I've been going to Darlene since she opened up here on the Northside and she does a great job with her daughter. Nice clean shop, and they always get me in and out quickly with a good haircut.

Called ahead and made appointment a couple days before but when I arrived they had one employee who was extremely rude. She asked who I made the 9:30 appointment with. When I said I did not know their name but gave her mine I find I have no appointment and wait 20 Minutes before she comes back to say I am now going to wait for another employee to arrive. After waiting another 20 min she starts berating me about waiting so I leave and she proceeds to yell at me saying bye! I am greatly disappointed as I made an appointment but was treated like I was unwanted. Horrible treatment and a shame as right down the street from my house! This was the lady who opened up Saturday morning 3/18 Never going back to be treated so terrible for just waiting quietly after their mistake.

Darlene is wonderful! She cuts my husband’s hair and now our baby boy too. She cares so much for her customers and has truly become a friend to our family. She is talented and really works to fit us in with our busy schedules!

Darlene, the owner, was fantastic and caring with my 90 year old mother. She cut and styled my Mom's hair exactly as she wanted. She loved it. I watched as customers left the salon and each cut/styling looked very nice. The salon is very clean.

I have thick hair with natural wave and it grows and curls differently on each side. Darlene is skilled at working with my hair and layering it so it looks fabulous with just washing and air drying! They also do a beautiful job with coloring. Conversely my husband has super straight fine hair so he has to have a precision cut because any little mistake will show. Both Darlene and Brittany do a great job!

I’m from Ohio, didn’t know where to go that was good, so I took a chance here. I have thick, long hair that’s hard for many to cut correctly. Darlene did an amazing job!! I had strangers compliment my hair and ask who do I go to. Thankful to have taken a chance, I found my go to for hair!

Amazing. The only place I will take my son for a haircut from now on. Brittany was amazing with him, so patient and kind. They were so amazing with him, that my husband and I will also be getting out haircuts here. Can’t wait to go back.

Brittany is awesome! Hadn't cut my hair in 5 years, she cut off at least 12-16 inches! I absolutely love it! I highly recommend Darlene's as my husband highly recommended that I go! He has been going there since they opened and his cuts are always perfect!!!

Darlene is one of the first stylist that listens to me about my needs and then provides what I have asked her to do....She is very friendly and is always concerned about my family, dog and me...I would say there are few places that make you feel comfortable and treat you like family. Be sure that you will get exactly what you ask for every time....I have had her call me on occasions that appointment times were open and she knew that I was trying to have my haircut...That is what I call personal service.Thank you Darlene! I walked in, was asked to sign up. Was told it will take a "lil bit”. Waited patiently for 30 to 45 mins. When asked for estimate was told another 30 to 45 mins So had to leave without a hair cut. NEVER going back there!

Darlene is the most wonderful person. She is so loving and so personable. It really is rare to meet a person like her. I am so glad I decided to come and and get a hair cut. Not to mention this is the best hair cut I have ever received, everyone I know says so as well. When I came in I told her to do whatever, and I’m so glad I did. The hair cut fits my hair type so well and fits my face. This will for sure be the place I go to from now on.

Good and sharp haircuts, they are great at military haircuts and I get both of our boy's haircuts there and they do an awesome job. They did my wife's hair and she loved it. Darlene and Brittany are really great, I would reccomend her place to anyone looking for a great haircut!

The absolute best haircuts and styling in the greater San Antonio are. This family owned business is run by Mrs. Darlene, and her Daughtet. My Wife, toddler age daughter, and myself all went in for a haircut, and couldn't have been more satisfied. Professional, courteous and personable. David gave me the best beard trim and fade since having had much more expensive cuts in Manhatten.
