I stopped in last night for a haircut I needed. I asked them to trim my ends and give me long layers with Korean curtain bangs. I showed them this photo and two more to SHOW them. Instead, this is what I got, and it’s SO BAD. My hair is uneven, and they didn’t even cut the front pieces, so they’re longer than the blunt cut they gave me in the back. They gave me bangs, but they’re so short. They wanted to cut them to my ears, and I told them, "Oh, I like them long, not short." I was told it looked good. I know hair grows back, but this haircut was so bad that it made me want to cry. I didn’t say anything last night because I just wanted to leave. My hair had already been ruined, so even if I complained, they wouldn’t have been able to do what I wanted or fix it.

Jackie & Elie do great kids cuts Elie has been doing my sons recently and I love it as a mom of a boy I’m not too technically on how to cut his hair I express short, something easy for him to fix and then she talks to him and we meet in the middle we all get what we want and he looks so handsome!

What can I say. Culture Hair Studio is a great place for both men and women to come to for their hair needs. Jackie, the owner and the other hairstylist/barbers are awesome people. That feel good vibe upon arrival and greeted in. Feel even better when leaving looking fresh and clean.

I had an appointment with Jackie, and the experience was awesome. It's the first time in years I've been able to just explain what I wanted, and walk out with exactly that. Jackie is excellent with her questions and getting a feel for the person in her chair. The studio itself has a very comfy atmosphere. Love it!

Had a appointment when I was on time the stylist was not wating for 30 minutes and when she gets there did check to see who was next some guy jumps in her chair so the other stylist cut my hair did a horrible job never again will i go to this place so unprofessional

I arrived on time but waited 30 minutes past my appointment to be told there were two other clients ahead of me and they didn't know who I was. Wish they would have figured that out before I wasted 30 minutes waiting!!! I booked an appointment through Google and received email confirmations from Google and Booksy. Pro-tip: They don't take online reservations, nor will they confirm your reservation when you arrive in be proactive.
