some of the scrubs one of these days

식당이 엄청 더러움. 식탁은 닦지도 않아서 끈적끈적 들러붙고 음식 찌꺼기 국물로 매우 지저분한 상태. 닦아달라고 하면 여자분이 콧방귀 뀌면서 걸레로 닦아 줍니다 “걸레로 닦으면되”라고 분명히 들었네요 맛도 별로에요 찜질방이 먹으러 가는것도 하나의 재미요소인데 발길 끈었어요 차라리 위스파나아요 간단하게 스팀하고 땀뺄꺼면 좋은곳입니다 식당빼곤 깨끗합니다

Affordable, Relaxing, multiple spaces, free parking, lockers, wish for more & better towels, slippers, blankets in coed space, wish they would fix all broken items, right when you enter locker room tint needs to be repaired, broken / chipped tile in almost every room, not a high end spa but good for the value!

Smaller compared to Korean spas I have been to. We took advantage of their small gym and did some LISS for about 20 minutes before our massage appts.’ I came with my mom and it was her first time to a Korean spa. My mom enjoyed her session, though she prefers gentle massages. I, on the other hand, prefer my massages to be more intense. My mom said we should’ve switched masseuses. The saunas were nice. We were able to try each room once before we started to get hungry. We ate at their cafe and ordered the galbitang and shared it. It was yummy. Overall, it was good. The place was clean and the staff was nice.

A must-visit for every trip to LA! I highly recommend the scrub and massage package. The scrub ladies are meticulous, they will make you question just how good of a job you do exfoliating yourself😅I’ve never been so soft and clean. I’ve always had a positive experience and look forward to going every time I visit koreatown.

The baths: everything was as expected from a Korean spa. It wasn’t majorly clean, but it also wasn’t dirty. Unsanitary. The facial: the lady explained absolutely nothing about her process and proceeded to give me few acne scarring in the process. As someone who regularly gets facials, she should’ve not extracted a few pimples as they were not at the right stage to be extracted yet. The scrubbing: the person who gave me a scrub was someone who definitely just wanted to get it over with. They also used an exfoliating cloth that had either been used on someone else before or was really agitating, because it turned the KP on my arms from smooth to actual bumps. I’ve NEVER experienced that from a Korean spa before. 3 weeks later, I’m still recovering from it and trying to lessen the inflammation. I’ve gone to multiple Korean spas, but this was the worst one and expensive for what it offers too. Unsanitary and I will never come back.
