The waterless experience is a game changer; My nails always look great; gel on fingers and vegan polish on my toes! I enjoy the waterless pedicure more as you are raised eye level to the nail techs so they are not bending in awkward positions with stuff floating in the water; better wellness for both of us. The hot towel wrap is comforting and relaxing. Plus there are no fumes or toxic smells throughout. It feels like a spa.

Cure is the best! The atmosphere is peaceful and everyone is so nice. Vay always speaks and greets me by name. The service is top notch. Vay, Ciera and Lexi have done my structured manicures. I’ll never go anywhere else. I live in Eden and it’s well worth the drive.

This place is amazing. Went in for toe nail correction, and Vay is the girl for the job. Friendly and explains everything she is doing. Highly recommended if you have ingrown nails. Cost more the first visit because of the braces on my toenails, no you won't notice them, but next visit was a good price and a good pedicure.

A refreshingly modern nail spa with knowledgeable technicians. Ditch your acrylics and SNS and start doing structured gel. If you get infections from dirty salons switch to this one. They make sure they sterilize all their tools and work stations and use waterless nail techniques. Best salon in Greensboro.

It was my first time getting a waterless pedi and Allyson was absolutely amazing! My feet are still so soft and still feel refreshed. Allyson was very knowledgeable and I could tell she is very passionate about her job. The environment was very clean and relaxing. My overall experience was perfect and I can’t wait for my next appointment! I wish I could leave more stars. Definitely a regular now! Great place friendly staff!

Cure is top tier! I love their structured manicures! I’ve had 3 appointments with Cierra and the time, care, and attention to detail that she provides at every appointment is unmatched! My cuticles are healthier and my natural nails are the longest and healthiest they’ve ever been in my life. These (pics) are my real nails! No tips or acrylic added! Pic with red nails are my first appt in early October. Pic with black nails from second appointment in late October. Pic with nude nails is my third appointment in late November. Look at that growth! I found Cure on tic toc and I was amazed at the videos I seen, so I booked my husband an appt here and he said it was the BEST pedi he has ever had and when he goes elsewhere for a pedi his feet doesn’t feel no way like they felt today. Vay, thank you so much and we will be back and next time I will be getting something done as well and we will be using his card 😊 (we seen the sign in the hall when we left). It’s worth the 1hour and 15 min drive.

Vay and her team are complete professionals with a beautiful and amazingly clean salon. I love the pedicure chairs as they completely lift you up so they can focus on your feet. They offer waterless and medical pedicures as well as other nail services. The hot towels and wax bags on my feet are my favorite part besides the soothing music.

The whole place has a nice and calm vibe. Ciera is great- I usually get structured gel manicure and have had a waterless pedicure that was wonderful! Cure Waterless Nail Spa is my top recommendation for nail salons in Greensboro!

If you’ve been wondering about waterless manicures/pedicures this is the place! The salon is inviting and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My pedicure lasts much longer and my feet stay so soft. Highly recommend

I rarely leave reviews; however, this is one business that is most deserving of one! I love coming to Cure! The atmosphere and cleanliness are mind blowing. From the very moment I walked into the spa, everyone that I interacted with was very nice and friendly. It’s a very calm atmosphere unlike most nail salons. Vay is very professional and personable. She explains everything clearly and gives you options, as well as an educated explanation. I can honestly tell she cares a lot of her clients and their expectations/experience. Very compassionate! Cure Waterless Nail Spa is the ultimate experience. I found my way to Cure via a social media post looking for a hand model. Best decision EVER! After my Russian Mani, I knew that there was no going back to the “traditional” nail salons. So much so that I scheduled to come back for a pedicure the next day. The waterless pedicure experience is like no other. Trust me, you will not miss the water! The attention to detail and the intention to build healthy nails cannot go unnoticed. Let's get into the aesthetic of the spa. It's always a calm aura with the green tones and the cleanliness. Just when you think that the experience can't be elevated, well it can! The ladies serve mimosas, mocktails, coffee, or tea. Please do yourself a favor and book the appointment! I promise that Vay, Cierra, Journi, and Lexi will bless your nails.

Hands down the best nail services I have been given. Both manicure and pedicure were amazing and both Cierra and Journi were very professional and gave not only excellent service but education. While also being very encouraging. I drove an 1.5 to get my manicure and pedicure with the hope that it’d be worth it. Absolutely was.

I highly recommend Cure Waterless Nail Spa! I’ve been several times and it’s consistently great. I get the structured manicure with gel polish. Lexi does a phenomenal job and my nails last 4 weeks without any chipping. The spa is incredibly clean, delightfully quiet, and relaxing.

I recently started getting my nails done at Cure (I may be on my 3rd set) and I love it! The staff is always friendly, the atmosphere of the shop is very relaxing, I always hear some of my favorite songs playing & the shop is very clean! I’ve been to 2 nail techs here (Cierra and Lexi) and they both did amazing but from Cure’s instagram page, everyone does great work no matter who your tech is. They do go by appointments (as far as I know) but I haven’t had an issue booking! This is actually the first time I’ve been consistent with getting my nails done every 3-4 weeks (the nails really do last). I can’t wait to try a waterless pedicure!

I'm thankful to have found Cure Waterless Nail Spa. I'd mostly given up on nail salons, feeling like there was nowhere that specialized in natural, clean nails. The space at Revolution Mill is beautiful, light-filled and welcoming. Cure’s waterless approach is better for the environment and free of toxic ingredients. While the structured manicure is slightly more expensive than a gel manicure, it lasts for a month rather than 2 weeks, making it a more cost and time-effective manicure. Little details like Vay knowing the natural color, nail length and shape I like without me asking go a long way! I love feeling like a regular, and I love supporting a local, woman-owned business. This is not just a nail service; it’s a commitment to healthier, stronger nails.

This spa is so serene and peaceful! The atmosphere is set soon as you walk in. It’s clean and always smells amazing. Vay does my nails and they are always BOMB! She takes her time and is very tedious with her work. I’m always satisfied. Cierra did my pedicure and her work is A1! Love all the staff here!
