I stopped into visit David at Deep Wave while my mother-in-law was at the hospital nearby - long days in the hospital chairs began taking a toll on my neck and shoulders. It’s a short walk from the hospital, and there was great availability that matched up with my schedule, so I quickly made an appointment and headed over. No review can ever do justice to what David does. Like most massages, there’s a brief consultation beforehand to discuss problem areas, comfort zones, etc. However, I am convinced that David is the “body/muscle whisperer”, as he perfectly found and worked on every problem area I mentioned or felt throughout the course of the massage. He also assisted in some stretching to help out those problem areas. I left feeling relaxed, but the real relief came a day or two later when every problem area I’ve carried with me for the last year or so melted away from my back, neck, and shoulders. Truly, I believe David is a miracle worker. At the very least, he’s VERY good at what he does. I’d recommend David to anyone, but especially to someone who is tired of just getting a “back rub” elsewhere and wants to find some therapeutic relief.
