I went to DABA after a friend of mine recommended it. She had dip nails done there, loved how they looked, and I was looking to move away from acrylic. I'm always nervous about changing places when I find a place that I like, but I decided to try it. Emily was my nail tech, and I told her that this was my first time getting dip and currently had acrylic on. She soaked the acrylic off instead of ripping it like I've seen some salons do. She proceeded to do the dip powder, and I asked her if she could make it thinner. She did such a good job, and almost a week later, they look like I just got them done. The price was very reasonable, and the quality was fantastic. I will for sure be going back to get all my dip nails done there, I love the look and feel of the dip now more than I have them and will not ever go back to acrylics.

I will not go back here. It took 2.5 hours for a full set and it came out terribly. 4 of my nails are crooked and they are extremely sloppy. I didn’t even let her finish what I asked for because it had already been 2.5 hours and they looked so bad that I just wanted to leave. I asked for brown and she gave me red. There’s glue all over my hands and nail polish all over the back of my nails. I kept telling her they were crooked and she never did anything about it. I’m going to have to go somewhere else to get them fixed. I added a photo of what I asked for also.

Nothing special about this location. Called to see if they had availability before going in. Confirmed availability but then when I got there, I waited an hour before they got to me. I was about to leave but then they finally came to do my pedicure. It took 3.5 hrs to do a manicure and pedicure. Had they communicated the wait when I called, I would have gone somewhere else. Two clients around me also complained about being seen after their appointment times. This made it seem like it's normal to wait for long periods of time. The person doing my nails gave me attitude when I pointed out my nail was crooked saying "oh my God" when I asked her to fix it. The final product wasn't worth the wait. If you go here, plan on spending a few hrs here. Overall, the wait is too long for a product that realistically you can get at any generic nail salon.

This is the only salon I come to. I drive about 35 minutes just to come and see Taina. She has been so wonderful and very helpful. Her design and art work is amazing. That’s why I do recommend her to anyone. Also the owner and his wife. Great team.

My daughter and I visited here to get pedicures and I needed my eyebrows waxed. I don't usually have my eyebrows waxed at nail salons because of past experiences. My pedicure was great. My daughter's was just okay. The nail polish selection wasn't that great. I realize regular nail polish is almost a thing of the past and gel is now trending. I can just take my own nail polish if I want. However the polish my daughter picked was thick and they should of used a different one. It made her polish look ,well i didn't like it. I got my eyebrow waxed. I was just trying to save time by not making an appointment at a wax shop. Mistake! My eyebrows are uneven and she ripped my skin off my eyelid. I would go back for a pedicure. I will never get waxed anywhere but a wax center. I should of known better.

Looking for a nail salon that does a fantastic job, this is the place. Emily never disappoints! So happy to have discovered this salon in the South Tampa area many months ago. Her and her Husband always greet you with a smile, and they take great care of their customers. The salon is always clean and they use products that last.

This used to be my favorite nail place until Saturday. My daughter and I went in looking to get pedicures and she needed a fill in, the guy told us that he had a 1:30 appointment that was going to come in did we mind waiting, we said no of course we would wait. After an hour of waiting another lady walked in and stated she made an appointment so she was not going to wait, so they took her in front of us, no explanation or anything. The new manager is not very personable nor do he have the know how of customer service. I definitely will not go back.

My friend visited this place recently and was humiliated beyond words. There’s this lady called Emily, who was not only rude to my friend but also hurt her while doing her nails. Her cuticles were bleeding. This is NOT the kind of service one looks forward to at a nail salon. My friend deserves an apology for this.

Even though not many people were working for a Saturday, they did get busy, it is a great place. They have a great relationship with each customer. And to know them by name is just the next level of amazing. Emily did my nails and toes and I just love them . Usually when getting my nails done I complain about something, because there is always something not done right, but with Emily my nails are just the way I love them. Worth every penny. I would suggest, however, getting to the nail spa early.

They are very attentive and quick. If you're like me and prefer efficient service, this spot is great. The staff primarily speaks Vietnamese, but there is also a Cuban Spanish-speaking woman. Their prices are reasonable. I usually get a dip manicure and gel pedicure, which typically costs me around $94 for both (I usually require a tip or two for broken nails, as I do rough work, so it's not their fault). I recently added an eyebrow service, which was quick and painless, and they looked great. This is by far the best shop in the area that I've tried; I've tried a few others and not returned.

Very friendly atmosphere and clean salon. Niall was fantastic! Very personable and did the best set of nails on me that I’ve had in years! His wife Emily killed it on my eyebrows as well :) I will be a regular customer for years to come. Thank you Daba Nails & Spa!!

I love place! I get so many compliments on my nails when I get them done here. I’ve tried three different lengths of nails and each have turned out really nice and pretty dang close to whatever picture I brought them. Plus the staff is so sweet.

I’ve been going here for a while now and seems like they have the same Work Plan as the previous owners, they have 1 really great nail tech that everyone waits for while everyone else does pedicures, they just recently hired a Hispanic lady who is always on FaceTime with someone while servicing her clients and the owners don’t get into work until 10ish even though there hours say 9am. They definitely have lost a customer I arrive at 9am and nobody would be there I thought maybe it was just that one time but I’ve tried multiple times and same results.

My new favorite Spa... I think her name is Janet. Idk but she's from Cuba. My nails & my Volcanic pedi was amazing. I love how she took her time sculpting my nails so they fit my fingers. That's a skill a lot of nail techs don't possess; she killed it on the first try. I also loved the chemistry of the 3 workers. Yana, the wife and husband. #GoodVibez Thx Babe...see u next week!

We waited in the spa chair for like a hour before they did our feet and 30 minutes before that🧍🏾‍♀️. Then it’s like 3 ppl in there and they barely be doing they job. The Spanish lady was watching Tv on her phone and the other lady ended up cutting me on my toe multiple times. And they be getting up randomly to go argue or talk to the other associates and clients. They don’t tell you that they charge for the length when they’re doing your nails. They’re extra expensive for no reason. If you like bad customer service then go ahead and go here😭. My nail also broke within two weeks and they didn’t even finish doing my nails, like I just have acrylic on them no paint.
