I’ve been having Botox religiously for the past 20 years in many different places and I’ve never encountered any problems till I visited this place. I really don’t like to put people down but my experience here was very bad. Ann and her husband are lovely but the results are NOT. Aa per Ann’s recommendation, I had 40 units of Xeomin in my forehead (I’ve been having 40 units for years) and I can honestly say it had no effect whatsoever; a month after the injections I was still able to frown 100% and I still had the same visible wrinkles I had before the injections. This has never happened before to me in 20 years so obviously I contacted Ann to tell her there was a problem but she said that my wrinkles were not going to disappear with 40 units…. Excuse me???? They always have! And that’s what she recommended me because she wanted to make sure I didn’t have to come back for a top up before 4 months! To say I’m upset after paying $360 is an understatement!!!! Obviously the Xeomin I was injected with was totally diluted or they used an expired product as there’s no explanation as to why after 40 units worth of injections I look exactly the same! I’ve been doing some research about them and what I found has made me understand a bit more why this happened to me. This information is out there for public knowledge but it’s not in my persona to divulge it here because I wish them well as they seem nice people but I’m disappointed they didn’t revise my case or even ask me to go back to solve it.

I really liked their style and the service provided. Ann is super fun and untraditional in her style, friendly, and keeps it real - she'll recommend things but never pushes and I really appreciate that. Dr. Rohrer is friendly and knowledgeable and will answer any questions you ask about the treatments in detail. Got my lip fillers and minimal botox and it looks great - could not have asked for a better look or price. I didn't have thin lips to begin with so I was nervous about it looking too much but also didn't want something so natural that it wouldn't look any different. Dr. Rohrer did not overfill or underfill my lips - he gave me just the perfect top lip shape. It really must be his experience because they were swollen right after but the bruising and swelling lasted only 2 days (they told me to ice it and i did) and now they look SO good. The location is inside the EZ care and you'll need to reach out to them first. Their hours actually work out perfectly for those like me that have a 9-5 job. Would absolutely recommend them and I can't wait to revisit for a VI peel next :)

I been here one time and loved the place. Dr.is very updated on all procedures. Crystal was very helpful and even worked around my income. Definitely would recommend this office. I look forward to seeing them again soon.

The first time I was disappointed that my appointment had to be rescheduled due to a family emergency. I'm happy I waited; both Ann and her husband's team were a wonderful treat. They made me feel very welcome and talked me through an unknown process for me. Thank you for all you do, and I will see both of you again!

The husband and wife who own this place are the nicest people. I went with my girlfriend to support her and had a great time. The wife is hilarious and I can't wait to make my own appointment!! 5 stars aren't enough. They are off the charts!!

I just got Botox for the first time last week at crystal lume med spa. I was alittle nervous but as soon as I met Ann and Alan the nervousness went away. They are so welcoming and knowledgeable! I love the way my Botox turned out. I look much more refreshed. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you so much Crystal Lume Med spa for making me feel beautiful again!

Ann and Alan are great! They were highly recommended by my sister. I just turned 30 and wanted to start getting Botox injections. Ann did a great consultation and numbed the area. Her husband did wonderful injections. No pain and took his time. They are opposites and I love it! I felt like family. Very comfortable and clean. Can’t wait to bring my mom in soon! I appreciate both of you!

Ann and the doctor are amazing, literally a steal when it comes to pricing. The doctors 18 year’s experience put me at ease. The results are epic. They take before and after pics. They take their time to consult before each service. I highly suggest them. You will be so so happy

I absolutely love coming here for Xeomin treatments. I was really nervous to get any type of filler, but when I discovered they also offered lip fillers, I booked immediately! I had my filler done this morning and am beyond happy with how natural my end result looks. I especially appreciate being included in the progression of the appointment, allowing me to receive the shape and fullness I envisioned. I highly recommend this med spa and encourage first timers and seasoned injection enthusiasts alike to try them out.

Was interested in getting electrolysis. Anne was rude and short with me. The website states a consultation is free but when I called she let me know it was $45. I also politely & simply asked for advice on what amount time I should book based off the area I desired and the amount of hair and she refused to advise me and instead told me to hang up, go google electrolysis and do research on what I want and come back when I know. A reason I am going to a licensed professional is so I don't blindly make decisions off of "google research" but instead get educated counsel. Most unprofessional establishment I have experienced. DO not recommend. I would advise to look at the other lower reviews because it seems this bad attitude is a reoccurring problem. Its hard to believe the good reviews are real.

Husband /Wife team work great together. I went in for a little xeomin, like Botox. I told them what I would like to achieve & the amount of money I’m able to spend to get the biggest bang for my dollars. Very understanding & sweet. Highly recommend!

I asked to get appointment by buying groupon deal. She was very annoying and rude while she was speaking. She acted like as if I am asking her free treatment. I think this company have to learn first how to respect to customers. Then they can become eligible to get more customers

I had electrolysis done by Anne Rohror and it was AMAZING! Very little pain if any. Has helped my clear blonde hair that laser hair removal doesn’t work for be removed permanently. She’s a wonderful woman who is extremely knowledgeable about everything she does. I absolutely recommend her & her husband to all. I had a wonderful experience. Thanks so much!

One of the most unprofessional establishments I have ever dealt with. I bought a session on Groupon and made a appointment through Groupon, which it said merchant wants you to do. I showed up for the appointment, there wasn’t anybody at this location. I called the number on the front door and the person who answered the phone told me they canceled my appointment, yet never told me they canceled my appointment. They said they wouldn’t reschedule my appointment and then told me to get a refund from Groupon. Do not waste your time with this establishment. Terrible customer service.

Zero Stars. I made and confirmed my appointment a week in advance. I received 2 notifications that my appointment was being changed. The office was changing them not me. This was definitely a red flag. On the day of my appointment it was changed again without my approval. ( I have all the text messages and history that this occurred) I called the office and a woman with a heavy accent answered. She was a total B****. I let her know to not change my appointment and that her changing my times without consent was wrong. She refused to keep my original time and refused my refund. This was a total scam. It’s hard to say weather it was the entire office running this scam or just the woman that answered. If the doctors that work this office see this review, they should contact me immediately, I would be horrified if I knew my staff was treating customers this way. I see your response below. It doesn’t matter where I purchased the treatment from, you shouldn’t be changing a confirmed appointment whenever you feel like it. You changed my appointment on the same day I was supposed to come in without notice or talking to me first. When I called, you raised your voice at me, You were beyond rude and conniving. It was clear you were trying to scam me out my money. I will see that Dr Alan knows about this.

i got two tattoos removed here and the owners are extremely sweet! I would recommend anyone who needs tattoo removal to get it done here because it works wonders and it is affordable! High recommend!!
