My son came in nervous as I was too i randomly pick barbershops to see top tier work in I'm never displease shout out to D KACHE @ South Blvd I was very amazed at the barber performance great customer service, and knowledge to the hair of black/brown child i know we in 2025 but yall we all have came a long way great job Melean 👏 we will be back!!

Great barbershop! Gabriel was very attentive and took the time to provide an excellent haircut. I never felt rushed and Gabriel took his time (55 minutes to be exact) to ensure that my haircut was perfect. We had a great conversation as well. It's nice to have a good quality barbershop in south Charlotte!

Great customer service from receptionist and decent prices for men & women’s cuts. Galvin is our barber and he ensures that we are satisfied with his work. Just realized there is a location in Rock Hill.

I usually have a great experience but sadly this wasn't so. I brought my 3 boys to get a haircut and they messed up 1 of my boys head. They didn't even say anything and even let me pay for they mistake. After noticing right after I left yes I was upset but decided that the bike spot would grow back and all is well. Ha it's been a month and a half because I wanted to let my son's hair grow back but the spot is still extremely noticeable. So this isn't a quick upset post but one that was given time in hope the problem would fix itself but guess WHAT it didn't.

Eddy is exceptionally skilled at what he does. Throughout the entire process, he listened carefully to my preferences and kept me updated at each stage. I was really impressed with the final result of my haircut, as I have high standards and my haircut requires both scissors and a fase cut. Eddy is really friendly and listens to you. If you’re after a barber who blends top-notch expertise with outstanding customer service, Eddy is the one to go to. I highly recommend him! The barber shop also utilizes the booksy app for easy appointment booking.

I had two experiences today: one with a cut for my mixed-race son whose curly hair requires skill and knowledge and his barber nailed it. Unfortunately I can’t remember who it was as he was a sub for the random last-minute online booking I made so that we could be seen on time. (Also, huge bonus. No waiting and an amazing receptionist.) But my even better experience was with another barber (Luis, I believe.) and the owner Nicolas. My younger son is terrified of haircuts. He has sensory issues and is panicked about clippers and razors. In the past, I’ve been asked to restrain him for haircuts. Today, Nicolas stopped me from restraining him and told me “no, that will only make him more scared when he comes in here. We will teach him that this is ok.” They were both so patient, calm, knowledgeable and made both me and my son feel less anxious about the entire experience. My son even stopped crying- a first for us. And then, in the end, he told me we were welcomed back and next time would be easier. And the time after that, even better. He also refused to charge us full-price because (due to my son) he was unable to fully perform the cut to their standards. Nicolas, you have two new loyal clients for life.

Galvin is fantastic! He’s the only one I trust to cut my son’s hair. He greets us like family everytime we come in, he is excellent at his craft! I haven’t brought my son anywhere else in a year since I found this place!

Kelvin cut all three of my boys' hair and I am very happy and satisfied with the service. I am very very very picky when it comes to how my kid's hair look, he did his thing! We are now dedicated customers. 10/10 def recommend

This is what a barbershop should be! If you want the best possible haircut and beard trim in a fun environment, this is it! Beautiful interior, over 12 barbers working at one time, great camaraderie, and merengue all the way. Easy to book an appointment online. Spanish helps, but you can also use English here.

Edit:bro I moved a while ago and still uber to here because they haircuts so fire.I always enjoy the environment so I had to give them the 5 stars honestly. I'm traveling by Uber just to pay 45$ and tip. because I feel they deserve it the old review was handled. Honestly unless I move hella far this my barbershop for life. It has to be 5 stars I'm coming back years later and the one time I went to a closer barbershop I just said welp guess I'm just make the trip. Depend on who cuts your hair 90% of time great or above great the 6-7 times I've been have been great but this last time was kinda horrible I get my haircut the guy cuts way to low even when I said 6 or 7 now I have to regrow then times comes to pay I've been here 6-7 times I usually pay through zelle or cashapp cause it's easier and tbh i don't carry money so I assume they all took it he complains a little see i can acknowledge i should check with other barbers first to see if they all take same type of pay this guy cut my hair but the problem Is this i paid 35$ now I'm okay with that trust you guys deserve it but this one guy gave me the weakest cut their and that's the highest I've ever paid I would give 35$ to the normals i get in a heartbeat but this guy did average at best work for 35$ and had an attitude I can't bear to give you guys 1 star because theirs to many hard workers in that build but I do have to take one off just because of that interaction In short i love your shop but be careful of who you let work their alot of attitude and the weakest haircut don't add up But everyone else is great or atleast everyone I've went to i felt great their until this day kinda threw me off probably not gonna go for a while

Updated, August 25, 2024 I wrote this review about 1 year ago. A few months later, I took my son back for a haircut. The woman at the counter asked if I had an appointment, I said no and she said "next time, to try make an appointment because then you won't have to wait so long". I said, "Okay, yes, I can do that." We sat and waited for the barber and he did a really nice job on my son's hair. When I was going to pay, the woman said "maybe you should find someplace else to get his hair cut because it might be more convenient for you". I've not had any issues or disagreements with anyone, I don't know why she said that, but I have not returned to this business and I will not visit them again. I do recommend this business.

Eddie is the man! Everybody there is friendly and makes you feel welcome. Eddie took extra time and was very precise with my haircut and beard trim. Would highly recommend this place!

Kevin usually does my cut. Simple, #2 attachment. He does a great job and fast too. I'm real pleased with his service. The owner is a friendly person. Always has a smile. Same for the receptionist. She always offers me a bottle of water or some awesome Dominican coffee. This Barber shop treats its customers like valuable guests, and I believe that's how they feel. I'm glad I go here for my cut and I'll continue to sit in Kevins chair often. I highly recommend this Barber Shop!

My first time visiting this place. It was easy to book an appointment online. Ricardo was great this guy took his time and very creative with his work. The hospitality was great, right away the hostess offer you coffee and water when you arrive for your appointment. I will definitely be back soon

Went in for a walk in and didn’t even wait a minute. Very nice and professional staff. They take their time and you feel a lot better with a haircut by them. Easily best haircut I’ve gotten. Wish I was a local so I could come here more often.
