THIS IS THE WORST PLACE. If you want to WAIT 4-5 hours for a haircut this is the place to come. PEOPLE HAVE LIVES AND HAVE THINGS TO DO! I suggest you start taking appointments. People have lives and a FAMILY and we cannot be waiting around for a haircut. Please improve your customer service and SERVICE the customer a little better. When I have come here for my son I waited 5 HOURS before someone even acknowledged our presence.
