Absolute disaster. I would never wish this salon on my worst enemy. Soledad sends you out aggravated and disgusted. I should have known better because she was the only one i found for a Saturday appt. Now i know why. Asks the same question multiple times and then does not even follow. How hard is it to get a length when you physically show her on your body where you want the length THREE times.

It’s taken me a while to decide whether I wanted to leave a review or not. I found one of the stylists page on Instagram and thought she would be a great fit to bleach my hair. All her work looked great. I went in, had a test strip done on my hair so we can see how much bleach can be handled and to avoid as much a breakage as possible. The final appointment day comes and I left with over processed, uneven and broken hair. I showed a picture example (her work) of how I wanted the blend, however the lightness of the color was taken literal as well. I was in the chair in foils for over an hour to an almost two hours. My hair lifts very quickly and easily… My hair was as stringy as gum in the chair and falling off. The stylist said, “you knew this would happen”. I didn’t know how to respond. What was the point of the test strip months prior then? I’ve bleached my hair for almost 10 years now and this has NEVER happened. After having her finish and still paid the full amount ($400+) I went home only to realize the cut was uneven as well. One side has such short layers it’s still impossible to style without issue. I had to consult with another stylist to fix the cut, and work on a treatment plan. This was back in august. My bangs were nose to chin level, and went above my eyebrows after. My hair is still continuously breaking. And as much as I want to reach out personally, the one comment made about the breakage stops me from doing so. As a stylist, your priority should be to keep the integrity of a clients and hair and ensure they leave with the best. Not a mess that will continue to get worse.

En ningún lugar me habían dejado tan feo mi cabello. En el momento se vio muy bien, hablé al siguiente día para una corrección por que no fue como lo pedí y me cobraban 65 dlls más de lo que ya había pagado cosa que me parece injusto por que yo describí como quería mi cabello, y según me habían entendido Perfecto, estaba dispuesta a pagarlos pero al segundo día se notaron más las líneas de los aluminio, no puedo recogerme el cabello por qué se ve pardo se ve fatal. Prefiero que alguien más me lo corrija este chocoflan. P.D the response is not true you didn’t fix anything because I had my hair in good condition it was just a retouch I didn’t ask for something different I’d describe the same thing that I had just darker and blonde. Yes, now I have to go to “Mexico” to get it done correctly by pros like I used to. Thank you

I had my hair done and extensions for the first time with Dama Bella Salon and I am hooked. I wanted to try extensions for the first time and the owner her self went through Step by step! She has her own exclusive extensions and they are amazing! It’s been three weeks and they still feel as new! I would highly recommend any hair service with them! I felt welcomed and treated like a queen she did a miracle with hair. See the miracle Damaris was able to do to my hair!

I travel 3.5 hours to get my hair done at Dama Bella. After the girl that was doing my hair retired, I bounced from salon to salon. I could never find anywhere I was satisfied with until I came here. They are the first place where I feel they take their time. They are not in a rush to get you out the door. In my experience they take the time to do things patiently and correctly, even if that means you will be sitting in that’s salon chair longer. They are blond professionals and I will keep driving 7 hours round trip for their services. I absolutely recommend! Thank you Damaris, Diana, and Daniela ❤️

I went there to get my hair done & left completely damaged. not only was my hair left to overprocess, but it caused major breakage. the highlights were uneven & the hairstylist botched my hair. i went because of the countless good reviews, but it looks like i booked the wrong stylist.

I went to Dama Bella Salon to get a Contour Balayage. My hair is basically fried from top to bottom due to excessive use of bleach. Please stay away from this place if you want to keep your hair.

Do not recommend. I went there multiple times and had a negative experience almost every time. Turned my roots orange so had to have them redone, lot of breakage and working on multiple clients at once, services that should take couple hours taking five plus because being left “processing” longer than I should have been, being passed off to other hair stylists to finish, and general unprofessionalism. Twice I left with very purple tinted hair because they didn’t want to take the time to wash the toner out. Expensive prices for some cheap Walmart or great clips work. Definitely taking my business to a better salon.

First time after visiting Dama Bella Salon, I met with Damaris after being recommended by a friend as Ms Damaris is a platinum highlight experienced professional, for a first time consultation after having a very bad experience with a different hair salon, as soon as she saw my hair she was very honest with me and let me know how my hair was so damaged that she wouldn't risk lighting it as I wanted it and recommended me hair treatment, shampoo and conditioner and set up an appointment after the time length she recommended. My appointment finally arrived and my hair was so recovered thanks to her recommendations and finally she was able to lighten my hair to platinum as I had always wished for 😍 She is amazing and absolutely knows her profession. I would never go anywhere else as my hair has been damaged at all hair salons I've been to in the past. Damaris I am so happy to have met you and I am in love with my hair. You are amazing. To everyone, I absolutely recommend Ms Damaris for any hair needs you need. Thank you very much!!!

How do I start with my experience?! Damaris did a miracle with my hair, with her experience and knowledge she fixed my hair. I’m still in shock with the results. I have had long hair for many years and wanted to do something very different. I also knew that I wanted to donate my hair. I felt nervous at first, but Daniela helped me to feel excited and completely at ease. She is very personable, which is what a wonderful hair stylist should be. I showed her photos of the haircut that I wanted and she did an excellent job matching the photo. I have very thick hair and she textured it beautifully. In the end we cut off 26 inches and gave me a short haircut with longer bangs in the front. Daniela did a wonderful job styling the cut and showing me how to do it myself. She recognized my face shape, where the part would look best, and how the longer from would need to frame my face. I feel fresh, confident, renewed, and ready for the heat of the summer. I would recommend this salon and especially, Daniela. Thank you! He tenido el pelo largo durante muchos años y quería hacer algo muy diferente. También sabía que quería donar mi cabello. Al principio me sentí nerviosa, pero Daniela me ayudó a sentirme emocionada y completamente a gusto. Ella es muy agradable, que es lo que debería ser un estilista maravilloso. Le mostré fotos del corte de pelo que quería e hizo un excelente trabajo a juego con la foto. Tengo el pelo muy grueso y ella lo texturizó maravillosamente. Al final cortamos 26 pulgadas y me dieron un corte de pelo corto con flequillo más largo en la parte delantera. Daniela hizo un trabajo maravilloso estilizando el corte y mostrándome cómo hacerlo yo misma. Ella reconoció la forma de mi cara, dónde se vería mejor la parte y cómo más tiempo necesitaría enmarcar mi cara. Me siento fresco, confiado, renovado y listo para el calor del verano. I was recommended by a friend and styled by Daniela. I’ve never had a stylist work on my hair and was very nervous at first. The first time she was able to remove splat red box dye out of my hair and transformed it into a balayage which turned out amazing ! From there she always made my vision of my hair come to life! Amazing customer service as well. Always making sure I’m okay and I’m comfortable. I see a lot of people complaining about price and the amount of time taken to get it done but you are getting what you pay for.. to me and seeing my results it’s absolutely worth the price and the time. I absolutely am in LOVEE my hair and only trust Daniela to work with it !

I went to Dama Bella Salon to get a haircut and dye my hair blue which I was recommended by my brother who got his hair dyed as well by Valeria which she did a very great job. My hair stylist was also Valeria, she is an amazing and a sweet person. That was my very first time ever dying my hair and she was very attentive making sure I was fine that I did not have itchiness or any negative sensation when she was bleaching my hair. I was very satisfied with the results, my hair looks awesome! She also cut and styled my mom's hair which came out very beautiful. Valeria made sure we were taken care of, not leaving us sitting for hours waiting for her to do the next step and not passing us off to someone else. Hope to see more people as passionate and kind as Valeria also for her continue to make art and send positivity to the world. I recommend her she is a very great stylist(:
