Had an amazing experience with Val and Siobhan today for the most detailed color of my life. I’ve been getting my hair bleached for years and never had someone who cared as much as Val did. Both haircuts I’ve had from Siobhan have been excellent and they grow in so well. Thank you both!

I can't recommend CutLoose enough! The entire environment is so exciting and full of life, and all the hair artists are welcoming and so much fun to be around. Cutloose's focus on making everyone feel taken care of, and by having the best of the best curate your hair is what sets them apart! I got my hair done by Val before New Years and I can't recommend her enough. I wanted to go from my overgrown choppy bob to a shaggy pixie, and she not only did exactly that, but so much more incredible than I could have ever imagined! The amount of precision and time she took to make sure my hair looked the way I wanted it to be is truly commendable. Thank you so much Val for the hair of my dreams! Can't wait to be back soon!

I’ve tried many places and this place is the best! My hair is a short pixie cut that is easy to botch. Val is amazing and will cut a pixie cut like none other. A true testament is that I hadn’t had my hair cut in quite awhile as I was growing it out for a different cut and it still looked great. I’ve had many pixie cuts that grow out and look like crap. If you have short hair and are tired of people messing it up go to Val!!! She has been cutting my hair for over a year and I’ve never been disappointed!!!

Just had a fabulous experience with Nina. She turned my blah bob into more of a fun shag. Love my new layers and bangs. Nina was very easy to communicate with and clearly understood what I was going for. Overall, great salon experience and i really appreciate the relatively low price tag.

I’m not using fancy products or expensive styling tools—I barely even know what I’m doing with a hairdryer—but my hair always turns out beautifully. Amber has been doing my hair for years and I can't recommend her enough! Not only is she the sweetest human on the planet but she has also made my hair every color under the sun. You're missing out if you don't get a cut from her too. Her shags and mullets are unmatched!

I love this salon! I've been going to see Heath for a few years now, you should book him. I also love this space, if you need a cute aesthetic featuring a giant disco ball and one of those couches that is a pair of lips, this is your salon. Very cute, very what you need.

I’ve been coming to Heath the last couple years, & he’s done so many of my hair transformations! Trusted him with my first shag, then to a shag mullet, to a flawless platinum blonde and then back to a warm brunette… I get compliments quite literally everywhere I go! Terrance was absolutely amazing! She fixed my botched ass hair from a different salon🫶🏼. The lady I had at a different salon literally did not give me what I had asked for (I wanted to be blonde) and when I looked into the mirror I was still brunette. She also told me I needed to come in multiple times if I wanted my hair to be the type of blonde that I showed her in a picture. If that were true, then why was Terrance able to get my hair to the blonde that I wanted with only one session??!! Terrance is my savior!!! I knew from her professional way of talking to me and her meticulous technique, that I was in good hands. 10/10 love love love.

Went to Val for a lived in blonde look and a long haircut and I couldn’t be happier. Along with highlights, she gave me a root tap and toned my hair to buttery perfect. The salon has a great energy and everyone is so fun to talk to. I’m excited to go back and will recommend to all my friends!

Cy Blankinship has been cutting my hair for over 6 years now! He always does a great job with my cut and color. I have very thick, naturally curly hair and I have to be very selective with my hair services. He takes his time and will give you his professional advice if something will work or not. Ive sent multiple friends to him over the years and they've also always been happy with their results.

I don’t think I’ve ever truly had a great haircut until I booked with Randi at Cutloose. She was so knowledgeable, and had a recommendation on how to solve every one of hair qualms (and she explained every step of the way). She also taught me to properly style my waves/curls and am now finally embracing them vs constantly using heat. Will definitely be back!

I followed Cy Blankinship here because I honestly can not imagine anyone else in NYC doing my hair. The space itself is incredibly cool and chic and the music was eclectic which I really enjoyed. I have seen Randi twice, and I plan on continuing! She perfectly understands my vision and knows exactly how to personalize each person's look. I wish I could return sooner, but my hair is still too fresh! I have gotten compliments nonstop, and the style is versatile. Highly recommend!!!

Val is the best, never had my hair dyed or bleached before and she walked me through it and spoke about tones in a way that I could understand. Super super happy with the results. cy has been doing my hair for almost a year now and has been so incredibly patient and helpful with my journey back to blonde after box dye (oops). he has also given me my favorite cut of all time and it’s so incredibly easy to style myself. genuinely adore him and his work and the cutloose studio is such a great vibe. :)

Heath did such an amazing job and gave me my dream hair. We went with a lavender color which eventually faded into a stunning platinum blonde, and I'm super happy how it all turned out! Heath is also super sweet and personable. Highly recommend!

I just got a phenomenal haircut from Randi. She completely transformed my long bob with bangs while keeping the basic idea intact. She worked with the natural texture and flow of my hair to create something with more style and more volume, that is really easy to style. I haven’t been this happy with a haircut in years.
