My husband and I, been going to get massages at Cupid spa since the place opened, the service is great , I always have a headache and a lot of knots in my neck and they always take the pain away. I will recommend Lisa and all the girls that work there a 100%.

I go to the Cupid Spa every week to get a foot massage. It's a very relaxing experience, and I highly recommend it. Their location is perfect, too...they're right in the middle of everything.

Traveling to Charlotte and discovered this little place! There's a Starbucks and Wingstop nearby, so I got a bite while I waited for my foot massage. It was nice and relaxing, and I felt refreshed after.

Please STAY AWAY from this place. They will threaten to keep you there if you don’t give them the exact amount of tips they want. And the service is NOT WORTH the price.

I’ve been going here for six years now. Always greeted with a smile. They go to great lengths to please you. If I have different soreness, they always work on that first for me. Can’t say enough about Lisa and Nancy. I always give them a very big tip. They work very hard for it.

Went to get couples massages and the experience was HORRIBLE they kept leaving out of the room to answer the phone and schedule other people or to get things like the hot towels, stones- that were cold & the room was so hot. After the massage we tipped $10 just as a habit then was harassed for a bigger tip! I advised them if they didn’t like the tip I provided I would remove the tip and give them just what they asked for she then said it was fine never a thank you. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS THEY HAVE A SMALL STINKY LOCATION THE BATHROOM WAS THE BEST SMELLING ROOM IN THE BUILDING.

Called to make an appointment for 3:30. Showed up at 3:30 and they said the wait was going to be 30 min. No explanation or apology. If you’re unavailable, just say that before people make the drive.

If you like being spoken down upon, demand money up front, and rudely spoken to, this place is perfect. Rudest service I’ve ever seen at a spa and left before I even got my service because I was disgusted of how rude one lady was.

I’ve been many time at this place before that they were doing OK but after that I’ve been there about two or three times I request one girl her name is Nancy and they let somebody else do it. She didn’t want to do my massage, so I am so disappointed.

Pros: - good prices - same day availability some times Cons: - not a place where you can relax since they will be speaking loudly the entire time. - arrived on time and waited 15 mins to get service - demanded tip, even though the service was cut short and not on time - I won’t go back

They demand money up front, and after they're done, they are never happy with the tips. They rudely speak to you, and when I told them that I will never comeback there, I was told, to not come back. They want the money upfront because they know that they are running and scam business.

This place is incredible and they have amazing prices. I’ve brought a ton of people over the years and they always love the foot massages as much as I do. The women who work here are so sweet and talented! So thankful they are here, now that i’ve moved back to the city I come about once a week!

Sundays seem to be busy, I recommend making an appointment. The atmosphere is relaxing. The foot massage was decent. I felt like the lady was distracted and not focused on what she was doing.

Currently my favorite massage parlor. Very very good prices, and a great massage. Wish it was located closer to where I live, but unfortunately it's 2.5 hours away. I highly recommend trying this location out.

Great service for a low price! I have come here multiple times with back pain and for just $45 they will give a full back massage which includes them walking on your back. When I leave, the pain is gone and I saved myself a trip to the chiropractor. Just note, often none of the staff speak English well.

I loved this place , stopped in trying to use my FSA before the end of the year which they do take , I was greeted by a very nice women that lead me and my husband into a room for our couples massage . It was one of the best massages I have ever received. They will now be in my massage rotation !!!

I was a walkin. I told the lady what service I wanted (60 minute foot and shoulder)she said Ok and 10 minutes into the service she said it would be 30 minutes . I said no I showed her on the website what I wanted she said Ok. 5 minutes later she asked asked again 30 minutes Ok? Amd told me they have appointments. Then you simply tell me no i cant take you now. I said no she told me 30 minutes was plenty of time. Ummm that's not how any of this works. Extremely annoyed!!

This business is super unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend it. We booked an appointment and were parking and the lady called us three times send they were closing early and then decided they were super busy. Just go somewhere elss.

Used to love this place. Now every time I call it’s we close at 9:30, today it’s 9. Will find another regular place to go.
