My son was brought in to get a fade and left with his hair trimmed unevenly and no fade at all. Note a picture was shown to the stylist prior and confirmed they could do what was asked of them. Never again will I or my family go there.

Both my daughter and boyfriend had 2:30 appointments today, we were greeted as soon as we walked in. The stylist who cut my daughter’s hair was very kind and patient with her. Shes 4. Definitely recommend for your kids first in salon experience.

I got my hair cut, washed and blow dried and I was very happy. I had never been there before but my nana used to get her hair done a lot there and she always liked them. I felt I was in and out of there and the price was pretty good too.

I went in for a basic trim with long layers and curtain bangs. After getting home and looking at it I noticed it was completely uneven. One side of my hair was probably a good inch and a half longer than the other. My bangs were not even, again with one side being significantly shorter than the other. I ended up cutting it a bit at home to try and even it out which kind of helped. I don't know how such a basic service can come out this bad.

I sat in the reception area for 11 min with no acknowledgement from the staff. Two of the ladies looked at me several times and just kept doing their current clients without even saying "Welcome" or "Hello". When I finally asked where the restroom was, the lady very short and rude with me. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my 52 yrs of living. The only reason I would return is because of Jerehya. She was very professional and kind! She made up for the poor service of her coworkers. She did an awesome job!!!

Lisa, our hairdresser for the last two years and manager, has seemingly given minimal effort the last few appointments. When we arrive, she has an unwelcoming demeanor, and I don't think I've ever been welcomed in with a smile and a simple good morning. First thing she will ask is "whose going first"? It's so unfriendly and impersonal, considering how long we have been coming here. Our last visit resulted in crooked, overly short bangs, botched/uneven in some areas. It's also severely uneven. My eldest' haircut is equally as bad, I mean truly awful. There was very little care involved in cutting my boys' hair. The haircuts are so bad I feel this was done intentionally to have us not come back - message received. My 6 year old son will try talking to her and she'll just ignore him, I get the feeling she really doesn't like kids even though they're well behaved in the chair. My 3 year old was struggling with hair in his eyes and she was so rough on him, impatiently just telling him to look up, couldn't even help brush the hair off so I had to come over over and do it. I do not recommend her service at all. This establishment doesn't deserve anymore of my time and money, it's just an unpleasant experience all around that is too hard to ignore anymore.

So the hair salon ran out of hairspray and I had an appointment and it was 15 minutes before I even got seen. I did get asked where someone else's kid was. I didn't know it was my responsibility to keep track of other people's kids while they're getting their hair done.

Came into town for a quick weekend trip, thinking we might have time to grab a quick haircut made an appt for next day but ran out of time, called to cancel and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and states next time we will need a credit card on file as we are canceling way to late which I understand to a certain extent but when Explained it was only made last night but she kept going on and on about the late cancellation until I finally just said goodbye and hung up. Won't make that mistake again. If they are that rude on the phone how are they in person?? No thanks. Do not recommend.

If you're a driver by trade avoid this location, as it is geared toward appointments and they seem to look down on walk ins as an inconvenience.

Probably literally the worst haircut I’ve ever had >.>. I went in with so much wave and curl and asked for help defining the curls and getting volume and she instead gave me a cut that completely hacked it up :^). Not worth 40 bucks

Please remove your walk ins welcome from your website! Twice now I tried to get a haircut as a walk in and was turned away!! Very disappointed!!
