For many years I’ve had a very hard time looking for the perfect nail salon. And this is the very first place that has exceeded my expectations! Super clean and I loved how there were many employees. Everyone is so sweet I can tell they were all trained to work consistently and efficiently! I was treated very welcomed givin that it was my first time. I loved how organized and friendly the place looked. And FINALLY a nail salon that actually get an almond shape right!! And all my nails are straight. Not crooked or faced upwards like other places have done! They also did my cuticle! The price matches the service! will definitely be coming back and I will recommend everyone here!☺️🫶💖

I love getting my nails done at Cure, it's always so clean and the staff is very friendly. I usually get a gel manicure and this time I got one with Latrice, it's the best gel manicure I have ever gotten. It's been two weeks and it still looks like new. I also took my 5 year old daughter for her first manicure and they were so sweet to her, she loved it. Thank you so much Cure for the amazing service!

Usually not one to leave bad reviews but I am extremely dissapointed.. I’ve gone twice to the west side location and my experience has been amazing! But this time I went to the Eastlake location and my experience was THE worst. First of all I got a completely different color than I had asked for .. and second the girl was EXTREMELY ROUGH. I have cuts in almost ALL of my cuticles that hurt so bad and 2 of my fingers were bleeding whike she did my nails and she was just ignoring it, didn’t even apologize. I thought I was paying for a more luxurious service not going to a chop house..

I absolutely love this place! I am never disappointed with my nail ladies, Latrice and Ari! They are amazing and I leave the salon happy every time. I definitely recommend coming here and I can’t wait for the new location to open!

I've been getting my nails done with Cure since they first opened. I love the owners and the staff has always been super friendly. I've had a few different nail technicians, and currently I've been with the same one for years now. The owners stay up to date with new techniques and implement them onto their staff. Any time I've needed something corrected, they've been happy to do so. The facility is one of the cleanest I've ever been to. I always look forward to my appointments every month.

I live out of town but Cure is a destination for me when I’m in EP. Pedicures from Cure always last and are delightful. I love how easy it is to make appointments and the service and staff especially Monica are always excellent.

Loved the attention to detail on my pedicure! My husband also got the men’s pedicure and enjoyed it. His pedicure was significantly shorter than mine but it’s exactly what he wanted, and Ari didn’t try to push anything extra onto him and took her time with fixing his toes. Other salons we’ve been to in the area just wanna get you in and out quickly, not here. Diana went over the time period, and she let me add on additional items I wanted to do. She was very kind and did a fantastic job! My toes went from a jump scare to perfection!

Only place with Russian mani and I will never go back! Very clean, nice and professional staff. I’m editing my review to add that Mo is amazing! Super professional and did the very best job I’ve had at Cure.

I asked her take the gel of my skin, I’d assume she’d think to do it on all of them. I hate paying $75+ for a mediocre job😫 & I don’t want to pay extra for a “master” technician just to paint inside the lines 😭 she was also very rough, and made my toe bleed. Lida was sweet, but I’d appreciate consistency from this establishment.

This place is unbelievable, I called to see if they could see me for a pedi and they told me yes I told them it would take me about 10 to 15 min to get there and they said it would be ok. Then I get there, and they said they could only do a regular nail polish pedicure when I wanted a gel pedicure, which I specifically told the girl on the phone, I wanted a gel pedicure. Monica the manager came up to the counter and said I’m sorry but you can only do a regular not a gel nail polish, since your appointment was at 3:45 pm when My call to the east at 3:43. I told her I’m going to pay for it and I want a gel pedicure her response was “ Im sorry ma’am you were late for your appointment. This place is a joke, I drove over there for them to tell me they couldn’t do a what I asked for. I will never go back the manager was not concerned at all, as they gave me wrong information on the phone. Terrible management skills.

When I saw pictures of this place I decided to go because it’s so cute inside, but what impressed me most was my nail tech! Kristal is excellent at what she does. I got a dip manicure and a pedicure. Usually when I get my nails done, the services feel kind of rushed and not the most relaxing. That was not the case here thanks to Kristal’s attention to detail and calming presence! I loved talking with her and left feeling way better than when I came in. Cure as a whole is the most high quality nail place I’ve tried. From them making their scrubs/lotions with natural ingredients, good music playing instead of loud TVs, and their standards of cleanliness, they’ve definitely set themselves apart from other salons!

Edit: Changing my review after the management change at the salon. So far I have had Vanessa, Mo and Eliz and all three have been amazing. I absolutely love both Vanessa and Eliz. Vanessa is my go to as much as both of our schedules allow. Amazing work from all three ladies! I highly recommend them! —————————————————————————- I am extremely disappointed by the manicure I received at the cure a week or so ago. I used to come every three weeks on the dot before COVID hit. I took a break as a result and when they reopened I looked to rebook with Ashley. I found out that she was no longer working there and was hesitant to come try someone new. Eventually, I came back because I really liked the durability of the gels and hoped that I would receive the same outstanding results I came to expect from my original technician Ashley. I really loved Ashley. She always did an incredible job including helping me grow out my nails that are fragile. Her work was outstanding. Her manicures always lasted on average 3 weeks and the gel never chipped. This time around the results were totally different. The gel chipped in 4 days. My nails look like I have been growing them for a month now and one broke almost immediately. I am very unhappy with this. I thought about booking a Russian manicure in order to give it an other try, but became hesitant of keeping it and with a lot of thought, I decided to cancel the appointment. I also recommend the salon to so many people and now I feel foolish. I said the price was worth it. I don't feel like it is at this point.

The white girl with the rainbow hair was extremely rude when I asked for the pedicure water to be more warm. I also wanted "milky white" nail polish on my toes and she gave me cloudy clear. When I asked for white she stormed off mad I asked her to change my polish. I was really looking forward to pampering myself for my birthday but she ruined my special day. I paid for a Russian manicure and didn't even get my nails filed. Too expensive for a bad experience.
