I gave this company the benefit of the doubt even though they had bad reviews. 1st, the sign said open, and I walked up and the door is locked at 415p even though, according to Google, they close at 5pm. 2nd when I try entering someone opens the door and says sorry your hair stylist isn't here so you will have to wait outside because I am leaving (great customer service) and lastly here is the real kicker, I scheduled an appointment Friday Aug 23rd and every thing was confirmed. I then follow up with Josie Sept 10th and she reconfirmed, tell me why I get a call at 421pm for my 430pm appointment that I left work early for to ask if she can come to my personal home later because she can't keep her schedule straight?!? So unprofessional and distasteful for a business. I wish I could give zero stars because this establishment deserves it. This was for his birthday party tomorrow, and now his hair won't be done because of unprofessional people.

I decided to take a chance and find a new hair stylist for my son. He needed cornrows. I finally got an appointment and got left hanging! I even got a text asking me if I was going to make my appointment, and still got left at the park across the street waiting only to find out that the keys to the shop "coincidentally" got lost. How convenient 🙄. Just lost out on a couple hundred dollars, and more clients,but oh well. Shoulda woulda coulda! I do NOT recommend this place!

Crystal does an amazing job. I was very worried that my daughters hair would not last throughout the night as she is very hyper. No issues her hair stayed all night she even slept and woke up with a great hairdo. she also did an amazing job on my hair. Loved it

Went down to there cute shop Downtown Town we had got a deep conditioning &haircut for my princess and I.well let me tell you we walk outta there feeling FABULOUS!!. Cori braided my hair for my daughter's wedding and it was beautiful!!!! I wish I had a pic but it was raining all day and I didn't have a chance. Great salon !!!!!! Awesome hairstylist! Thank you Cori and thank you Crystel !!

Crystal is beyond amazing!! I love my new blonde hair soo much she always does such an amazing job and I always walk out a happy client every time I see Crystal. Also she uses such an amazing products and her products smell so good too to add a few things too Crystal is very fast paced too and she always makes her clients feel comfortable during their appointment and she’s also very reasonable too! First of all this Full service salon is very Professional, Very reasonable Prices, Crystal is Awesome, she has been doing my hair for 12 years, I want to thank Cory Lucero, For my Reflexology and Facial, on May 5th 2022, It's like he cleaned all my Toxins out, in a Professional environment,, He truly brought tears out of me, Cleansed My Anxiety and Stress, This Staff is Greatly appreciated, and Lisa is a Professional Massuse, I feel rejuvenated, Thanks, Crystels Hair Desighns..💯💯💯💘💌

Freaking horrible. I wasnt happy with the outcome of my hair. I ask the young hair stylist name NICOLE to make some adjustments, because i paid money for my hair to be done correctly and i wasnt satisfied. She says i dont have time!!!!! If you're a black man looking to get hair done by her with extensions added to it DONT GO TO HER. she isnt good. some trash. wasted my 80$.

Got box braid extensions from Cory. And my experience was fantastic! Cory made my hair dreams come true, and they came out better then I could have even imagined. They are perfect! And not only that, Cory was extremely friendly, and a joy to talk to you. If you are looking for box braids, I highly recommend Cory. And will definitely be going back!

My first time there and I am so happy with the results! I've had short hair for many years and I am trying to grow it out. It was at a very awkward stage. Crystel shaped it up and made it look better than it has in a very long time (while still growing out)! Both of my young-adult daughters told me it was really cute! THAT is the best endorsement I can get!! Thanks Crystel! I will see you again!

Was dead asleep during the reflexology and I can honestly say the accuracy of Cory knowing my emotions are out of wack, definitely spot on!! & Lisa my goodness!! First massage and sheesh felt so awesome!! Vibes and the lights were pretty! This is for sure my #1 spot 🖤💯😁

Crystal is great at what she does, the best thing about her is she will tell you her EXPERIENCED opinion, if you ask for something but she knows it won’t look well, she will explain it to you and suggest a variation that would look better. I always appreciate and welcome an honest opinion. My hair and my daughters hair always comes out great and she is reasonably priced as well.

Crystal is very professional and did my hair exactly as I wanted. I had been recommended by a relative and told she takes good care of your hair. Crystal certainly did not disappoint. I found Crystel on Google and I liked that she did braids and color/cuts. She was very professional over the phone and asked detailed questions to ensure she could fit me in and she did! I asked for alot of blonde hair lights and since my hair is very thick it takes at least 4 hours. She was fun and knowledgeable. The other hair dresser Jessamyn was also friendly and chatted with us while Crystel was working. She made sure my cut was perfect and then the did the hairlights . I had messed with some box dye months prior and she was able to correct it. My hair came out PERFECT ! the pictures speak. ;-) definitely recommend.

Was asked to come in earlier even though my appointment was scheduled for later time. I asked for a haircut and I asked for layers with curtain bangs and I showed her the picture for it. The haircut did not come out the way I asked for. She cut my hair way to quickly and didn't wanted to curl my hair because she didn't have time to curl it because another client was waiting for her. I asked her to curl some to see how my hair would come out because my hair looked nothing like what I asked for. She did say that if I didn't like my haircut, I should go back and get if fixed from her. I have never had a hairstylist ever say that to me, because they do the job right. I will not be coming back to fix the haircut, one mistake is enough. And honestly $37 for a 10 minute haircut is way too much.

💜💙💚💛🧡❤💯🙏Crystal cut, re- highlighted my roots, and braided my hair in such short notice, she even called a few days to remind me which I appreciated! I love my hair so much now!!! Hands down the best salon I've ever been to actually, not over exaggerating btw, I have been getting so many compliments on my hair already! I honestly do not have 1 bad thing to say about her business! I am sending over a couple people over to you who have asked me about my hair!!
