As a Californian transplant, I asked my California hairdresser to find a hairdresser in Tucson for me. She found Joe at Dajo Salon. What a find! He is excellent, uses my formula, has a great and fun personality and cuts my hair perfectly. I lucked out and would highly recommend this salon. David is great too!

David & Joe's Salon - DaJo is a hidden gem conveniently located across from the Park Place Mall. Joe has been my stylist since I moved to Tucson and was lucky to find him. I love him! He is a master at cut, color, highlights and styling hair. I constantly get compliments on my hair. As an added bonus, his scalp massage during shampoo is to die for! I always look forward to my hair appointments. Thank you Joe!

David at Dajo has been my stylist for years. I would absolutely recommend both him and Joe. Prices are reasonable, he keeps track of my color choice, does not hurry through appointments, and is a genuinely nice and conscientious person.

I found David through a web search for color correction and I am so glad I did! He has been amazing and has not only corrected my hair color but continues to make my hair look great. David listens to all my concerns and gives me several options to ensure I get what I am looking for. I believe I have found MY hair person and will definitely be recommending David to my family and friends.

Lifelong customer!! Been going to David for over 10 years (since I was 25 years old, at Gadabout)! I followed him over to Sola Salons and have referred countless happy co-workers, friends and family. I moved to Vail awhile ago and even tried a few other stylists throughout the years, but can NEVER find anyone who cuts and styles my hair like him. Worth every penny for quality service. I absolutely love being able to text to make my appts and I love the intimate privacy of their salon. I feel amazing every time and love getting my hair done.

I was desperate to find a new stylist who worked with Schwartzkop color. A quick search found me with David at Dajo Salon. He's at Sola so has his own place, which is what I prefer. He whipped my hair into shape and I have a new friend too. Don't hesitate to hire him. Reasonable prices too.

I have been going to David for years. All my previous colorists and stylists gave me an ordinary color / cut based on what they thought I should have. The first time I sat in David's chair, he talked with me about my expectations for my color and my cut. When I walked out of the salon that day, I was extremely impressed and happy with both the color and the cut. I constantly get compliments on my color and the style of my hair. If you want a top colorist who will work with you and make professional recommendations specific to your complexion and the shape of your head and face, you would do yourself a great service to call David. You will not be disappointed.

I have gone to Joe for years. I have always been very pleased with my cut and color and his prices are very reasonable. The studio is a very comfortable place and I always look forward to my visits. Joe is Awesome and has great ideas on color and cuts to change things up a bit. I would recommend Dajo Salon to anyone!

David and Joe are THE best stylists in Tucson, hands down. My whole family goes to them. I'm the true addict though - Despite leaving town 12 years ago, David is the only one who cuts my hair! Sure, I have needed a hair cut here and there while I've lived far away but no one can compare. David has supernatural gifts about knowing how your hair will part and fall and grow out. My mom gets color and highlights too, and it always looks fabulous. I haven't gone down that road yet, but I never feel pressured, which is unique among stylists. David and Joe have made getting your hair cut the most fun and comfortable experience too!! They are relaxed, offer you beverages, and are guaranteed for some fun conversation. AND your hair will look amazing when you leave :)
