Emma was so gentle even though I said I'm not tenderheaded! I could tell through the whole thing that she cared about my comfort, and she did an amazing job on my hair! I gave her some inspiration pictures and creative freedom, and I love what she did. I love this place! Everyone is very friendly.

I used to come here all the time. I loved the people who worked there before. I once was in an accident where my hair burned off and I came in to get it fixed somehow. The woman was so sweet and gentle and did a marvelous job. The service there went down hill since then. The woman I went to did not do what I asked. I spent $150+ on my hair and I couldn’t tell anything was done. So the next day I told her my concerns and we booked my next appointment the following week which was yesterday. She was so rough and petty. She teased my head so hard in the back that my head is sore. She threw my hair in my face when I asked if I can study. She would speak pleasant to me but it was clear she did not want me there. The bleach was splattering everywhere. I know what she’s like when she wants to give good service and this clearly was vengefulness. She would slap the foil on my head even when she already secured the foil she would give it a couple extra slaps. She used hot water to rinse and high heat on the hair dryer. I was not treated like I was a human being. I complimented the way she blow dried my hair last time and she did not dry my hair the same way. She said “oh you like bounce?” Then used a flat brush to dry my hair a bit. My hair was so flat. She put the blonde too high after we specifically discussed I don’t want that. I just wanted to see that I had blonde in my hair. Then I’m under the impression that this was a fix it appointment. She charges me again! The quality of service is horrible. Also, she allowed random people to take my personal items and move them and not even tell me until I asked someone where my keys were. I’m so disgusted by this place.

💥Just recently found this GEM of a place.🔥 My hair was so damaged from steroids/ medication. Jojo and Guy have worked miracles!! Moroccan intense conditioner is a must have.. my hair has shine again.. 2nd time Guy, colored my hair with a beautiful chestnut color and styled it perfect with a Lil curl. (Which hasn't been done in quite awhile) Thanks so much Guy!! 100 recommend

Jojo did a great job of coloring my silver and cutting my curly hair! I love this place. They fixed my daughter's hair when she had done a boxed dye gone bad. They made her hair look great! I won't go anywhere else for now on.

Morgan did my hair and it came out perfect. She's the only person I let touch my hair, and she's always there to fix it when I mess it up by bad at home hair jobs. Everybody at the place seemed really friendly and like they really knew what they were doing and care about their clients. I saw nothing but smiles and beautiful hair all day as I sat in the chair for her to fix my black box dye mistake. She's the best!
