Took 2 of my employees here today. I called to book our pedicures about a month ago and was told to call back the week of. I ended up booking online 3 pedicures, one with an extra foot massage. I arrived with one employee and the other was running a few minutes behind. We were asked if we wanted to go back and sit and we said we would wait for our other party member. While waiting, I was told about a coupon that we can use if we spend $50. later, when I went to pay, I was told that that coupon was for one service only (i was paying for all 3). Also, we were asked if we wanted to go back and sit before the third-party arrived and we declined. She arrived about five minutes later and we assumed the chairs were ready for us which they were not. The one who asked for an extra foot massage was asked multiple times if she wanted a full body massage. We were also asked if we wanted more expensive services than what we confirmed online. We were asked again while we were sitting in the chairs. The person that I arrived with had to wait about 20 minutes for a nail tech to start on her pedicure, even though we made appointments online. We were then told multiple times that our nails needed to dry, but my pedicure was done a long time before the other two. The whole appointment took 90 minutes when usually a standard pedicure takes about 45 minutes. My employees felt like they were yelled at and told to sit back down to let their toes dry when they were clearly dry already. We were planning to go to lunch after this and could not because we did not have time. A standard pedicure takes 45 minutes at the most not 90 minutes. It should not have been this difficult. It was confusing and we felt bombarded with the spa employees trying to get us to spend more money than was planned. It was uncomfortable for us.

Absolutely love my nails!!! The lady doing my nails took very good care of me and was very gentle, prices are very fair. Great experience overall 10/10

I love this place! They are always so fast and look incredible. I usually get a pedicure with the miracle dry polish and it lasts forever. 10/10!

My first time but won’t be my last!! Kimmy did my nails wonderfully. She was very detailed to my request and attentive. I am in love with the simplicity (b/c of work) but beauty of my nails. 🫶🏽💅👏🏽

The women argued who had to take me right in front of me(even though I made an appointment) then the woman used the drill to file my nails paper thin. She kept commenting how strong my nails are and proceeded to keep drilling till I had to tell her to stop because it was burning. I got my gel manicure yesterday. And 2 of my nails have broken completely! I would highly recommend never going

Everyone at Dedham Nail & Spa are very nice people no matter what they are facing they always have a smile on their faces Kimmy the owner is very nice and professional always greet you with a smile and my nail tech Wendy is exceptional I always leave very happy and satisfied

I got a pore-cleansing facial and it was a life-changer! The prices are reasonable, and the facility is immaculate. The manager and esthetician were personable and attentive, which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend.

I have been getting my nails done at Dedham Day Spay for a number of years. It is always a calm and relaxing environment and they do work that I am proud of wearing. I brought in an idea for my nails and it was enhanced creating the wonderful nails seen below.

As a collective they do a great job. I’ve been coming for several years and never request anyone in particular. I’m always satisfied. They are the only place I go to for natural nails. I bite my nails and they are the only place that makes my nails look exceptional.

Dedham Day Spa accommodated my entire family Spa day. I brought breakfast from Panera and had it set up at the spa. The boys had fun getting their first pedicure. At Dedham Day Spa Paul and Kimmy are SUPER SWEET AND VERY, VERY NICE MOST IMPORTANTLY I LOVE HOW CLEAN THE FACILITY IS.
