If you’re a brunette, GO TO NATHAN! I can’t thank him enough. My hair was a mess when I first saw him. I have pretty dark hair and I’ve always wanted an ashy balayage (grayish brown), one…I’ve never had a hairstylist achieve anywhere close to the look that I want. It’s hard to find stylists as a brunette because I always come out with warmer tones. Well when I first saw Nathan, it was probably the warmest it could get and I had saw a hairstylist previous to him that basically just left me with orange hair. I booked with Nathan a couple weeks later and he was 100% honest with me that it would take a few sessions to get exactly what I wanted, which was understandable. Especially since no stylist has even given me a glimmer of hope of ever achieving what I wanted. Nathan had to color correct me and basically start over. He was super patient and man….gave me the closest to my goal that I have ever seen! I am so excited for future appointments with him and can’t wait to start this hair journey with him! 10000000% recommend!

don’t second guess going to Nathan..just the best! He takes the time to listen, cares about both you and your hair..and works wonders!! So glad I have found him as my hair artist and stylist. I look forward to every hair appointment!

Hey Nathan, thanks for checking in as I was meaning to get in touch. I was pretty disappointed after the first washing a week after the color was done. I'm not a nube to color so I did expect some lightening but what I didn't expect to see was All the grey to completely wash out. Basically leaving it ash blonde 😢 yes still decent looking but after spending so much $$$ and time it was really hard to keep our appointment for today and that's why I canceled

Death by Colour studio has far exceeded my hair expectations!! Nathan is an artist and it truly shows. My balayages have been so beautiful and my hair cuts are done with such care. Recently, he colored my hair and it came out better than I could have even asked for. We worked together to decide how I exactly wanted my hair and then he executed it perfectly. He gives 110% when I’m in his chair and truly does his best work every time. I love Death by Colour Studio!!! 12/10 I highly recommend.

I don't know what I would do without this amazing artist. I'm lucky I found Nathan as my hair stylist. His work is always beautiful. In particular, his hair coloring from gorgeous naturals to amazing vivids. I have been getting fantasy colors for years now. I always come to Nathan with just a loose idea of what I'm looking for and then let him work his creative magic. Each time is always a perfect outcome to the look we were going for. I trust in his expertise and know he'll always make my hair look gorgeous and keep it healthy.

Nathan is a very talented hair professional that listens and pays attention to the smallest detail. He is not satisfied until your color and hairstyle are perfect. I’ve been to this salon two times now and I’ve had Nathan both times by request… I can’t say enough great things about my experience there but I can say that I’ve found my person… he has done wonders for my long thick hair by getting it back to super healthy and strong and then the color game is on a million, as I’ve never had such beautiful, vibrant color on my hair ever and I’ve been getting my hair professionally done for 30+ years… I’m just so happy and Nathan is now a friend not just my hair stylist, always professional but still very personable and down to earth… he’s a doll!!! Prices are worth every penny and it’s a place I go to get my hair done but also get to relax and have great conversations!!! All around couldn’t be happier with my experiences… and now my mom is excited to be going there for her hair coming up soon and that’s saying something!!! 🌈10/10, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, 2 thumbs up 👍🏼 👍🏼

Nathan is great. Been going to him for about 3 yrs now. Started going to him when my hair was a mess. It’s been a long journey but got my hair to be where I want it to be. He is honest, knowledgeable and does a fabulous job. I highly recommend him. <3 my DSL boo ;)
