went in feeling very discouraged about my hair, and after Holly cut a few inches off, gave me some layers and a very pretty gloss for color and shine, I left feeling so much better about myself! Holly really connects with her customers, so the process was much more than just about talent (which is important)! She goes above and beyond in every way - I couldn't recommend her more!

Holly is fantastic! I've been seeing her for years. Her Crozet salon is beautiful - classy yet funky, bright yet cozy. She gives the perfect cut and the color is exactly what I want every time. She listens well and I love her sense of humor. I love Holly!

I've been seeing Holly for a monthly haircut for over a decade. I regularly get compliments on my haircut from others, and there is not one instance when I thought the haircut I received from her was not terrific.

A friend recommended Holly when we moved back to Charlottesville in 2019, and I am glad they did! Holly is not only professional, a fantastic stylist but is also a wonderful and thoughtful human being. Finding this combination is near impossible. She helped me in growing my hair out and then in deciding to go short. Along the way, she was honest, helpful in explaining what to expect, and patient as I went back and forth on a new style, giving feedback. We are glad we found her!

Holly cut my hair before my wedding years ago. My wife loved it so much I have been going back ever since. As a guy I never knew how to tell people how to cut my hair so I typically ended up with mediocre hair. Holly has been able to Help me understand what works best with my hair, and is able to replicate it consistently.

Holly has been cutting my hair for almost 15 years (and now cuts my teenage daughter's). She does an amazing job each and every time. Time with Holly in her chair is a treat...talking (or not), relaxing and I always feel better when I leave! Holly listens to what I want, helps me do something new and always supports when I want to stay the same with my cuts.

Holly is the best! I have a pixie hair cut. It can be very difficult to find someone who is good at cutting short hair and I've gone through several hairdressers in Charlottesville because of this. When I first met Holly, I had been disappointed by my last hairdresser. Holly understood this and really listened to what I wanted, liked and disliked, and we looked at a lot of pictures. She also told me about my hair, how it might respond to certain cuts, etc. One game changer was that she paid careful attention to a cowlick on the back of my head, cutting the hair so it wouldn't stick straight up. Holly's listening and attention to detail really make her special. I highly recommend her!

Her cuts are extremely consistent, and, given that he goes two months between cuts, that says a lot about both her memory and her talent. I have been with Holly since I moved back to Charlottesville 5 years ago. She has a great sense of color and what kind of cut would look good. She also really listens to what you want. She is so fun, It is a pleasure to sit in her chair!
