I just moved here from PA and came to Crystal Nail Lounge and couldn't be more pleased with my mani/pedi. Fast in/out, great prices, friendly staff. I will be back!

I will never come back here. The lady that I saw today, I won’t see her name, but starts with an M. Please management, tell her to pay attention to what she is doing!!!! I never leave bad reviews, she literally was talking left and right with her coworkers, laughing out loud and not even paying attention to what she was doing. Rushing like the world was ending. She filed my nails with the machine so thin!!!! They are literally paper thin and my nails bed hurts and looked translucent, I know is going to take so long for them to recover. I was able to bend my nails, and I even told her. She said that when they soak your nails to remove the gel with acetone, they have to file it all the way down. No ma’am, never in my life have I heard such lie, and every single person I go to is so cautious about this exact thing. She literally ruined my nails, not just that, they have the most horrible shape. Every single nail has a different shape, while she attempted to do almond. Also cut my cuticle and made me bleed, for not paying attention while talking to the lady sitting next to her. I am so disappointed. Never coming back to this place.

On 12/29 I went with my mother in law to get manicures and a pedicure, I asked if I could get a new design on my acrylic nails as I just had them done recently and I was told yes, however the moment I sat down the technician told me she wouldn't just do a design and could only do a new set, I told her I had just got them done and only wanted a new design, she said no in a very rude way! I decided to go with it as I was trying to spend some time with my mother in law and just have a good time. The technician was not only rude but had a horrible attitude, she chopped my nails off with a nail clipper extremely short and rushed to do the job which resulted in crooked nails and the glue showing underneath, she pulled my hands the entire time and had me hold a blue light for her saying she had nobody to help her and yelling at me to make sure to point it at the nail correctly in some kind of broken english, the nail dust was all over my face, she never had me washed my hands or cleaned them herself and she kept on telling me in a very rude way not to move ( I was checking on my mothed in law who was behind me as she is sick and I was was making sure she was ok). She also kept on talking to the coworker next to her and laughing the entire time, at some loint when most done she said almost yelling it was $70 for the service. By the time she finished she put oil in my cuticles which were covered in nail dust. I reached out to the store manager via email a couple of times and have not heard back.

I AM A HANDICAP (LIMITED VISION AND ONE LEG WHICH DOES NOT FUNCTION ENOUGH TO WALK OR STAND) PERSON. WHEN AMY, THE TECHNICIAN, DID MY PEDICURE, SHE WAS EXTREMEY ROUGH! SHE TWISTED MY KNEE (TITANIUM) IN A MANNER THAT WAS VERY PAINFUL. I EXPLAINED I HAD PLATES IN MY ANKLE AND I HAD A KNEE REPLACEMENT, SHE CONTINUALLY JERKED AND TWISTED MY LEG. WHICH CAUSED SEVERE PAIN. ALTHOUGH SHE COMPLETED MY SERVICES IN A MORE THAN SATISFACTORY MANNER, SHE WAS RUDE AND HAD NO COMPASSION FOR THE DISABILITY I SUFFER FROM. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS NAIL SALON TO ANYONE WITH A DISABILITY!!!

Tammy took her time and did an amazing job on my pedicure today. Thank you! I was there a month ago on a busy saturday, I felt rushed and the lady who did my pedicure didn’t do a great job. Today, I was about to go to a different place but I decided to give this place another shot (since I love really close) and Tammy was great. 💐🙏🏽

I actually didn’t think it was possible to get such an awful pedicure like I’ve had some not some great one but this one’s in my life was by far the worse I’ve ever had. I asked for acrylic toes and she literally just left acrylic all around my nail bed made my toes way to think and didn’t clean any of the acrylic off underneath it On top of that she dropped an instrument didn’t clean it off put it in the water my foot was in and kept using it. There was also another lady who was doing someone’s manicure in the front who came over to see how dirty the cuticle clippers were she was using so she could use them on her client. The overall cleanness is low. I live nearby and always see people going in so I assumed it would be decent but idk this is one of the nastiest salons iver ever been too and I wouldn’t recommend it. I’m sure state board will be visiting soon

I have been going here for a while. I had a few problems the last time. I am happy to say this business stands behind their work. They fixed all of the problems. They were patient and kind. I appreciate how I was treated and will continue to go there. I highly recommend. Tiffany was magnificent. Thank you for all you did for me.

There is 3 nail salons in my area and I was way over due to get my nails and toes done. This place is by far the best nail salon I have been at. I am very picky on who does my nails and Janel was amazing. The gentleman who did my pedding did a great job too. The pedicure helped so much to de-stress.

WOW! BEST NAIL EXPERIENCE EVER! My friend and I came in today for a fill and a GelX nail set and WOW they both came out amazing. Not only were the nails great, so was the service. I did the fill (which is the pink french- attached below) with Ava and she was so kind, talkative and gave great advice in helping me pick my color. My friend did the red GelX nails and she is more than satisfied with the turn out. She went nail tech YoungMi who was very knowledgeable and was all ears when we were talking to her. Thank you YoungMi & Ava!!! Seriously can’t stress how much of a positive experience we had. When we are back in the area we will 100% be going back. We are so happy with the turnout!!

Been here a few times, and Tiffany is wonderful!!! Most of the techs seem great, but some are rude and unprofessional. Tiffany was on vacation, so I got my nails done by a male who was clearly having a bad day. Still, I tipped him generously for what I thought was decent work. But when I got home, I realized my nails were uneven in thickness leaving a bump on most nails. Went back and the manager agreed to have them fixed at no charge. However, the lady (older with long ponytail in the first row) who had to do the repair was clearly upset. She filed my nails so hard, it left a cut on one of my fingers. I’m not sensitive, so I didn’t realize my finger was even cut until I got home. Not sure it’s worth returning, but if I do, it will only be to see Tiffany.

I probably should have written this review years ago but Janelle is my girl! I am so sensitive and paranoid about getting hurt bc of some past bad experiences but Janelle has always been so patient and gentle. I also love that she will give me options on colors instead of just assuming. I won’t go anywhere else. Thank you Janelle! ❤️

I can never find a good nail tech in this place. Before my nails were ruined cause they grind it too much where it was like paper thin and they kept breaking to the point that its bleeding. I didn't go back for like a year to heal my nails again. Last week I went and Jessica did my nails. Why do nail techniciams always in a rush?? The polish were like in my cuticle. I don't think im going back to this place again!

My nail tech Tammy was great! The message was amazing! She gave my legs and feet the much needed attention. I did the hot stones and paraffin treatment. It was a full hour of amazingness. Will definitely return

Run don’t walk to this place. Very nice people. Great environment! And fast! And I know what you’re thinking “if they are fast they will mess up” well not in this case. I had my appointment at 6pm for a full set gel and gel pedicure and was done by 6:55pm. Great experience I will be back!!!

This place is not a bad place to get your nails done. The ladies at the front are friendly, however, I am rating based on my experience this morning. My nail tech was Amy and she had nothing but a poor attitude the whole time she did my pedicure. I asked for their color options and she brought back one book that only had two pages. When I asked to see what other options there were she was visibly annoyed and even blew out a breath to show her annoyance. We made it thru the pedicure and I was trying to stay upbeat and hoping she was not my manicurist….she was…and when I showed her the color I wanted, she told me they didn’t have it….and not because she checked or anything. She just looked at me and said “We don’t have it”🤦‍♀️…it was then I realized I didn’t need these bad vibes in my life and walked away from the manicure. Amy should not be doing anyone’s nails, and I’m sure she will change her name tag after this review, but if you go to this nail salon and get Amy, don’t ask her to see any other nail colors than the book she gives you lol.

It was my first-time visiting Crystal after my daughter did her nails there, I so wanted to go. They made sure to be gentle while taking off old nails for my new set. The website was very easy to use to book my appointment also.

My friend introduced me to this salon and I love going. Always clean, friendly, and lively. I love Tiffanie. Her Gel-X application is always perfect and lasts 3 weeks, maybe more depending on how rough you are on your nails. I love how gentle she is when removing too. Her pedicures are amazing too. Every design I’ve asked for she has knocked out of the park. I rave about her to everyone that will listen. I couldn’t recommend her or the salon enough.

Sloppy. My toes look like my child painted them. I did tell my tech Carlos about the "lumpy" look and he first accused me of messing them up...then he quickly fixed. When he painted them again, it looks better but dried this way. I think the top coat or the paint is too thick and is causing to dry this way or it could also be that he did not buff my nail bed. I got a standard $32 pedicure...regardless the services should include a buff. This is my first time trying this place out...and won't be back.

The lady did my sister in laws nails badly (she can’t even show her nails here because the shame she feels) and then got up and started screaming at her in their language and made her cry. Her nails looked fat and chubby. Plus it was expensive. Sad day for the nail community
