I basically paid $40 to ruin my hair The guy who works there messed up my haircut. Did the complete opposite of what i wanted its my fault though i keep coming back, i wont anymore, keep giving them chances when clearly they dont know how to follow basic instructions

I asked for a simple 0 number haircut and scratched me all over with the machine. Be care-full with this place. Im bold half the time and never had been scratched like this before.

D class - ruined my hair I asked for a few strands to fall around my face and trim (long layers at the ends) I got 3 choppy layers, (shortest layer first) my hair looks like a bell with a tail. They didn’t understand what blending or feathering was. The owner had to come in and cut more hair and still left unhappy. It took an HOUR AND A HALF to do these nails, they’re wildly uneven (by half an inch on the thumbs!), they dip your nails in the powder pot (so unsanitary!), and I had asked for glitter but was told they won’t put glitter polish over dip nails? Insanity. Nail tech was very rough with the file (I guess they don’t believe in e-files here?) and very rough with the hand massage

I’ve been going to Nikko for a couple of years now he’s so personable and cuts my hair amazingly. It always grows back so evenly healthy and thick thanks to his wonderful care!

Your experience will most likely depend on which section you go and what you are there for. I have received a haircut and done my eyebrows and I love them, I only trust them with my eyebrows and hair. Although in my opinion, I have done my nails there once and I didnt like how they came out, it felt like lumpy crayola, I go to a new nail place, but overall it's a pretty nice place, depending on who is helping you. They give you water, snacks and have so many conversations with you that you feel welcomed! Snacks are so delicious and I love how they always impress me with a new style and method
