Dahlia House is literally the reason I survive Omaha winters. The sauna is a sanctuary and a couple days here is as restorative as a week of vacation. So grateful for this space in my community.

Not just another AirBnB My wife and I booked a stay at Dahlia House for a weekend getaway. Immediately upon entering the home, a charcuterie board welcomed us, with tea and a fire blazing. This A frame is intentionally designed to provoke curiosity, conversation and connection. There are vinyl records on display for you to choose from and an excellent library of music to keep the good vibes going. The kitchen is stocked with snacks and drinks, we loved the tableware too. We spent significant time getting cozy in the living room and reading books in the lofted library upstairs. On the second day we decided to do a sauna session. Following that we tried the wood fired hot tub but as a cold plunge, my wife lasted longer in the cold water, she’s tough. After lunch I took a nap and when I awoke I saw my wife in the green house painting some ornaments. I joined her with some tea. The greenhouse is incredible, especially in the winter. We painted, raked sand in the zen garden and enjoyed each other’s company. I’m so happy we decided to stay here. You can feel how much the owner loves to treat you to an experience. This home is clearly an act of love. Thank you Dahlia house, you’re a hospitality pro!

This is the most amazing space in the heart of the city. The owner takes such care in creating an experience like no other. My husband and I went on a day retreat and had the best most relaxing time. Every detail is thought through and intentional. Book!

We are over the moon for Dahlia House and all it’s magic!! We experienced one of the evening wellness sessions. Not only was it relaxing just walking into the space, the evening was curated just for us with the small genuine touches left out to help us celebrate my husband’s birthday. This oasis is in the heart of hustle and bustle and you’d never know! We can’t wait to extend our time and come for an overnight stay.

absolutely the most beautiful, well kept, refreshing, and restorative space!!! we just kept gawking at how perfect every single detail and corner was. The minute you walk in you are met with the most refreshing scent of beautiful essential oils, every corner has books and knickknacks that you could spend hours looking at. The kitchen is stocked with healthy snacks,the closets with robes and slippers. This space is not just a home, but an absolute oasis. Angie is a true gem to work with, such a sweet and intentional little angel. She had fresh flowers put all over the house and was so responsive. Such an incredible girl! Definitely will come back here as frequently as humanly possible. ❤️

We got to enjoy a sauna/soak evening to celebrate our anniversary and it was such a great experience. Angie had everything set up and ready to use, we got to enjoy the hot tub, sauna and a lovely fire inside. This place is an absolute dream, and would recommend to anyone looking for a cozy Omaha oasis.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dahlia House! This beautiful A-frame was the perfect refuge for our four year anniversary staycation. It has a tranquil aura with spa-like amenities and the most relaxing aroma in every room. We loved that it was located in the heart of Benson so we could walk to Yoshitomo for an amazing dinner and grab coffee from Hardy. We enjoyed playing cards in the greenhouse, morning and evening sauna sessions, all of the special touches throughout the property, and of course the beautiful dahlias and other wild flowers. We will be back!

I absolutely LOVE working at the Dahlia house. I am a photographer and I have done many sessions here. It always looks amazing, Angie sets everything up so beautifully and it always smells so good when you walk in the door. From the garden in the back, to the library upstairs - no detail was overlooked. I am so thankful for Angie’s prompt communication and wonderful space.

My business partners with Dahlia house to provide fresh, locally grown BEAUTIFUL floral for the restaurant. I also use the flowers to add elegance to custom cake orders. Angie and Andy make their way over to our shop every week with a bucket of the most interesting, bright, hand picked flowers. This ain’t your normal florist type of bucket and don’t even think about comparing her stems to something from Costco. Look at these! 🤩

I’m not sure where to begin, because I have endless amazing things to say about this space. Angie has thought of literally everything. It is so perfectly curated to feel like a dream vacation home. I felt like I was escaping to Joshua Tree in the heart of Omaha. Angie is so thoughtful and kind. She has fresh flowers, drinks and snacks for arrival. She checks in daily but gives you space. Everything I needed was at my fingertips. My husband tried the wood fired hot tub and said it was super easy to get going and so comfortable. We will be back to try the sauna! The vintage fireplace inside and out are so cool, along with the cacti, warm leather and wood accents. The bathroom is gorgeous with the clay tile work. Such an exhilarating experience. There is a full kitchen with all appliances for making your own dinner. There’s so much to do to inspire creation or relaxation. Despite being close to a busier street, there was no noise or neighbor disturbance. I can’t wait to plan my next stay!

I had a wonderful experience staying at Dahlia House earlier this month. The attention to detail was truly exceptional! There was a welcoming and hearty charcuterie board upon arrival, and I loved finding locally made products scattered throughout the home. The sauna and hot tub were the highlight for me, on a beautiful Spring evening, I wouldn’t have wished to be anywhere else in the world. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

We booked a wellness session to celebrate my husband’s birthday. It was beautiful! Perfectly relaxing night. We were blown away with the thoughtfulness of the entire experience. The house, the snack platter, the tea, the robes. All gorgeous! Cannot recommend enough. If you’re even considering booking - do it!!

Angie has clearly put everything into this space. Her attention to detail and the way she cares for her guests is completely unmatched- I've never experienced anything similar, truly. There was a handwritten note with a gift for me when I arrived- She sent welcome details through text and was helpful with any questions I had during my booking. There were clean comfy robes, slippers galore, the outdoor sauna was clean and easy to use, and she has towel warmers available as well. Sauna vibes everywhere! While this time I used the space for a photoshoot, and will be back for those again- I plan on booking a ME stay soon.

If you have never been to Dahlia House it's hard to describe the sensation of bliss that envelopes you from the moment you walk in. The scents, the vibes, the plants... it's perfect. Every nook of the house provides a cozy nook to relax and restore yourself. Steaming in the sauna is truly a therapeutic experience that revitalizes you with lasting effects, even after you leave.

Pictures do no do this place justice. Angie curates the most intentional, luxurious spa experience, and not a detail goes left unnoticed. There’s such a positive and warm energy that Angie puts into everything she does to make your experience over the top special. As long as you’re aware that it’s not in a remote location, you will be absolutely blown away by everything that Dahlia House has to offer!!

Where to begin!? The most beautiful, thoughtful and curated space with attention to detail in every room and amenity. Angie is a super host who aims to make this stay special and memorable. We arrived to snacks and hot tea, fresh robes and slippers for the sauna and hot tub and the fire was already swirling in the fireplace. The kitchen has everything you will need for cooking and serving - beautiful dishes and cookware. The bed was HEAVEN - so soft and luxury sheets and blankets. The interior has treasures on every self for you to explore - books, tarot cards and self care items. What a treat it was to stay here, and I can't wait to experience this retreat again soon! Can’t wait to go back! The level of detail Angie puts into the wellness visits is truly one of a kind. I don’t think I’ve stepped into a more cozier atmosphere! Again, the detail! Hot tea & a large charcuterie board spread waiting for us when we arrived, along with a warm fire, hot towels, soft and fuzzy robes and sandals for your walk up to the sauna, hot tub and greenhouse. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the Dahlia House!

Dahlias house sauna session was absolutely perfect. The wood burning hot tub was so relaxing with the face masks, oils and bath salts! We all enjoyed sitting in the green room and painting our own candles to take home. The food was delicious and beautifully displayed. Angie even had little gift bags for us and a mini cake for my birthday. Definitely recommend you book a stay very soon!

I can’t share my love for Dahlia house more if I tried. I have stayed here quite a few times and it just gets better every time. When we arrived last night, the fire was going, hot tea ready, and a beautiful smell from the Wax Buffalo candle. The house is stocked with amazing amenities from local vendors, just incredible thought out with every detail. We had a nice soak in the wood-burning hot tub, We sat in the sauna to Relax, and had a nice evening of watercolor painting. This house really is ideal for connecting with your loved ones. It’s not only beautiful, it’s quite magical.

Our sauna session at Dahlia House was one for books. It’s the next morning and we are still reeling at the absolutely perfect evening we had last night. Every detail was so thoughtfully curated and everywhere we turned was another beautiful surprise. Angie’s taste and the experience she provides is spectacular. She also knew it was my birthday and put out the sweetest cake and candles! Every ounce of this night was filled with inspiration, joy and true rest and rejuvenation. We will be Dahlia House lifers and can’t wait to return for another session and our first stay! Angie is an amazing host! She set things up perfectly for an amazing start to our anniversary celebration. The house is warm and inviting. It is great space for relaxation. It has a remote feel even though it is in the city. The sauna, hot tub and fire were perfect to spend time together and stay warm in the cooler weather. I used the greenhouse in the morning as recommended. I was surprised the sun warmed it up as much as it did that I was comfortable painting in a sweater and jeans. It was hard to take advantage of everything the house has to offer. Angie has it so set up so you can have a personalized spa experience if you desire. I would highly recommend a stay for any occasion.

I booked a two hour evening to enjoy the sauna and woodburning hot tub. Everything about my stay was magical! The home was so cozy, warm, and inviting. Everything smelled wonderful, and the host really thought of every last detail. I felt so taken care of and welcomed from first inquiry, to booking, information before and after the stay. Without a doubt the most relaxing & peaceful evening I’ve had in such a long time. The space is well thought out and the attention to every tiny detail makes this such a special experience Edited to add: my original experience was so lovely that I planned another session with one of my college besties right before Christmas. I cannot even put into words how completely ethereal this place is ~ absolutely captured the quiet magic of the season. We left feeling relaxed and calm in the midst of a time of year that can be chaotic. Angie thinks of EVERY detail and our evening was perfectly charming. Will come back again and again. The Dahlia house is not just your typical Airbnb. It is a full sensory experience in a gorgeously designed A frame. Angie puts every single thought into the details. At Dahlia house you’ll find face & eye masks, wellness juice shots, delicious locally sourced coffee, & depending on the stay a unique little spread of delicious snacks. One of my favorite parts of the stay is the art supplies provided in the greenhouse & the Sauna. Angie is one of those humans who treats her guests like family. You’ll feel like you stepped into a retreat. That’s how I feel every time I leave this special place - rejuvenated, recharged & relaxed. It keeps me coming back. Thank you Angie & Andy!
