Highly recommend! HoneyJ was awesome. I told her what cut I want without showing any pictures and she got it perfectly just how I wanted! My hair was already light brown and I said I just want to have it the same as my natural hair color and she also got it on point. Will def come back here.

I can only wish I had listened to my gf and tried out her hair dresser, Dean, much sooner. He cuts my hair with care and precision, not rushed. I truly like the results when my hair grows out, and that’s the criterion of a good haircut. Update: recently out of town for several months, and based on my experience with other barbers, I cannot wait to get back home and have Dean cut my hair!

Not a professional haircut. Dean is an amateur, I believe he's fresh out of school. I can't speak on all stylists there but I paid too much for worst than a home cut.

Dean is such a perfectionist, Love his style of cutting hair. First time and it was amazing! I tried to tip alot for the great service, Dean said "Please save your money.". I have never had a person refuse a tip before, humble and recommended. ♥️

Hair was cut by one of the new stylists, and she took a long time - think she didn’t have that much experience cutting hair. My fade was extremely uneven.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I figured I should warn people who have course wavy hair or people looking for a Brazilian blowout to not come here. I have thick, wavy, course, Hispanic hair and I was looking for a Brazilian blowout that would straighten my hair (I have had a Brazilian blowout before in another city and it was so smoothing my hair was basically straight after it). I called this salon to ask about the Brazilian Blowout and if they thought that their method would straighten my hair; I even sent them pictures and I talked with them more than once for reassurance. They said they could do it multiple times so I came in for the “Brazilian Blowout.” When I came in I noticed they were not using the typical Brazilian Blowout products which should’ve been the first red flag. The second red flag was that they used this really foul smelling spray with a chemical scent so I’m guessing it was some other product to attempt to straighten my hair. I washed my hair after a couple days after this procedure thinking that it would dry smooth and straight but my hair was just as wavy as before and SUPER damaged. It was breaking off & extremely dry. Even months later, my hair breaks off every day and I have a TON of split ends. I paid over $300 for this + generous tip because I thought it worked before washing my hair. I asked for a refund for the Brazilian Blowout (I didn’t ask for a refund back for the haircut which I did the same day even though it was way too short). I felt that I should’ve gotten a refund for the “Brazilian Blowout” because they did not do what they reassured me about multiple times (smooth, straight hair) and they didn’t even use the Brazilian Blowout products. They ended up keeping over half/almost the full amount for this procedureAND they had the audacity to keep the entire tip too. The tip is a reward for a job well done, which this was not. They offered to fix it but why would I come back to fix it at the same place that messed up my hair this bad? I found it really unjust that they would keep most of profits after leaving my hair in such bad condition. In summary, months after my salon visit here I have dry, damaged hair and I dropped over $200 for false promises.

I've been going to this place for the last couple of years for straightening and keratin. I have curly thin hair and it was very damaged from decoloration and dying. It's SO much better now. I absolutely love it and don't even think about going anywhere else. They pay so much attention to detail and you just feel like they know what they're doing. They're not the cheapest, but it's definitely worth it! Definitely recommended. Very professional and friendly.

My daughter and I liked it. Our stylers were Kaye and Gina. The place was relaxing unlike some salons that charges way cheaper but always in a rush to finish up with you and get to the next in line to meet the quota. Here at Dean O Hair they really spend time with you and no line..its by appointment only so next customer would be there just when you are done or have already left. This is our first time to have our hair done where we pay more than the usual but both our satisfaction were fulfilled. Highly recommended and will be back in 3 months..👍🤙👌💇‍♀️💇‍♀️💇‍♀️

They are so accommodating and easy to work with. From setting up an appointment to the appointment itself, everything is so easy. Dean is my stylist and he got the haircut that I’ve always wanted. Very reasonable price but they will treat you so good. The shop is so clean and inviting as well. Dean took his time to do my hair and even style it for me. I will definitely come back for a hair cut and maybe try their hair coloring as well.

Dean and his wife, Ji, are awesome. They are great at understanding your hair goals while giving their expertise and balancing hair health and longevity with style and what looks good on you. I've developed an allergy to hair dye recently so they have been very conscious of that and getting creative about how to deal with my gray roots. And their salon is beautiful!!

This is my second time doing the japanese hair straightening with them. They are very professional and do not rush the process. They make sure every single hair is straight while also caring that you feel comfortable. The process went even faster because of the amazing conversations we were having. If you want to get the straightening please go with them! I will definitely come back.
