If you have fine hair see Amber immediately! I spent most of my life with terrible haircuts until Amber. She helped me grow out a botched haircut and was patient and sympathetic. My hair styles have never been better and most importantly, consistent. Great cut every single time.

This salon is GORGEOUS. They did an amazing job with the design. I got a haircut here and loved the service and whole experience. They have an amazing group of talented stylists. Highly recommended!

I moved to Frederick recently and this place is absolutely my new go-to spot. It's so hard for me to find places I trust and this is the one! 💖 Amber did such an amazing job with my haircut and special dye request. She did a great job making it work with my natural color. She really knows her stuff! Also, you can tell they really care for the salon. The interior is gorgeous and very cozy. I highly recommend this place.

I have been with Jessica for almost 10 years and was happy to follow her to Dahlia Noir - what a great, quiet and clean atmosphere with convenient location and parking! Love the casual uncrowded and peaceful vibe at this new spot where you can actually hear each other talk as well as the stylish decor and open layout - highly recommend that you go check it out and visit Jessica soon for a truly professional experience and great value that far surpasses the level of service in a “typical salon” - you won’t be disappointed!

What an amazing salon with wonderful stylists! Amber masterfully color corrected my faded purple locks to a beautiful mahogany brown. She was so kind and professional, and I very much appreciated the salon’s adherence to safety guidelines. It was such a calming atmosphere and I’m so grateful to have found this place.
