this place doesn't even deserve a 1 star. if you plan on going here, turn your vehicle towards the elementary school and see if any of the kindergartens have time to do your nails. they will look better than what DA nails can do for you.

This place was very unsanitary and the younger lady was rude. They have no signage that says they charge NINE percent when you pay with card. I can guarantee you they’re pocketing that extra %- the max the card companies charge is 3%. They also were reusing the same dirty files and other supplies. The guy who did my toes was nice and the one who did my moms. We’re from out of town so maybe this is normal here? lol. But I guess if infections and 9% credit card fees are your thing, come here lol

I made an appointment on Tuesday. The lady took my name and gave me a price then I get to the appointment which is on a Saturday and she acted like I didn’t have an appointment and she didn’t know what I was talking about. I drove 50 minutes to get there and it was on one of my very few days off. She was extremely rude even my 7 year old daughter was confused as to why this woman was talking to me the way she was. It didn’t help that she was screaming at me across the whole nail salon and everyone in there was looking at me. In my whole 30 years of living I’ve never felt so uncomfortable walking into a business. My daughter and I ended up just walking out after she rolled her eyes and shook her head at me. I was about to drop a lot of money at that place and all she had to do was be polite. I will never ever set foot in there ever again. Unless you wanna waste your time I don’t suggest going in. Please find somewhere else to get your nails done. They don’t deserve your money.

Girlfriend, myself and our 7 year old just had our nails done this evening and they came out beautifully the technicians were so sweet and beyond patient with us we will definitely be returning for the wonderful and professional customer service and beautiful work if you’re looking for a great salon it’s definitely worth it made our 7 year olds night and ours! ☺️

Went here with my mom because our existing appointment elsewhere was cancelled at the last minute. Let me preface this by saying I’m a licensed cosmetologist, but I prefer to get my nails done by someone else because I specialize in hair. I’ll start with the positive and say that my nails and my mom’s do look good and they got us in and out quickly. I’ll give credit for a job well done. I called ahead to see if they would have space at the time we would be heading over there (a couple hours in advance), and was already put off because the lady I spoke with on the phone was muttering under her breath as we were hanging up. BUT we had been excited to get our nails done because we had planned on it for a couple of weeks, so we went anyway. When I sat down, there was a pair of nail scissors already on the table as well as lots of acrylic dust. Nothing was sprayed or wiped. They used the same scissors on my mom and I both without spraying or using any type of sanitizer. Files and buffers used were also clearly used on other clients before us. Filing and use of the drill were also pretty aggressive, we both left with several small cuts (reason number 1 why it’s so concerning that they’re using the same implements without sanitizing and not replacing files and buffers). The product containers were also excessively dirty and clumpy. I also left with glue on my skin and several places where the powder bonder stuck to my fingers. I totally understand this happens, but the skin should always be cleaned up at the end of the service. I also am generally not this person, but there was no attempt made to mask the fact that they were talking about us. The tech doing my nails was a younger lady and she scoffed at me multiple times, laughed at me when I told her what shape I wanted, and any time she gave me any sort of direction, she would follow it up by talking to the other tech while shaking her head. Like I said, the nails look good, but I definitely will not be back and would not recommend the place to anyone, for the sheer lack of sanitation alone.

I got pedicure and full set done. First time in a very long time. I recently had a stroke 6 months ago so still hard to find words. I knew what I wanted just couldn't get the words out. She helped me find what I wanted. I was happy very thankful she took time to work with me i know must have been difficult . Thank you ladies!

I had mine dipped. I don't know if it was the dip mixture, but 3 chipped within 2 days, which she fixed. Then, within a few days of that, I had a total of 6 chipped/broke, and she redid ALL of them. Then, within 6 days, I had 8 chipped/broke. I went somewhere else.

I think they do a wonderful job at the designs and styles but they’re very unprofessional and rude. My hands sweat and that’s something out of my control and she made the rudest comment ever. Hurt my feelings. I will never go back!

If I could give this place less than one star I would. If I could save anyone from going to this place, I WOULD. You can tell they don’t get much business by the dust build up on everythingggg, & they shouldn’t. Save your TIME AND MONEY!!! Very rude staff, who sit on their phone and do nothing!!! With the TWO hours I was in there, 2 of the employees did nothing and then discriminated against my mother not wanting to do her nails. If they don’t like you, they will overcharge you and lie about pricing. (If my review is deleted, I WILL leave another.)

Manicure price was way too high. I picked out a red gel color and when she applied it was a peach color. I told the nail tech I wanted bright red and she said it is. Never will I go back there. I would give zero stars if I could. Not worth going at all. Now I know why no one is ever there. I will drive to Sequoia Nails instead.

The lady that runs the place I think her name is Tracy she is rude as hell and only one of the techs is good at there job her name is Hannah and what do you know she’s nice .They are extremely dirty they do not clean up at closing you can be the first one in the salon at 9am and it is filthy and they get all their supplies out of the drawer they do not sterilize any thing they use

This is the most rudest place I’ve ever been to they all sit and talk among each other making fun and talking about you the whole time your there the man that started my nails got angry and started raising his voice to me because I couldn’t understand him and had a mask on were I couldn’t really hear him and I was saying I’m sorry I can’t hear you he would get very angry and called another woman other that could speak better English couldn’t really understand her either she started raising Her voice and I finally got out that she was saying what shape I was so overwhelmed and upset with how rude they was being I forgot what the shape was and I said just normal please he started laughing saying normal then started talking about me with the women very very unprofessional very rude and disgusting place if I didn’t have to get my nails done that day for a special occasion the next day I would have walked out not to mention other people would be calling asking questions about nails and making appointments and the people on the phone couldn’t understand them as well when they hung up they started making fun of them unprofessional and they also cut my fingers with the Dremel very ruff will never be back and wouldn’t recommend to anybody absolutely terrible

showed them a picture of what i wanted and they didn’t even give me the exact thing. not that i was even complicated whatsoever. the lady was not bad but didn’t say a single word. i get my nails done all the time and this is by far the most outrageous nail salon i’ve ever been to. charged me 92$ for a FILL IN which absolutely blew my mind. the next day it just falls off?? like what? utterly insane! will be going back to get it repaired !!!
