Said they open Sundays drove all the way out here not open. Sign said it should be open on Sundays from 10:00 to whatever but it's not even open and it's 10:52. Wasted my gas.

I had an appt a few days ago at 9:30am she didn’t arrive until about 10 then didn’t get started until almost 10:30 but I didn’t complain. She stopped multiple times to attend to her phone but I didn’t complain. It took about 4 hrs which is good for 1 person in my opinion however she did not feel the same because she made a comment about me having too much hair and that it normally only takes her 3hrs with a bit of attitude but I still didn’t complain. She did not tie the ends on my braids so I asked her to curl the ends and she asked me why?? LIKE R U SERIOUS. First of all because I want my ends curled and u didn’t even tie the ends. She did not snip the braids even tho I asked her too hence the pictures below hair sticking all out the braids. She used a very cheap hair gel and very little of it. Only put mousse at the top of my head instead of the whole head she was cheap with it I didn’t like that . As I’m getting ready to leave and pay I offer cash app she had the nerve to tell me I have to send $5 extra n argued with me about it !! Girl u got me messed up I’m not paying shit extra with yo cheap ass sent her 200 n kept it moving then had the nerve to say her clients are normally nice to her like girl if I was the same way I used to be I would’ve beat yo ass in yo shop u tried me multiple times I was just in a good mood as it was my bday week….NEVER AGAIN Dany!!!!

First time getting my hair braided here. I was trying to find places that would take me because my original stylist canceled last minute. Thankfully there was a spot available here.. and it was way cheaper than what I was quoted from the previous stylist that was going to do my hair..I love my braids and will make this my go to shop

I scheduled an appointment w/ Dani for Knotless box braids. I walk in to the shop & first ask Dani if they take credit card & she implies “we take cash app” & I told her that was ok. I go to my appt for her to send me to another stylist whom I was unfamiliar with. And then, the stylist proceeds to do my braids but does not make them Knotless & apologizes for the mistake, even though I made the appt with Dani & it was specifically stated to be Knotless. & then my phone died & I told them I needed to charge my phone in my car to send the money (they only had android chargers) I even suggest I leave my wallet with them while I pull my car up front to the shop until my phone turns on to send the $. (My wallet which included my CC, ID, etc) Dani unprofessionally says “Um no you can’t leave your purse here, we’ve had too many problems with ppl running away so WE (her & the Braider) will follow me outside and wait outside of my car watching me until my phone turns on? I never in my life felt so humiliated, I was being profiled as if I was a possible theft. They come outside & I sent the $ to the correct name and it states it was completed transaction. Dani proceeds to tell me she never recieved the payment, about 20 more minutes ago by and then she offers me to PAY USING MY CC??? I told her absolutely not b/c I already sent the money but this entire situation could have been avoided when I first mentioned if I could use my CC. She eventually got my payment after some more time went by. NEVER AGAIN. I was being labeled as a possible thief which I never have done before, I literally drove off crying & shaking. Very upset at this unprofessional establishment. DO NOT GO!!

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!......I made an appointment. An hour b4 she texted me to see if I was still coming, right away I replied yes. Half hour later she said I'm closing shop, sorry. I said so wait your not doing my hair, she replied yes. So, I called her and she said sorry I'm not doing your hair, I've closed the shop and I'm going home. WTW I was leaving for GA the next day. Luckily I was getting my lashes done and the tech referred me to Quita who was able to get me in later that night. Shout out to QUITA AT SALON LOFT ON EAST BROAD ST!!!!!!!!

Outside of it being slightly cold inside, I was in and out in 4 hours with micros. They were pleasant, all wore masks and cleaned as they went along. No complaints here!

This was the worst hair braiding experience i have ever had. The first phot is what i asked for , inthe next 2 photo's is what i received and the last photo is where she called herself fixing the mess that i paid 200 dollars for i would NEVER recommend this shop. I drove 2 hours for her to braid my hair and i had to practically beg her to fix it she stated to me that she doesn't work on sundays however you know that i came from out of town for you to braid my hair she told me to come back monday after work. After going back and forth she agreed to braid it down to the end which she didnt take the knots out so i knots all over my hair and she had an attitude the entire time she was braiding them. Really unprofessional and heartbreaking that someone would want to stay in business treating people this way.. i would never return nor do i recommend this place to anyone 200 down the drain..

Those ladies braided my hair so well, I'm just so impressed. I've never had box braids before and the precision she put into parting my hair into triangles was just perfect!! I have fine hair and she wasn't heavy-handed at all but managed to get every strand possible in. I will definitely be back and recommending!!
