AMAZING!! My tech is a clean and knowledgeable nail guru. She pays great attention to detail and she is super gentle. I had a gel nail manicure done. Very thorough. Would highly recommend.

Worst manicure ever! Liam could have cared less he answered his phone and could not even ask any questions that I could understand?! The girls are great but I got the boys won’t be back!

I am newer to this area. I wanted to find a close by nail and spa place. When it comes to a nail and spa place I am very picky and hesitant.i was in need of a pedicure. Kim gave me the best pedicure of my life. No exaggeration. She massaged every part of my foot and lower leg. My color came out beautifully. Everyone in the millard area needs to come here for this luxury spa experience. My Sunday is made! Thank you so much dudee am it was truly a dream.🩵🫶🏻

I got the builder Gel X to grow out my natural nails. My daughter started using the builder Gel X in Dallas and her natural nails now look amazing! The gel is worth the price! We have always loved this place! Always friendly and clean with music or tv in background! Swell place indeed!

Ive always came here and left so happy with my nails but unfortunately today the customer service side of it lacked severely. Theres a difference between being fast and efficient and just rushing someone out of your chair. I am fine with my nails but not happy overall.

Kevin is the best! He fixed a messed up set I got somewhere else and was the nicest nail tech I have ever had. He checked with me multiple times throughout the appointment if I was happy with the way they were looking which was so considerate. Chill and welcoming atmosphere, I am absolutely coming back.

Nail technician seemed to be in a hurry as she prainted nails and cuticle with dip, leaving color all around my nails. She then proceeded to try and cut it all away leaving my fingers all chewed up and red with me going home and putting antibiotic medication on fingers. Part of nail corners were not even painted. Save your money and time!!!!

I never go anywhere else for my nails and the nails for my girls. If I go somewhere else a nail falls of in days or weeks. After years of going here I don’t think a nail has ever fallen off before I just got annoyed with them and bit them off. My girls are very active and the nails have always stayed on. I’ve never been disappointed with the nail art and they do whatever we ask even with my girls who love a complicated design!

I’m seriously disappointed to be giving this place a low rating because I’ve been going for a few months and so far everything has been great! But I just went in for a dip manicure, and by the middle of it I could tell the color wasn’t matching up. I made a couple comments that the color seemed much lighter than the sample and I was concerned but received no response from my tech. Continued on with a pedicure, and while I was sitting in the chair I was debating asking for a discount on just my nails. Finally, when I cashed out I expressed my concerns with the color (not the quality or the service, that was all fine). The young man who was helping me stepped over to who I am assuming is the manager or owner - the man didn’t even look up at me and shook his head ‘no’. I finally asked if we could compare the sample, to which we did and my nails definitely came out a different shade. Again, the manager/owner couldn’t be bothered to even offer an apology and I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing them by even asking. I’m so disappointed because I really love this place and how conveniently located it is to my house. But I’ve never been more embarrassed to speak up and left in tears, so I won’t be returning to this location.

Love this place so much! They always do a great job no matter how challenging the design is. They have such a welcoming group of people once you walk in! Recommend this place, I’ve been going for a year now!

Edon did a lovely dip polish on my fingernails. Rated. 4 b/c he used the cuticle trimmer very little. And nails were smooth but cuticles snaggy and dry. Dead skin.

First time here with my daughter on a Saturday. They were busy but got in right away. Very friendly, loved the atmosphere..relaxing vibe. We both got a pedicure, I added nail art. They did a great job, we'll be back. 💅🏻🩴🫧

I went here yesterday around 5:30 for a pedicure. When she was trying to shape up my toenails with the snippers she accidentally pulled off my half of my pinky toenail from the cuticle. I’m not sure how it happened and how only half came off, but It hurt really bad and started bleeding and she just put it back into the water and didn’t say anything. When it came time for filing she tried filing my raw toe and i asked if we could just not touch that toe because it is now hurting and she said “why does it hurt? Did you bump it?” Which kind of confused me because it almost felt like she was trying to pretend she didn’t cut it off and blame it on me. But when I said something about oh no I think you accidentally ripped it off she just ignored me and kept going. I didn’t want to be rude or cause a scene so I just let the pedicure finish. I was charged full price even though I left with no pinky toe nail, which is fine I didn’t ask for a discount. I know accidents happen and she didn’t mean to leave me without half a nail, but in my opinion she should have apologized or at least acknowledge it and avoid trying to touch it with other tools. I’m scared of it getting infected and the rest of my toes don’t look all that great. They are all different lengths and shapes and the polish job isn’t clean. I unfortunately won’t return.

Manicure guy did a great job! Really upset about Vee, short hair lady with highlights, while she was doing my pedicure she kept getting on her phone. I was really looking forward for a massage and she didn’t do one she just rubbed my legs for 2minutes each. Very upset.
