Fast, precise, and very friendly staff. They are super cheap, but their service is worth far more than what they charge you. Would definitely recommend.

I got a hair cut here and showed the lady what I wanted and it was no where close to where I wanted. The hair cut didn’t look good on me. This place is really good for guys hair cuts but as far as women hair cuts go I don’t recommend. I wanted short hair but shaved in the back and she gave me a bob all the way around and way to short and it took so long for my hair to grow back

Excellent customer service. Fast and courteous. Customers are mostly males which require less work on their hair, which helps speed up the waiting time! The ladies there are very nice and patient!

Absolute best value in Lynchburg for haircuts. Super friendly staff. Saturday is usually the busiest and there's usually a wait, so be ready to put your name on the list. You might be able to knock out a quick errand nearby while you wait.

Great place to get a quick haircut at a very reasonable price. I do not have a particular favorite because they all have done a nice job on my hair. Julie does a great job and so do the others. Check in and then wait or shop around in close by places. They will give you a call when your turn is up.

Custom Cutz is the best barber shop in town. For only $15 (2024) you can't go wrong. This place is definitely busy so keep that in mind when coming. Barbers are always friendly and do an incredible job. Will definitely return

We have been bringing my 2 yo son here and even though he screams and cries the whole time they are so patient and friendly. He always leaves happy with a fist full of lollipops and thanks each hairdresser. Definitely helps with this anxious mama!

Each stylist here provides great service. You can't go wrong with anyone here for a haircut. From young children to seniors, they see all and take care of you. Have a frequent haircut card for you, so every 11th cut is free. Their prices are reasonable as well. They give discounts to military/First responders as well.

Excellent salon got to be the best prices in town and surrounding areas, Beth and the Ladies are all excellent ! It’s basic inside ,but I am there for a hair cut and maybe a clipper beard trim! Quality professional cuts and styling they are a busy shop off hour during the week are best may have to wait a bit sometimes. I am glad there here in Wyndhurst . Thank you all @Custom!

Great place! Stylists are all very good and even if you have to wait for a few minutes due to their popularity, it is worth it. Cost effective, too!

I don't have a partular person I go to, but every one I've had is very friendly and professional. This place is great with kids, and my sons feel comfortable here. I highly recommend and the punch card is a great bonus.

I was a walk in today. I wanted to freshen up before family came into town. The wait was really short even though they were busy. I was a little concerned about trying a place that I hadn't before, especially because I have curly hair. The stylist listened my desires for my hair and my curls are already looking healthier. I'm really satisfied with the cut and the quality of service I received.
