Horrible customer service, i’ve came here so many times only because i love the eyebrow artist and she does very well (Mouna) but everyone else has horrible customer service and wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone other then mouna, the people are very rude and unprofessional and treat you horrible. I drove 35 minutes to come because i was told that mouna was working when i arrived i was met with rude behavior by the employees and nobody to do eyebrows. waste of gas and time and i specially call to avoid this happening.

The owner is very rude and unprofessional. After doing my daughters hair once and charging me 60$ the second time she said it was 120$ for the exact same thing, same hair, same person. She called me a liar after I told her that last time I was charged less…. Horrible customer service . Will never step in there ever again.

I'm very sensitive and I hate salón but they won me over here. They listened to my every request and were gentle. I got a shampoo, hair treatment, cut and style. Intook my daughter a few days later and she was also very happy! The ladies there are wonderful and have years of experience. Never going anywhere else!

Came for root touch up. Was told I had appointment w/ Irma. She greeted me and went over what I wanted but had another gal color my hair and then afterwards asks me if I want my hair blow dried. I did not realize the root touch up would take so long (2hrs before blow dry,where I used to get it done everything including blow dry takes 1.5hrs) so I said I was in a hurry ( I had plans to go to) and just a quick dry would do or that I can do it myself. Irma starts blow drying my hair but maybe I miscommunicated cuz she starts a full blow out so I said it’s ok I will just quickly dry my hair and go. She then tells me “if you are in a hurry then don’t come to my salon.” I thought that was very rude! I did not say anything in a mean way or even mean to. I was really surprised by her attitude and lack of professionalism.

I recently got a haircut from this salon for my command inspection and it was an excellent haircut, no mistakes at all, the barber was amazing and kind, the petty officers still haven't sent me the photo with everyone at the command inspection so I can't attach photos, but the salon was amazing.

Third time was the charm for not returning back. Had an apt, 4 hrs later left with a wet hair and not the highlights I requested. The owner Irma kept taking in clients and kept getting behind on my hair. The results .. an over processed treatment after paying $150 for just blond hair on top of my head and not highlight's that I requested. The owner, Irma did not acknowledge my concerns and unhappiness about my hair when texted her. Not worth your money or time. Stay away from this place. Go somewhere else where you will be treated as a Client and respect your time.

Totally disappointed. I booked an appointment with two weeks in advance for coloring a d drying hair at 5:30pm because of my work schedule and travel plans. Irma agreed. I confirmed my appointment the night before, but when I came to my appointment, Irma told me it was too late for her to do everything we previously agreed. She only did the coloring and she didn't dry my hair. She didn't comply with her commitment leaving me with my hair undone with no further options to fix her mistake. I had to finish my hair at home before my flight at 7am of next day. Definitely, no recommended at all. Totalmente decepcionada. Reservé una cita con dos semanas de antelación para colorear y secar el pelo a las 17:30 debido a mi horario de trabajo y planes de viaje. Irma estuvo de acuerdo. Confirmé mi cita la noche anterior, pero cuando llegué a mi cita, Irma me dijo que era demasiado tarde para que ella hiciera todo lo que habíamos acordado previamente. Sólo me hizo la coloración y no me secó el pelo. No cumplió con su compromiso dejándome con el pelo deshecho sin más opciones de arreglar su error. Tuve que terminar mi cabello en casa antes de mi vuelo a las 7am del día siguiente. En definitiva, nada recomendable.

I was a client at this salon for ten years. A few days before my wedding day, I asked Irma if she could do my hair because the hair stylist canceled. I told her the time, it was in the morning I needed my hair done. She told me she to confirm if she can’t make it and if not, she would be there because it was an important day, she would not leave me hanging in a moment like this. Well, I lost trust in Irma after 10 years of giving Dario’s business as a client because she texted me the day before saying she will not make it because it’s too early in the morning (6:30am). I ended up having to tie my hair in a ponytail myself for my WEDDING day. After ten years of being a client, on one of the most important events, Dario’s was not reliable. Not only did that hurt personally, but now I know they really don’t care about their clients. She won’t ever see me there again.
