Sarah is one of the best colorist I’ve encountered. she's creative, collaborative and always nails it. I always get compliments on my hair and those I have referred are just as happy!!!

Perfect service as always! I love letting Jenni have essentially full creativity with whatever she does with my hair and it always comes out perfect! She helps teach techniques on how to style at home to get the same results that she gives in the salon; which is always great so I not only feel great leaving the salon - but at home as well! I think a big key to loving your hair is knowing how to do it and what to use product wise and Jenni is the best at explaining and hands on teaching you what to do! If she recommends a product to take home you KNOW she put thought into your hair and what would benefit you personally. She doesn’t pressure you to buy things you won’t use or don’t need!! Also love the vibes of the Austin 360 location! It is so relaxed and quiet compared to some of the other locations! A beautiful way to end the week! 🖤

Always a great experience with Amber. She gives an excellent cut that continues to look great even after a weeks of growth. She also knows how to cut/style a mullet, which let me tell you not everyone can do.

Amber is so talented and I highly recommend her for both color and/or extensions. I was a client of hers at a previous salon, where she did my hair for my engagement photos and my wedding, and followed her to Urban Roots when she moved because I didn’t want anyone else doing my hair. The Deep Roots salon is also super cute and has great cappuccinos!

Absolutely amazing experience with Alecia! I mentioned what I wanted and fears with past haircuts, and Alecia delivered and then more. I have flat and fine hair, and Alecia taught me tricks to get volume that I had never heard of before. She checked in several times on my thoughts with length and layering. Excellent experience and my hair looks fantastic!

Alecia was great! I'm not too talkative at hair appointments and I feel like we had a mix of talking and resting (I get sleepy :)) She made me a cappuccino & she NAILED the hair - I love it so much. It's exactly what I was hoping for. She went above & beyond to match the picture I showed her. Plus she gave me some helpful tips since we have similar hair texture. I'll be back with Alecia!

Alecia worked extremely hard and meticulously to color correct my previously box dyed hair and re-color it to exactly what I envisioned. She is incredibly detail oriented and talented! Can’t recommend her & the salon enough!

Jenni is probably the best stylist I’ve ever had. Moved to Austin recently and was scared to start over with a new stylist. I found Jenni at Deep Roots and couldn’t be happier! My first apt with her (haircut) made me feel super comfortable, she’s patient and LISTENS. Guys, she listens to her clients…what a wild thought, right? I wanted to keep the length of my hair as much as possible, and she did just that while making it look all cleaned up. I went in there thinking “another stylist telling me she can keep my length, then chops off 5 inches,” but nope, she did as she promised and my hair looked just as long but healthier. Second apt, because my hair grew out so much over two years, I was rocking half blonde and half ashy brown hair. I wanted to go back to my natural hair for low maintenance. It’s been super hard to find a stylist that could match my natural color because it’s an ashy light brown/ really dirty blonde. Let’s just say, it was a perfect match. Overall, I highly recommend Jenni. Shes fun, kind, patient, cares about your hair goals, and really knows what she’s doing!

Madi did such an amazing job on lightening up my hair to the rich chocolatey look I wanted for the holidays! She went over on time to make sure she nailed it even though she had alot of color lifting to do. Highly recommend Madi for color perfection!!

After moving to Austin, I was skeptical to find a hairstylist here that I loved. Marissa at Deep Roots has been fantastic to work with! She really listens to what you're looking for and I have been beyond happy with the color every time. Definitely would recommend going to her if you're looking for a new stylist :)
