Carlie is so very skilled and has the most inate natural healing energy! she is so dedicated to her clients and is always looking to expand her knowledge. i see her on a regular basis and benefit greatly in both my mental and physical well being. she has a lovely studio which is very calming and wonderful to come to. i would highly reccomend her w 5 stars!

I can honestly say Carlie is one of the most skilled masseuses I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to plenty. Finally, someone who can help me unwind decades worth of imbalances due to thoracic outlet syndrome and multiple whiplash injuries. I can feel my neck, shoulders and entire rib cage loosening up and dropping down to where they're supposed to be and my posture is improving. Feels amazing! I am also doing the stretches she showed me which have helped a lot as well. Santa Barbara is truly lucky she decided to hang her shingle here!

Best massage of my life! Carlie started my session with a chat, likes and dislikes, and what areas I’d need focused on. When we got started, my favorite part was that she lead a brief meditation which allowed me to fully be present in the moment and appreciate the session. She truly lives up to her name and I feel I got an individualized massage focused on my needs- I was not expecting it to be so personalized! And I felt truly amazing after! I recommend her highly to everyone!

Carlie gave me one of the best massages of my life! I instantly felt safe in the space she created for my body to let go and heal. She has a gifted and intuitive touch. I would have felt comfortable asking for different varieties of pressure but she was so perceptive to the needs of my body I never had to pipe up. As a person who has received a lot of body work this is something special.

Where do I begin?! What a great addition to the Santa Barbara community. Carlie has solid professional knowledgeable with an understanding of the body mechanics. She offers one of the best massages ever. (And I have had a lot). First the space, it’s a renovated building with easy parking. The room is large with an area to sit next to a lovely Moroccan table that has an orchid and salt rock. The massage table is very comfortable as sits behind a partition. There is a larger furniture piece there with candles and just the right amount of adornment. It’s very welcoming cozy but not small. She has her beautiful healing bowls that she uses to finish the session. I love how big the space is and yet it feels intimate and cozy where you’re getting the massage. Yet when you walk in, it feels expensive like you can unfold your wings Massage rating - certainly one of the very best I’ve had Bar none! She carefully chose her massage school and takes her education very seriously. It shows in her professional work. She really knows the body and the muscles. She’s adept at reading her client and adjusting pressure. She used some techniques that I absolutely love and don’t always get, especially on the hands and neck. She utilized the warm stones as well as a warm towel on the neck and the face. Even the feet at the very end. so three small washcloths… She doesn’t spare or cut corners. She goes the extra mile. Because she is building up her business in sba, there are some incredible deals right now. That said she really knows what she’s doing. She’s not new at Massage . She’s just new at building up her own business. She will give you the address when you book. It was great because I could go to a nearby Trader Joe’s and get my shopping done shortly thereafter. However, I was in such a bliss state,. I just went home and took a nap. I highly recommend a longer session like 75 minute or 90 minute. I was able to really relax and go deep. I will be coming back and I cannot recommend her enough. I feel a little bit sheepish recommending her because I want to be able to still get in and I know she’s going to become very popular soon. Excellent package options and very fair pricing. - Especially as she is building her business. She has moved here from Sedona, but not a total newbie to our area. Anyways, she’s a delight and thank you so much, Carlie.

I have had a great deal of massages in my life, nothing has ever come close to the massage I received from Carlie. First of all, Carlie is genuinely one of the kindest people in the world. The thing I appreciated most about Carlie though was the time she dedicated to getting to know me, my relationship with touch, what I am looking for, what I needed, and how I wanted to feel on more than just a physical level. This level of dedication truly makes all the difference. On a physical level, Carlie helped me with my sciatica in a way no massage therapist had been able to do, bot only did she help through massage but she taught me ways to help myself when I get my flair ups. I received so much more than what I expected from my time with Carlie, she has changed my relationship to the mind body connection and to massage itself. She conducted a thoughtful interview, supported me in choosing my own scents and massage room environment, and started the massage with supportive direction that cleared my head.
