I absolutely love visiting the crew at Dedham Medical Aesthetics. No matter what my concern is, they always help guide me to the right treatments and procedures to help me put my best self forward. I’ve had multiple facial laser treatments done by Nikki, which have really helped with my rosacea and overall complexion issues, and I’ve had laser hair removal with Karen, which gives me such a wonderful sense of freedom and ease in my life. I know that whatever I need, I can trust Dedham Medical Aesthetics to point me in the right direction. And more than helping you look and feel your best, they are just so fun to be around. I always look forward to my office visits and I am sad when I have to leave. I highly recommend consulting with them if you have any medical aesthetic needs or wants! They are incredible.

Can’t say enough about this place and everyone that works here! Went in for a hydrafacial with Nikki and she was so informative through the whole process. It was so relaxing, and my skin looked amazing afterwards. I cannot wait to go back for my cool sculpting!

I had the most wonderful and calming experience. I received a hydrafacial and dermaplane - Nikki was fabulous and confirmed with me multiple times of what I wanted, which was really appreciated. Highly recommend and my skin feels wonderful.

Love how reliable and easy this place is! I have been coming here for over a year, and I love all the treatments I have received here. Karen makes me feel great after every facial, and Kate is so knowledgeable and practical as well every time I receive a treatment from her. The staff are also always friendly and helpful, and scheduling is very easy too.

I had a procedure done their and I saw no Difference going in and no difference leaving and it’s been almost 6 months and my lips still look the same as if nothing was done.

I had an amazing experience CoolSculpting with Dedham Medical Aesthetics! From the moment I walked in, the office was clean, inviting, and made me feel at ease. Karen and Nicole were incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain each step of the process, which really helped ease any nerves. During the procedure, they even provided a cozy blanket and made sure I was comfortable, letting me watch Netflix to pass the time. The team checked on me regularly and provided clear post-care instructions, so I left feeling confident about my next steps. I couldn't be happier with the results I've seen from my CoolSculpting treatments! Around six weeks after my sessions, I started noticing a real difference in my targeted area. The results have been gradual but noticeable, giving me that extra confidence boost I was hoping for. The whole process was comfortable, and the knowledgeable staff made it such a pleasant experience from start to finish. Kate did a wonderful job doing my SkinVive treatment today! It was about 20 minutes for this treatment so I was in and out. She explained how this hyaluronic acid injection would work and I left with no bruising or expected downtime. So excited to see how this helps to smooth and plump my skin especially since I have scars!

I recently had two facial treatments with the BBL and Moxi laser. I’m so happy with the results. Almost all of my tiny brown spots are gone, my redness has gone down a lot, even the texture of my skin has improved! I will definitely be back for more treatments in the future.

I've had many hydrafacial treatments, but recently had my first one done by Dedham Medical Aesthetics. Nikki was super nice and friendly and you can tell she cared and listened. Unlike other spas i've gone to, she really took her time and customized my facial to help treat a recent dermatitis outbreak. She really went above and beyond and I felt so taken care of and relaxed when I left.

Last week, I got Restylane Kysse lip filler with Kate. She is amazing and did such a great job. Swelling has been very minimal and they are so plump, but very natural looking. Such a great experience and can’t wait to continue my lip journey with Kate!

Kate and Nikki are absolutely fabulous. The medspa is super clean and very comfortable, I got juvedermultra XC lip injections and my lips look amazing and it was a great price. Nikki at Dedham Medical Aesthetics is fabulous! I recently visited her for my first round of BBL Halo and Moxi laser treatments. She made me feel so comfortable and walked me through the details of every single step. I’ve never had anything cosmetic done before, and having this procedure to my face made me even more nervous. Having Nikki by my side to talk me through each step before it happened so I could be prepared was so comforting. I also highly recommend the BBL Halo and Moxi laser treatments! After my first round my skin is already smoother, less red, less dark spots, and my fine lines are less noticeable. Definitely head to Dedham Medical Aesthetics for your next beauty appointment! This place is AMAZING!!! I had the BBL and Moxie treatment. Karen walked me through every step. She is so knowledgeable and catered everything to my specific concerns and goals. The procedure was painless and Karen gave me detailed instructions for aftercare. I am SHOCKED with the results. It has been a week and literally my age spots have vanished! My skin is smoother and tighter. If you are thinking about BBL or the Moxie I HIGHLY recommend Karen!

Dedham medical aesthetics is my favorite place to go for botox, fillers and medical grade skin care. Their space is beautiful and clean. Their staff are super welcoming and friendly. I love that they are realistic and communicative when trying to achieve a goal appearance (in my case lip filler and botox). They never push additional services or products on you in an uncomfortable way whatsoever. Their communication and response time is near immediate via the chat option when booking and consulting. Kate is the nurse who I get my services from and she makes me feel super comfortable the entire time. She makes it painless and stress free (spoken from someone who does not have a high tolerance for needles or pain). She is exceptionally helpful in directing which product would be best for a particular desired appearance and how much to get. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

I met with Kate and she immediately made me feel calm and heard. She listened to all my concerns, offered input without selling me on anything...overall just a genuinely honest and caring professional. She was also able to get me amazing, natural results without using too much product which I definitely appreciated. I am a worrier by nature and ask a ton of questions, but Kate didn't rush me at all. She was extremely thorough with her answers and didn't make me feel embarrassed for asking a lot of questions. Truly an awesome experience!

I went and saw Kate and it was such a seemless appointment. She was so thorough, took before and after photos, explained where the injections would be and was extremely soft and careful with the process. Couldn’t be happier with the results. Cant wait to come back in a few weeks to see her again for some Botox. 10/10 recommend visiting and using their services.

Nikki and the entire team at Dedham Medical Aesthetics were amazing! It was my first Moxi treatment and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Nikki explained the entire process to me and made me feel super comfortable. The treatment took less than 30mins and she explained the recovery process. After a week, my skin looked unbelievable. The experience AND the treatment exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend!

On January-19-2024 I had an appointment to get fillers in my lips. I was very nervous then Nikki came in talked to me explained everything that was going to happen made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. This was my first time I've been to Dedham Medical Aesthetics and the experience was fantastic ... everyone there was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, which made me feel very comfortable with the procedures I was having done! Kate did an amazing job guiding me through the Botox experience, as it was my first time having it done - the results are perfect! Nicole also made my first cool sculpting experience seamless - she is super patient and friendly - I can't wait to see the results. Can't say enough about this place ! 5 stars !
