Worst! She doesn’t take her time, it’s like she’s rushing to finish my brows. She doesn’t brush, she doesn’t tweeze, she doesn’t even offer me a tissue when she notices that the hair that she’s removed is all over my face. When I look at my brows, I noticed that she cut half of the edge of my brow off!!!! Since she wasn’t brushing my brows, she cut some and left some.

I loved it. I went somewhere else in Orlando since I’m not from the area, I live an hour away the previous place I went to messed up my eyebrows bad one was thick and the other thin with barely an arch so I called Darshana after googling places she was very friendly and did such an amazing job I was very happy and satisfied. I don’t mind driving an hour to go see her whenever I need them done again I had the best experience ever. Extremely happy with my results.

You know those reviews that say “If I could give less than one star, I would”? Well if I could give this place negative stars I would. I’m not sure if the quality of work has gone down or if the owner simply doesn’t care anymore. I had a horrible experience at this shop and I don’t plan on returning. To begin with she was on the phone the entire time! Barely greeting me when I came in. Where’s the customer service? What happened to “Hi, how are you?” She doesn’t take her time, it’s like she’s rushing to finish my brows. She doesn’t brush, she doesn’t tweeze, she doesn’t even offer me a tissue when she notices that the hair that she’s removed is all over my face. When I look at my brows, I noticed that she cut half of the edge of my brow off!!!! Since she wasn’t brushing my brows, she cut some and left some. So now, one brow is shorter and thinner than the other. I know your eyebrows are sisters and not twins, well after that my brows looked more like cousins. I didn’t even bother to ask her to fix it because there was no coming back from that, I’ll just have to wait to grow it out. The only time she paused the meeting she was conducting on her phone was when it was time to pay. She is careless, if you plan on going to get your brows, I pray you have better experience than me. But I would not recommend.
