Once again I wait on this place to open. This hasn’t been my first time here waiting for them to open seems they’re ALWAYS late by 5-15 minutes once I even waited for 29 minutes for someone to arrive. As I waited today 2 customers came and left including me after waiting 14 minutes. And the lady who often opens the store and cut my hair twice doesn’t even speak or understand English.

Kim is amazing. As we are native and our hair is special to us…. it was my baby’s first hair cut (she’s seven and has been asking for quite some time) her hair was well below her waist. Kim was so patient and attentive and so so sweet and gave my daughter the exact wolf cut she wanted! My daughters eyes glowed when kim turned that chair around for her to see! Ask for kim she’s great! Thank you Kim!

I went in to get my son a perm and they told me the wait was an hour. Waited for 2 hours and they tended to people who had arrived after I did. They only had two hair stylists. Terrible service overall. Do not recommend.

Solo iba por un corte de puntas , fue muy rápido y sencillo. Ana es muy amable y atenta, escucha que necesitas y ofrece sugerencias antes de cortar el cabello.

Kim is an absolute rockstar. She is attentive and friendly. I would put her up against any “stylist / barber” and she would win in a cutt-off battle. Her mom also works there and is just a sweet person, but I always prefer Kim to cut my hair. They are closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Google says open on Mondays until 7pm. Door on business says the same. Went at 445pm and it was closed. Hours at this location are never consistent.

I got my hair permed here a few days ago and they did an amazing job! Very friendly service and my hair looks great. I will definitely be coming back in a few months for more perms in the future.

I showed her a picture of the hair style I wanted and the final result wasn't even close. Best option is to ask for Kimberly for the haircut.

Always a wait! Not only that when there's a line one of the ladies have been sweeping for the past 10 mins. If you can go somewhere else I'd highly recommend it!

Been here several times with different stylists and have always had a great experience. Friendly staff, listen to what the customer requests. Kim is efficient and makes the service pleasurable. Engages in good conversation all while completing my cut to my requests. Price is great to compared to other area salons. Highly recommend and will continue going.

Firstly, I showed up at opening time and sat there for thirty minutes. Nobody showed so I came back later. I went in for a simple trim to touch up my layers in order to reduce the amount of some hair dye I had from a prior coloring. The stylist was very nice, but she absolutely butchered my hair. She was very fast and lacked any precision, each layer sat on top of the other and it looked ridiculous, no blend at all. As she worked speedily, she combed through my hair without being attentive to anything else and ripped my earring out of my cartilage piercing with the comb. It was super painful. I’ve had good experiences here but will not be returning after this one, it was a train wreck all around.

The cuts are good but i go before work and get there at 10 and each time Ive gone the employees are there late and it leaves me in a rush. It's inconvenient to say you open at 10 and they're not ready to go at 10 they are opening the doors and setting up late.

This is the lowest quality barber I've had in a long time. I went in wanting a hair cut and they didn't attend to me for a while and seemed to ignore me. Then when they did give me attention the lady couldn't understand what I was asking for since she speaks Spanish but the English speaking one was on her phone watching videos instead of acting on stand by. She had to be called out to multiple times to act on translation. Anyway the image in question I had asked for my hair to be done in was failed on there end. They said some garbage about 5 or 8 or somthing dispite that not changing the fact the shape of the hair was not correct. They then had the balls to talk about me being "rude" the entire time. This is one of those stores that have a small niche user base of customers and as such they feel comfortable acting like insufferable entitled losers. If you want a quality hair cut go somewhere else this place is Inconsiderate to new customers and has employees with the emotional maturity of teenagers.

Walked up to the door at 4:30 PM to get a haircut. The girl hurries to meet me at the door and lock it before I can get in..."the lady is tired and we're closing" Pathetic excuse for a business. STAY AWAY!
