Great experience! The space is clean. The calming music and atmosphere are noticeable as soon as you enter. My service providers were professional and kind. I did not feel rushed to leave after my services were completed. I had the Rainforest facial and a massage. I will definitely be going again. Thanks for an amazing experience!

I enjoyed my visit at this spa. The facility is beautiful. The staff were professional, prompt and kind. My hour-long Ancestral massage was heavenly. I will definitely return for services in the future.

There is nothing special about their massages. Just mid/regular which makes it overpriced. Customer service is top notch though but I cared more about the massage honestly.

This has been the best Spa experience I have ever had since I moved to the USA. I will definitely recommend Cynergy Spa to everyone. This location is also very clean and luxurious. The massage was amazing and very professional. I woke up this morning pain free. Many thanks to Jack and massage therapist Alex.

Every time I come I’m always satisfied with the service that’s given. I had hot bubbly spa, body-scrub, shower followed by massage. “Me, myself and I” selfcare day. Thank you ❤️

THIS PLACE WAS AN 100/10. Customer service 100/10 Masseuse 100/10 Facility/cleanliness 100/10 Background: I booked for a couple’s massage but my partner couldn’t make it last-minute for a health reason and they were super understanding & only charged me for my massage/jacuzzi time. The masseuse (Sirus/Syrus?) was great. I really appreciate being asked where my tense points are & when they check in about pressure. This made the massage so much better & my body feels drastically renewed. Service at the front desk was great, polite & charming. 100/10 for everything.

Brother booked my sister and I massages and foot spa while visiting him this weekend. We had Sion and Terri. Both were amazing, friendly and professional! The environment was most caring, relaxing, and calming. Highly recommend them, very thorough, 10/10!

I've been to many spas, but this is the place to be. The atmosphere and professional staff are so warm and inviting. This a restful place to decompress and relax. The team Sion and Terri worked their magic on myself and sister on a couple's spa. There was techniques I'd never experienced and made my body pliant than tense. Ya'll have to come here. I will whenever I'm in NYC.

Amazing! This was my first experience at a spa and it was perfect. We got the couple’s package and my boyfriend and I were so happy. Everything was so private and wonderful. Special thanks to Aritha and Terri for being amazing at their craft. So professional and kind hearted. Will be coming back for sure. My boyfriend has had trouble with a shoulder for a while and after Aritha worked her magic, he already feels so much better! Highly recommend :)

I came in stressed and uptight.... but I left feeling revived, refreshed and light as a feather thanks to my amazing therapist, Sion!! Best massage I've ever had in a spa. The ambience and vibes at Cynergy are also top notch and all details are taken care of. Very welcoming front staff as well. Would def recommend! 10/10

Loved the customer service but I do feel like it was overpriced. We paid almost $500 for the couples massage package which lasted only 45 mins.

It was an enjoyable and very relaxing session. I was so comfortable, I wished I could have had a longer session. Wish I could do this every weekend. The treatment was worth every penny. Great professional treatment. Loved it!

What a joyful and relaxing experience! The staff were very nice, the massage was good, the strawberry were so sweet and a nice touch with chocolates and champagne. Oh we love the couple jacuzzi!

WOW! is to sum up my experience here. i was gifted the birthday package and from the moment i stepped in, i felt immediate calm, ease and hospitality. everyone is so kind and accommodating from the moment you step inside. the birthday package was worth every single penny. Cion (or Zion) was my massage therapist and it was the best massage of my LIFE! i’m always in and out of physical therapy and different massages - this was something different. he was so attuned to the different knots and centers of pain in my body and handled it flawlessly. Marsha was the aesthetically and is so sweet. she explained every step of the process and i came out glowing like i never had before. she explained what she saw, what she was doing and why and was so friendly. my favorite part about my experience were the conversations with the people about why they love what they do. bonus points a thousand that it’s black owned. i’ve never had an experience like this. the food was delicious, i loved speaking with Cion (or Zion) and Marsha and everyone else. Wonderful people dedicated to healing - i told all my aunties and sisters about it. will be returning 100000/10. a piece of heaven and true tranquility, everyone here has a beautiful spirit. and the decor is gorgeous, you can feel the intention and love poured into it.

Absolutely wonderful. The place exudes peace and awakens the senses (sight and smell). Had the full body massage where Sion the masseuse is fabulous. Aretha took care of my feet and hands.A great birthday gift to myself and I will be back!!!

I was there with my daughter for her birthday. We both were booked for the Cupid's Delight package. With the amount of money they charge for this package, you would think that they would at least offer you a cup of water after being serviced for 90 minutes like any other spa salons. The massage and facial were just ok. Nothing out of the ordinary. The annoying part was that even though they were aware it was a birthday, they didn’t even offer the glass of champagne that comes with the package. It was my first time and I left somewhat disappointed.

Ok let’s just say this was my first time here and I am in awe… the experience was great . I was there for two hours and I wish I had booked for longer .. from the front desk staff to the person giving me my massage , facial and paraffin wax for my hands and feet . Definitely must do again . I recommend 5 out of 5 !!!!!!

Aretha & terry were amazing! My fiance and I did a couples massage today and it was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. We started off with a jacuzzi for two, we both fit comfortably and it was a great way to unwind before the massage. They had complimentary water next to the jacuzzi for us. Upon entering the room they informed us that our masseurs would be women, we appreciated that moment so we knew what to expect! Then, we had a 55 min massage that was, like I said, truly incredible. After the massage we had our own champagne & dessert room. There was soothing music, it seemed like a ton of the oils & products they used were fragrance free and they really tuned into your sense of smell at appropriate moments. I would recommend this spa to anyone we had the best time!

I absolutely enjoyed my visit here. My awesome person bought me a birthday package and sent me here for a few hours of pampering. It was incredibly relaxing, and I enjoyed the personalized experience. Each person I interacted with was attentive and pleasant. The birthday package came with a bath, massage, and facial. Lunch is also included. I do wish the lunch was better, but it still didn't dull the experience for me. I would certainly go back.

I had the most amazing massage at Cynergy yesterday. Terry is a miracle worker - not only did she defeat the knots in my back and neck, but she also gave me some great tips for self care. The new space is beautiful, actually bigger than the old one, and is only a short walk or bus ride away. I can’t wait to go back - congratulations Marcia!

TL;DR: Great experience in a very unassuming spot. My fiancée and I were looking for a place to celebrate our 3 year dating anniversary and wanted to do something special. We booked the package that included a soaking tub, couples massage, and chocolate fondue. Everything was extremely clean, everyone was very professional, and the massage did not disappoint. Highly recommend you give this place a try!
