Walked in yesterday to get a refill asked for a pink smile curve French tip with square nails. The service was poor, lady was aggressive when moving my hand and too busy talking/not focusing on doing a good job to the point she filed too much off the nail leaving me with a sore on my finger and a lopsided nail. Ask to come back in the morning so it can be fixed and she said no. This place has gone down.

Service was terrible and overpriced. I hated my pedicure seriously thinking of disputing with my credit card.

I don’t know about y’all, but the person who did my nails did a really good job. She worked extra hard to make sure it was the same length. Also matching the same colors on the picture. She did mess up on one nail But overall, she did good

No está tan mal solo que las manicuristas no se toman el detalle en escucharte te regañan en todo momento y ni te dejan hablar al menos yo que soy latina me fue así esa fue mi experiencia no trabajan mal solo q no te escuchan y colocaba traductor y tampoco te prestaban atención y si uno se va hacer las uñas debe ser al gusto de uno

Called ahead and made an appointment a few days prior. I arrived and sat there for 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment while they let walk ins start first. I gues they don't honor appointments, so don't bother calling ahead. The place had a strange smell in the back, concerning me for poor hygiene. I will not come back unfortunately

I World never recomend this place. I will never go back. The person who attended me had a really bad attitude; every time I would tell her she wasn’t doing a good job she told me that my fingers were deformed and that’s why the nails looked like that. In addition, she burnt me with the drill, even as I expressed it was hurting time and time again. The only thing I would recommend is the pedicure. The person who did the pedicure did an amazing job.

I didn’t catch the name but she was a extremely great artist, would extremely recommend, when it comes to nails, me and my sister were nervous at first n told her to do her thing and and she ATE, I’ve never seen my sister more happy about nails and I hope the stylist feels a great amount of pride in herself, great service all over tho

As a man I rarely let anyone touch my feet but the lady I had was patient with me. It was a really pretty salon. I got the Nu-Skin pedicure for a flat $50. It's cones with salt scrub, callus scrub, nail treatment, paraffin wax and hot stone scrub/ massage. The hot stone was too hot for me but she did substitute with more massage time by hand. All in all a very relaxing 30 minute treatment.

Constantly using dirty tools on my nails, rushing to get done, getting very close to ripping my real nails off, horrible place would never go there again. Went once, never ever again.

Don’t recommend!!! Not sanitary. I’ve been here twice first time satisfied and no problem. I was there yesterday 3/11/23 at 11am for a rebase. The tech was rough filed my nails too short for almond shape and I was to purchase a new set or have nubs for nails. The rough tech ended up cutting me terrible with the nail file and I request a new one after she messed up on the nails and cut me. If my cut becomes infected I WILL BE BACK WITH A CIVIL SUIT!!!!!!! This is the results of the second one……$60 for this!?!! I could have done this myself. The lumps and bumps are not acceptable these are trash nails and I should have never paid. I would have had them correct them but I didn’t want to be there any longer. This is terrible ans I will never come back to crystals

Horrible!! The lady on the last table near the pedicures did a horrible job on my nails and it was just a refill. I will never come back to this place. Update: when I was able to go back 2days later for her to fix it. She had an attitude and kept going over my cuticle with the drill after I had already told her she was hurting me. My cuticles on both thumbs were bleeding and burned for days once they were touched with water. When I think of the price I paid and the service, it really makes me upset. Very expensive for the customer service and the service to be trash. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I definitely felt some type of way. I went in with my mom and husband for pedicures and both of them were offered different pedi options and I got stuck with the regular one. Like no one even asked me which one I would like. Idk definitely felt some type of way and probably won’t come back.

I haven’t had a pedicure in a month. I paid for deluxe with gel polish total 85$ I don’t think my feet were scrubbed that well. I have to find me a salon that does the job right

I'm beyond disappointed in my service tonight $10off isn't going to give me my nails back that were completely cut down to nubs. My cuticles were completely hacked and not pushed back and the polish looks like my 4 year old painted them. I get my nails done to keep my cuticles healthy and I already know they are going to be a mess because she cut them back so much she actually hurt me. I've been coming here since 2012 but if ya'll think $10 is appropriate for a customer you literally saw hiding her face because she was crying through her entire manicure, I'll be going elsewhere.

I came in with a bad nail situation, and they fixed it. They could work on the fact they don't take appointments, per se. But if you don't wait directly in the building they will pull somebody ahead of you. If you have other things to do just know that you will not be safe they place in line. SMH

I don't recommend this place, nothing professional very dirty, flies and they didn't paint my nails told me to get up to take the color when I was getting my pedicure, for that reason I don't recommend it at all

I got my toes done, it was fine, but then when it came time to pay, I used Apple Pay. They scanned it 3 times and kept telling me it wasn’t working. I was confused because I kept looking at my Apple wallet and it said I had $50 on there and the service was $30. So I went to my car, got a debit card instead and paid that way and tipped them. When I had gotten home, I realized, that not only did it take the money off the debit card, but also took the money off my Apple Pay. I called and they said to come in. I went back, tried to explain the situation and show them that it took it twice. They continued to go back and forth and literally deny the evidence that was right in front of them. I do not recommend this place, they aren’t hygienic either, they reuse the nail dividers on feet and the flip flops. They don’t properly sanitize their tools. I truly only went here because the place I usually go to was going to be a long wait time and I was in a rush. So instead of getting a pedicure which I wanted at the other place I only got a nail polish change, so they didn’t use their dirty tools on me. If you look at my record, I don’t usually leave reviews, but they said they would send one of the payments back and it still hasn’t shown up. I don’t care about the money, but it’s the principle of the situation.

If I could give this location a zero star I would!! The lady had way to much going on to even pay attention to my pedicure. After I told her I didn't like it she got very rude with me. Even got the point of me saying I'd pay for the color take off she said no you pay half price and ASSAULTED me when I tried to leave.. If it wasn't for the manager the cops would have been called for sure!

Selena does an amazing job, she always gives me the shape I want for my nails and pretty much anyone can do your pedicure and u will love your feet!! Great place, very clean

This place is horrible! They only care about getting your money! They don’t listen to their customers and what their customers want they will do your nails however they want! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!!
