I had the absolute best experience at Curl Cave Hair Salon! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the calming, spa-like vibe of the space. It’s such a beautiful, zen atmosphere that immediately made me feel at ease. I had the pleasure of booking with Moriah, the owner, and she was AMAZING! She instantly made me feel like a friend, not just a client. We had such a great conversation throughout my appointment, and she shared so many valuable tips and “gems” about maintaining healthy natural hair. The appointment included a thorough consultation where we really dove into my hair goals. Moriah is such a great listener and took the time to explain everything in detail—from the products she uses to her personalized recommendations. I was literally jotting down notes because I learned so much! By the end of my appointment, I absolutely loved my hair! Moriah’s kind words and encouragement about embracing my natural texture really boosted my confidence and inspired me to fully embrace my own healthy hair journey, just like she has done. I highly, highly recommend Curl Cave to anyone, especially natural hair beauties or anyone in the process of figuring out their healthy hair journey. You won’t regret it! I love Moriah! I drive 3 hours for her services! I began visiting after getting color at another salon that did not specialize in curly hair over 2 years ago now! Moriah has taught me so much about the health and care of curls. She has always be accommodating with my travel needs and even now as I am expecting a new addition to the family. She made accommodations for when I needed to sit up or take a break. The welcoming environment and her warm demeanor make it a great place for hair and self care!

10/10! I located Moriah and the Curl Cave on TikTok and immediately booked an appointment. For the initial appointment, Moriah throughly educated me on the current state of my hair and the vision she had moving forward. I decided to do the Big Chop because of the damage of my hair. Moriah provided me with the education and tools on how to continue growing and training my hair in the right direction. I just had my second trim and I am looking forward to my next appointment. I had a great experience with both Moriah and The Curl Cave. I highly recommend!

Curl cave has completely changed my curls. I’ve been going to Moriah since July and she has not only changed my curls but helped me learn to love them as well. I can’t say enough amazing things about this place. When I first came here my hair was incredibly hard to manage and lacked definition and shine. It is healthier than I ever imagined it could be and that is 100% because of Moriah. I definitely recommend coming here if you need help with your curls!

I found curl cave on TikTok after searching through numerous post on curly hair experts. My curl pattern and length was impacted after having kids and after only 2 visits with Moriah, my hair is thriving! Moriah is great at what she does and walks you through how to get your hair to meet your goals/ hair expectations! She also teaches you to appreciate your hair where it is! Love this place!

I have been to curl cave many times to get curly cuts, hair lightening & treatments. My hair health went from no curls & dead to curly & luxurious. If you want your curly hair to flourish go to curl cave if you want you dream hair. I added 1 pictures of the before & the rest are recent. I cut my dead hair short & now it’s been 1.5 years of healthy hair🌻💕

Zaryiell was amazing! She literally nailed my inspo picture and made me the inspo! Super sweet & knowledgeable! During my consultation, she taught me how to take care of my curls to make them last. By listening to her and changing my products, I had people already noticing a difference in my hair! Now we’ve did a full blonding with a curly cut and it’s gorgeous! I’ve never seen my hair look like this and I am stunned with the results. Thankfully I feel confident to maintain it until I see her again because she’s explained everything so well!

Great service and great results! They understand curly hair and know how to treat it and will teach you how to take care of it. I had a much needed haircut and had it done my Jametta Randolph and loved the results. Definitely recommend!

Finally! A place where curly girls can go and get the service we need. The owner Moriah did a fantastic job on my hair. Requested curly cut and she did it. This is my 4th salon trying to get my hair styled the way desired. She is working on a team of hair stylist to service all curly hair types. Wish her the best!

I am highly disappointed by the level of customer service I received and I never even had the chance to step into the salon. I booked a consultation online for November and paid my deposit. Today I received a call requesting to reschedule my appointment. I asked that an email be sent to me as I am not feeling well and could not focus on the conversation. The woman on the phone, who explained she was the owner, accused me of being rude. I again explained that I was not feeling well and was very tired and that having an email would remind me to respond when I was feeling better. She continued to explain that she was trying to create a good atmosphere for the girls in her salon. I then told her that she could cancel my appointment and refund my money. I am completely taken aback by this and surprised by this treatment. Thankfully my appointment was cancelled and a refund issued. It’s too bad that a level of empathy and understanding could not have been demonstrated in this situation.

I have been in Charlotte for 4 years now and have had so much trouble finding a hairstylist, until Curl Cave. I’ve never had a hair fairy godmother, but Moriah was exactly that. She's knowledgable, thoughtful and so confident in her execution. She listened to all of the things I do (and don't do) to my hair and gave me really straightforward tips that I could implement right away to reach my goals.My cuts are always intentional - exactly what was needed. The shampoo and styling are both so luxurious and never feel rushed. Everyone immediately noticed that my hair looked healthier and bounced better! Her staff is also exceptional so do yourself a favor and book ASAP !

I’ve being seeing Moriah at Curl Cave since June 2020 and let me tell you, she is the healthy curls and color guru! Moriah took me from jet black box dye hair to a beautiful bright blonde over a period of time (slowly, as to not damage my hair), and my curls are longer and healthier than ever! Customer service, attention to detail, and care for the health of my hair are always priority at Curl Cave. Moriah steered me in the right direction even when I resisted lol, educated me on healthy hair care and made sure I never missed a trim, all which has led to healthy waist length hair. Her entire team is amazing. Your hair will not be disappointed!

Moriah always does such a great job with my hair! This is my third time visiting her and she is very keen on giving me exactly what I asked for. She’s very patient (my hair takes 5 hours usually) and she also makes sure to give great advice on how to continue to take care of my hair at home. Look no further!!!
