First time experience and it was wonderful! Dawn was so personable, a gentle soul with tons of talent. Since I am just about to move to Mount Washington, I figured I would test out my future salon and I am so thrilled I found the one on the first try and within walking distance. She got my hair and pretty much had great suggestions and ideas and I mostly let her run with it as she's the expert and been at it for something like 32 years. She trimmed my thick wavy to curly hair (I'm Hispanic) and it wound up looking better than what I had before. I wanted to keep my length and she did her best to keep it long while getting rid of the ratty bits. The highlights look sooooo much better than the previous job, their positioning along with the cut look absolutely fabulous! Another winning aspect for someone like ME, was that she was not a negative, gossipy, nosey, prying person. I am an introvert and mostly private person and avoid gossip. She doesn't ask prying questions and doesn't judge or critique or come back with snarky comments. Hard to explain perhaps, but she is simply a gentle, warm, educated, open-minded, lovely soul and my go-to from now on. Went back today to try the nail services offered by Ena and I cannot wait to come back. She's lovely, she's talented, she's gentle and offers excellent services. I'm very basic when it comes to my nail care but the things I've seen on Ena's social media pages are gorgeous! One of these days I'll get the courage to try one of her many beautiful designs and services. You must give her a try!
