I had such an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. They took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. The service itself was incredible, and I love that they genuinely focus on what’s best for you rather than pushing unnecessary add-ons. Had a great experience there with my facial. Katrina was very informative on my skin care needs. She and the staff were very friendly and caring. Ellie did an excellent job explaining my Dysport and made the process painless and quick. Definitely recommend and will be going back.

I had my first Keravive scalp treatment with Kasey today and it was an awesome service and experience!! Kasey truly cares about her craft and is more than willing to answer my many questions. I'm one of "those" patients that asks a lot of questions. She's so sweet and caring when answering my questions and helping me to feel relaxed and confident in the treatment plan. 😊 I highly recommend Cutella and Kasey for your beauty/health concerns. This is my absolute favorite place to get my dysport or Botox. The staff is incredible and always makes sure I am comfortable. I always leave looking my best and get compliments on my skin daily. I am an Austin resident, but will always come over to San Antonio because Cutella is the best.

Wow! Cutella is superb! Today was my second visit this week and I’m so happy with absolutely everything. The location is very convenient. Inside the spa everything is beautiful and immaculate. Their customer service is beyond anything I have experienced before. They actually care about my needs and there is no pressure to get you to buy. As a first time client you receive a free AI scan of your face. Ellie, spa director, will go through all the findings of the scans and make a personalized treatment plan, to include hormone therapy. Everyone is so nice and caring. On my first visit I had a chemical peel and some ‘tox. My skin is still glowing and the wrinkles gone. Today I visited with Dr. Eilday Abyar who personally performed my stem cell PRP treatment. He has a peaceful demeanor and explains everything. I am delighted with Cutella and I’ll continue my treatments with this medical spa gem! .

I just did my 2nd of 3 BBL treatments and have been thoroughly pleased with my results, even after one treatment. Ellie is so knowledgeable and gentle with the procedure. I will now need to add my décolleté in the future bc my face and neck changed so much. Very happy with their services and highly recommend! Also, the staff is so very kind with each visit!

I researched many places before landing on Cutella. I wanted professionals, a clean establishment, and positive people that would support me on my weight loss journey. I found that all here! Everyone is so kind, welcoming, and supportive. I look forward to my appointments because of the knowledgeable professionals but also for the positive support. Kasey recommended me ZO Skin Health skincare to correct my concerns of acne and redness. My pores keep getting bigger. Our plan is to do microneedling sessions, and hydrafacial(s) in two week intervals. 🙌✊🏽 will update review after anticipated reactions have calmed down.
