Got a pedicure and my gel polish wasn't totally removed. The owner gave false information and said my nail was thin. He polished over the existing polish. Had I known he didn't have gel polish remover I would not have wasted my time, never again.

Fast efficient and frankly it's quiet in there and feels safe lol I'm an anxious person and I would recommend going plus the lights aren't to bright as well so easy on the eyes

First time here and I left with mixed emotions. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. But I asked for a pedi and full set same color champagne color in gel. Got pedi in the color I picked but my nails ended up a gray color with 2 tones and in powder. Didn’t think much of It I was trusting the process. Plus the guy said it will changed color ones he was done. Uhm no it did not. Plus he did not file correctly I have that power stuff stuck to part of my finger. I also got my lashes done, not sure how I feel about it. I asked natural and they look fake to me.

The staff is so friendly and sweet. They have always done such a great job with my nails! I’ve also had waxes and facials done with them and all experiences have been really great.

This place is terrible! Me and my mom went bc my mom received a gift certificate to it for Mother’s Day so usually we don’t go. I asked for a simple Design with js white nails for the 4th of July the guy was being super complicated so I js decided to go with a basic pink color he didn’t no take his time at all! He rushed through it. The painting job was so bad like when I left I had to peel the paint off of my skin. My nails started lifting with in week of getting them it was actually so bad that the next time I go my nails done the lady’s were talking abt how bad they were lifted. The guy was rude I do not recommend!!

KEVIN IS PLEASANT BUT HIS WORK IS MESSY AND NOT NEAT AND CRISP! IYKYK!!!! IF YOU NEED A QUICK DATE NIGHT FIX OR COLOR, POSSIBLY RECOMMEND DUE TO CONVENIENCE...... NAIL GLUE ARE ALWAYS ON FINGERS, DO NOT ASK FOR FREE HAND DESIGNS, HE STRUGGLES!!!!. EYEBROW ARCH IS NICE, IF DONE BY KEVIN ONLY!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. MEDIOCRE BY FAR.. IVE BEEN A CLIENT FOR MANY SERVICE...IM DONE!!!!! URBANE NAILS HAD ME SPOILED. STILL LEAVE GENEROUS TIP WHENEVER I GO AND THATS A WHOLE OTHER ISSUE, WHEN IM DISSASAPOINTED BECAUSE IM VERY SPECIFIC AND VOCAL ON NEATNESS WHEN I SIT IN ANYONES CHAIR!!!!!

Had an wonderful experience. It was a nice vibe. We all laughed and joked around. But may be expensive to some. My daughter got charged like an adult and she is ten. But she got a design for free and so did I.

I moved to OKC from Cali about 4 yrs ago. Been getting my nails n toes done there since! I’m a trucker on the road 3-4 weeks a month, I always wait to get nails done at Cupid, it’s worth it.

Well tbh this was a last minute thing for me and my friend. We decided to get our nails done Sunday the 8/6/23. We wanted cute nails and we called this place since our normal place couldn’t get us in. Tbh I won’t be back. The guy was nice and all but our nails are awful. Mine are already lifting up at the base and they are not at all well done. The sides are uneven, crooked and poorly placed.I think next time we will just wait for our nail place to have an opening. This was not worth the money.

Been going to this nail shop for several years. Kevin does a great job and listens to what you want done. He communicates very well. He and his parents are very sweet! I do recommend this nail shop and I will continue to go there for nail services!!!

Very disappointed!! I went in 3 times this weekend and the Owner, Kevin did a terrible job. My gel nail polish did last at all. I wasted my time and money.

would not recommend coming here, the lady that did my nails nicked my toes multiple times to the point where one started to bleed. my toenails were cut very uneven and short and the gel polish was a completely different color than what i wanted. if i could give 0 stars i would.
