I don't recommend this place, Alba is unethical and doesn't care about her customers, she does procedures without license like cosmetic tattoos. Please be careful

The women here are so super nice. My friend came in from out of town and wanted to go to a salon THAT day! I called up and they got us in that afternoon. Not only were they accommodating, but they did a wonderful job on they dying and cutting of my friends hair. He is very happy with it.

She did a horrible job on my eyelash extensions I had so much glue on them and a bunch of my real lashes fell out because of it and not to mention that it hurt the whole time!!!!

This is now a 24 hour Tat2 shop 520 639 4293an they do piercings , the salon ladies have moved to a bigger location.. best of luck ladies.

Alba has done my hair for a few years. She is talented! She always cuts and styles my curly hair like I ask her to. The salon is always clean. I always feel great when I leave there;) thank you Alba.

I have been going to Alba for about a year. I'm embracing retirement and Medicare...in a couple months... so I decided to go natural with my grey hair. What amazed me was, she knew what I would be happy with. And, I gave her free reign.. after showing her a picture of what I had in mind, she sensed I wasn't ready to go full grey from a redhead .. and gave me EXACTLY what I wanted!!!!!.. I walked out the most satisfied ever leaving a salon!! Alba is a great stylist. I know because I was also a stylist. I know a good cut and color. I won't go to anyone but Alba from now on. I highly recommend her. She gave me a new me... and...a new outlook on life.

Very trustworthy. I went in November and my hair color lasted 6 months. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to color your hair, or get a haircut. The interior was lovely. I’m hopefully going back again to re dye my hair pink. (i just recently dyed it black)

I love going to D'alba Salon. Everything is always so nice and clean. The people that work there are always so friendly. Its right on 4th avenue so when I get my hair done I can go have lunch with my friends or just go shopping to all the good shops. Love love love it.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I had my initial appointment with Alba to do my lashes. I show up and she wasn’t there. She had my all my contact info and didn’t bother to call me and reschedule. I ended up texting her because i had a groupon for mink lashes. I wish i would have gotten a refund at that time but no, I gave her a second chance since she told me she had back issues and apologized. I went to my reschedule appointment and waited an hour before she did my lashes. The next day half of the lashes fell off! I called her and she did schedule me a few days later. She told me she would add more glue and lashes to make sure the lashes stayed on better. That same night i text her and send pictures and asked her if i should take off the lashes because my eyes were very red and starting to swell. That didn’t happen the first time so I was surprised. She text “take a Benadryl” later that night my eyes were so swollen and puffy i had to go to urgent care. The doctors gave me an antibiotic and explained the glue had burned my eyes. When i text Alba the following day she she said this never happened before, to her or anyone, she went on about how she does it on herself and it never happens. I was suppose to have a follow up visit to get a refill on my lashes so i requested instead to have a mani/pedi, she said “ I couldnt do that becz i dont do the mani pedi, the other girl here does that So we cant trade, sorry” I have not hear anything from her since. Her customer service skills are horrible! I wasted $139 dollars AND had to go urgent care. Plus my eyes were swollen and irritated for several days. This place is the worst! I wish i would have read the reviews here before! So upset and irritated!

I bought a Groupon for myself and my mother for mani-pedi. After calling to schedule an appointment, it turned out that the only available time they had is 2 months away. Ok, I scheduled it anyways. When we showed up, the nail technician wasn't there. Alba said that she is "on her way". We waited for 1 hour and then Alba said "nail technician is having car troubles, come back in 2 days at 9am". We were frustrated, but did return in 2 days, because we already paid for that Groupon. Neither Alba or nail technician were there. Finally, she showed up 40 minutes late. No apology, nothing! She did our mani-pedi which was mediocre at best! Avoid at all costs! Don't buy the Groupon!

I paid 100 dollars for mink lashes that were supposed to be individual. I got plastic lashes that did not even last a week. I went in the next day to ask dalba if she could fix it and she said she could not see me for 2 weeks. My eyes burn everytime i tear up and they are hard plastic lashes that are not individual. She stopped working on me in the middle of my session to go move her car and to answer the phone. Worst place ever. Do not go there!!! Ive had my lashes done at several places and this was the worst job ive ever seen!!! Would warn everyone to stay away. No integrity whatsoever!!

I received a Mani Pedi Groupon for Christmas from my mother in law to D'Alba Salon. I had never heard of it so I was a little nervous but I was pleasantly surprised by their service. Angelica was my nail technician and she was wonderful. We hit it off and talked the whole time which I enjoyed because I think it is awkward when you and your nail tech both sit there in silence. She was nice, professional and she did a great job. I love my nails!

The nail tech is GREAT!! However Alba is the WORST!! SHE books appointments and doesn't even remember or track them!! I booked this apt over a month ago!! I called her last week to confirm my mani pedi for today. She clearly stated Wednesday the 9th at 5:30. I was there early. She says i have someone else at 5:30. I confirmed my name & tel #. She then says at 1st she had me down for tomorrow at 5:30. Then someone else walked in that said they also were told their apt was today at 5:30. She offers that other person to come in tomorrow. She asked if i wanted to wait and see if the other person SHE ACTUALLY WROTE DOWN would show. So then she says "oh I actually have you down for the 17th at 5:30"!! Then the person she was expecting gets there and she tells me they can't see me after I waited 40 minutes!! I said I cant go back tomorrow im already there. She then says"oh shes our latest apt @ 5pm.. the nail girl cant stay late. The LIAR had just told me my apt time was 5:30pm!! So disappointed to have even wasted my time waiting due to this UNORGANIZED & UNPROFESSIONAL person!! I am EXTREMELY UPSET and BOTHERED!! Who the hell does she think she is?? Too bad my money had already been spent there regardless as I had purchased a freakin groupon!!

BEWARE.... daughter went in for help with extensions... her hair is a mess! She went back to ask for a refund to go get it fixed without any further damage and she refused without even looking at her hair!
