Incredibly disappointed in my visit at this hair salon today. I called to make an appointment and the girl who answered told me to just come in whenever. I showed up 30 minutes later and she starts on my hair. She sprayed my hair with water and then cut it, which is normal. After she cut it, she asks me if I want her to blow dry it? I was confused, but in that moment I knew she was going to skip the hair wash. I did not say anything because she had an attitude on her and I already just wanted to get out but I had errands to run and did not want to leave the salon with wet hair… After she’s done blow drying my hair that is not clean.. she takes the cover off of me and says nothing. So I say thank you so much and go to check out. My hair felt disgusting and I immediately wanted to just put it up in my pony tail. She charges me the normal price I’ve always paid (and I have ALWAYS received a hair wash). so I ask her politely if they took the hair wash service out of the hair cut price. She says yes and I say that’s unfortunate because my hair was dirty and she said “yeah it was really greasy” What a terrible experience! If that is truly the case that the hair wash is no longer included in a hair cut, ASK ME if I want to add it. So disappointed

I recently got married and had the pleasure of working with Ana for my hair and makeup. I had specific requests for my hairstyle, and she nailed it—it stayed flawless all night. I also wanted my makeup to look natural, and she delivered exactly what I asked for. On top of that, she made sure I was ready by the time I needed. Ana was fantastic, and I highly recommend her!

DID NOT GET THE HAIRCUT I ASKED FOR. DO NOT COME TO THIS SALON UNLESS YOU WANT HALF OF YOUR CHOPPED BY ANA. I SHOWED HER THE EXACT HAIRCUT STYLE I WANTED TO GET AND SHE AGREE SHE COULD DO IT. SHE COULDN’t IN THE END SHE CUT MY HAIR WAY SHORTER THAT I WANTED. and the whole time she did my hair she was very aggressive with everything she did. i overall do not recommend ANYONE to get their hair done here.

I called in today 3 hours before making an appointment even asked the desk lady if she was even available today before even going in she assured she would in by 1:30 pm for my daughters first hair cut. So I get there the lady that answer just said hi and continue to do make up, walking in the air conditioning not working only having a fan towards the lady she was doing make up in a 100 degree weather! After waiting we asked for Ana letting us know she wouldn’t be there until later! I would have been left waiting if I had not asked and I didn’t get a call before arriving to “my appointment”. Ana is the owner she obviously doesn’t care about other time but only hers. Don’t waste your time. I get people have emergencies but have the decency to give your appointment a call ahead! This is not fist time sure won’t be last been coming here for year it’s time to move on you’ll be disappointed too. No ac , no customer service no decency not even due this hot weather.

I used to like this place but now all the time is a hassle to get a haircut ,the place is not open when they said is open or if you make an appointment when you get there on time is closed and they don't even give you a call back to let you know that.or when you make an appointment when you get there on time that are working on somebody else and they make you wait anyways,how about that!!! Very poor management. The only reason we still going there is Nelly ! Because she is very patient and do a great job!

Anna is great with her let me tell you that but if you want to come at the times it says they open don’t expect for it to be open. I have been sitting in my car waiting for her for 30 mins and nothing. The times I have come though I usually wait forever to get my haircut. If you like a good haircut but want to waste like 2 to 3 hours of your day then this place is for you. When they first opened I loved coming here but the quality in customer service has hit rock bottom since. Truly disappointed and will not be coming back.

I honestly have been to Daviana’s like 2 times already, I have referred a friend, I took my daughter because I like how she cuts hair and the fact that it’s affordable. I usually have to wait quite a while for her but I know it’s worth it. But when you make me wait almost an hour, and then come to tell me that someone that came after me “ had an appointment “ and she was gonna be worked on first and that I have to wait 40 more minutes then I will get upset. She had other 2 before me and I clearly asked “ I need a haircut can you work on me? “ and she said” yes I can I’m just gonna check on their hair I’ll be right with you” . Okay I can wait but then you do that? No. I’m sorry, she could’ve told me oh no I can’t too busy or oh I have appointments, or something! Nope she made me sit there and then told me she had an appointment when I had waited for almost an hour. ( mind you my husband and kids where waiting for me in the car!! 😫) I understand I only needed a haircut but to me that’s so unprofessional. Never coming back again.

Went in a few years ago. I can’t remember the name of the Hair Stylist but I think she’s the owner. She was very friendly as in great Customer service. I had called before she opened the salon and told her I was limited on time and she squeezed me into her busy schedule. Gracias, (Thank You) I would definitely return to this salon for a trim or even for an up-do. I definitely recommend the ladies to come here for a hair cut or even to get dolled up for a Date night...or even a big event.
