I thought my hair looked decent when I left, but here’s the day after and I’m not happy with it. First issue being my appointment was scheduled at 2:30pm and I waited over 30 minutes while she finished up her client before me. I had texted 5 minutes prior to my appt I was down the street and was running late. Received a text back telling me to take my time and that she was finishing up. I arrived 2 minutes past my scheduled time. Second issue- the stylist roughly detangled my hair. I will say I am at fault for not speaking up and being up front about her being rough. Third- her blow dryer was extremely hot and burned my scalp. Again I didn’t say anything and I’m sorry I didn’t. My scalp hurt for a good while after my appointment. I will not be back and will be going else where to try and get these layers fixed and keep as much length as possible. I’d also like to mention that prior to my appt I spoke to the stylist over the phone about having long hair and having had a bad haircut a year and a half ago. I told her I was hesitant and not trusting because of it. She seemed reassuring and understanding, but my haircut does not reflect this. Honorable mention- a fellow stylist there by the name of Susie was very nice and I had great conversation while I waited for my appointment.

I came to SA for a day trip and was looking for a last minute blowout. Debi and Susie coordinated and made time to take me within minutes. Susie is a seasoned stylist and was such a joy to be around. She even gave me great local recommendations. One of my favorite salon experiences.

I’m sure this place is great, but the stylist should’ve listened to what the customer wanted. Long story short, my daughter came home crying. Nothing she can do about it now, but wait for her hair to grow. Sorry Deb, you have many great reviews, but this stylist really messed up.

I’ve been coming here for about year. I actually am not complaining about the service my hair comes out just like I ask. What I have a complaint about is how they treat you. Every single time I book an appointment they make me wait at the very least, thirty minutes, to be seen. Which I think is very unprofessional because if I came in 30 minutes late that would make them mad because time is money. They could give you a courtesy and let you know they are going to run late but don’t they make u wait there up to an hour for your appointment no thank you I’ll take my money else where.

Yvonne did my wife's hair and the night before quoted her 65-85 dollars. When she when she went to get the job done after they charged her $150 when she asked why so mush more she was told because it took her longer than she expected to do her hair. I'm sorry but how fast you get something done when you give someone a quote previously is not the customer problem. At the very least they should have told her it was going to be more than expected when she got there for her appointment. Do yourself a favor and don't get robbed by this place.

I needed new products for my hair. My hair was feeling dull and lacked shine and volume and I did not know what products to try on my hair type. Debi provided the perfect products from the Wow line and my hair has never felt healthier. It has volume and shine thanks to Debi. She saved my hair at a reasonable price!

First time coming here and I love it George was amazing on time and great stylist great price and great conversation... The only thing is they didn't have all the colors I wanted and I did let them know in advance ... But I will definitely return and recommend them I already have past out cards 😜

What a great place! Debbie did such an amazing job, the price was super reasonable and the wait time was very short. I would highly recommend this place to anybody!
