I love how clean the salon is, the very friendly staff, and the efficient workers. I use Julia for pedicures and sometimes manicures, she’s GREAT… there have been times when she was not there or I couldn’t get her and they have put me with other nail techs and I’ve always been satisfied… The parking and the location is very easy to get to. Every Birthday and holidayI tell my kids all I want is a gift certificate for Cutie Nails… it’s my very favorite gift of all!

I have been going to the same salon for over 10 years. And I have been seeing the same person who does the most fabulous job with my nails, and toes. Thank you hope for always making me feel at home 🏡

I gave this nail salon a few tries before leaving my review. Each time I went they did a good service. However, they all treated me horribly - to the point where they would not greet me, or even ask how I am during the service. Julia did my nails once. She came over to do my nails, sat down and would not even look at me. She had her earbuds in the whole time and did not make one effort to be pleasant or make it an enjoyable experience. I liked her work and asked for her name - she would not give me her name to book an appointment in the future. She said "we all do a good job here, it does not matter who you get." Kevin also did my nails once and when I asked for his name to hopefully book him again, he did not want to tell me his name. I found this to be really unprofessional. I gave Kevin a generous $20 tip, and the next time I came back to the salon, he did not even say hello or make eye contact with me. The girl who works at the front desk (long dark hair) was also extremely rude to me each time. Each time I came for my appointment, she acted like she forgot who I was and didn't know what appointment I had booked. She has a really condescending attitude with certain customers. She was too busy gossiping with other people rather than doing her job and providing good customer services to customers who walk in. They definitely treat some people differently in this salon. ]I never once was unhappy with the outcome of my nails and tipped extremely well. I hope the owner reads this and does some training with the staff on customer service. Being nice, and treating ALL customers the same goes a long way. This nail salon has discriminatory practices that need to be investigated.

Hope is amazing and I love working with her! I love coming in and feeling like I’m catching up with a friend instead of just a generic service. The shop is comfortable and clean. Love going here.

I've been going to Cutie nails since 2023! This nail salon is always clean and filled with customers. Hope is my nail tech and she is the only one who is able to make my nails last a whole month without chipping nor breaking! She is also quick and efficient when doing your nails!

I’ve been coming here for 3 yrs now and love this place! They are so professional, never any drama. Jennifer does my nails and toes, she’s the best! All of the employees seem to enjoy working here and they have a ton of regulars. I think that speaks volumes, that customers always come back. :)

I’ve been coming to this salon for several years after being disappointed over and over at a previous salon. I found my girl Julia here and haven’t looked back since !! She is very much a professional as well as a perfectionist !! She introduced me to “hard gel” since I’m pretty rough on a regular gels. Wow what a wonderful product that no one else recommended in the past. I’m very satisfied with both the product and the price I pay. PS … Moe at the front desk is amazing as well. So friendly !!!

I’ve been going to this salon and Hope for at least 4 years now! Great space with lots of choices on polishes and service. Everyone here is always friendly and the salon is very clean. I’ve moved further away from the salon now, but Hope is the reason I continue to come back. She is absolutely the best and we always have good convo. She is so patient went I want to try fun new designs and I’m always out in about an hour. I look forward to my regular appointments with her. I truly can’t recommend Cutie more!

Posting on behalf of my wife Ebony. My wife comes here as a regular. Jennifer is amazing at nail art and design Ebony always leaves happy and the nails are strong they last 3 weeks between appointments.The store is very clean and tidy, pretty also.
