I contemplated whether I should provide a review of my recent experience at DEEPEX Beauty Salon. First, I've been getting services (lashes & Brows) at this company for about two years. I contemplated this review because the young lady who did my full lash on Saturday, 3/16/2024, around 10 am, was very pleasant, as usual. Unfortunately, lashes began to fall off on Monday, 3/18/2024, and on Tuesday, 3/20, half of the left eye came off. I went to the salon immediately after work to resolve the issue. Sabrina (lash tech) was rude and told me that I had to pay for a redo as it had been more than 24 hours since the services were provided. Sabrina appeared to be solely concerned with payments instead of resolving my issue as a dissatisfied customer. I told her no one mentioned I had 24 hours to report a problem. Furthermore, it was written anywhere in the facility. Sabrina continued with her pep talk while she worked on my lashes. The woman stated that I'm not the only one with this issue and that it happens regularly, Sabrina said: "We do use special lash glue," and "Other company uses crazy glue." She asked me if I took a break before getting the lashes done." Why did you not call the shop." This woman was so upset with me. I paid my hard-earned money to get my lashes done, and the tech failed to do a good job, and I'm blamed for it. As a person who works in law enforcement, I felt assaulted, and I wanted to call the police on this woman. She was very unprofessional. All I wanted was for her to fix the issue. However, Sabrina was very defensive. I'm a loyal customer and have been getting my lashes done at the salon for about two years. As a customer, I get her lashes done at least once a month. I did not deserve to be treated as such!

Amazing ! Hinah especially is the best. She is very knowledgeable about skin. I had gone to her for both waxing and makeup. You won’t regret it. Highly recommend!

Rude, I called for eyebrow threading they told me they only do for woman, i said thats ok because i want it to look feminine and they hung up on me. They are not queer friendly.

Her facials are so great. My skin just glows for weeks. And I love lash extensions. Especially when she has the discount sales. Eyebrow pro. Been going to this place for a while At least 5 yrs now.

I came here and I got eyelash extensions. 3 days later one came out and and then a piece from the front took off my real eyelashes and then dangled from my eyelash. It was extremely painful.

okay so first i would like to say that i literally tried different places and each place was so rude and the brows were just not even BUT THIS PLACE omg… 💗💗💗💗 she was soooo sweet, and clean, and the eyebrows im so in love with them. like she was so nice asked about the day, and she gave me helpful insight on what i should and shouldn’t do with my eyebrows you could tell that they know what they are doing. i love love love this place 💗💗

Hina, the owner is very nice. I've only gotten my lashes and eyebrows done. But she does an amazing job everytime. She has the best customer service skills, truly her whole aura and energy is amazing! She also has lovely jewelry and Sarees available for sale in the salon. I've got a few nose rings myself. Call first, and make sure she is in and then go get those lashes, eyebrows, facial or a wax done!

Hina is the ONLY only only person I will ever trust again with beauty. I've had lash and brow disasters in the past more times than I care to admit. After coming to Deepex, I will never go anywhere else ever again! If I move across the country I'll just have to deal with awful lashes and brows until I come back home. Trust me, a visit to Deepex is way more than worth it. Prices are so reasonable I almost feel guilty. Hina is warm and friendly, not to mention patient. And she does an excellent job!

This place is horrible I had got my eyelashes done Saturday the next day the corners started coming off I let it slide because it was one piece then the next day I take a shower and the lashes came off while I wash my face I’ve been trying to call and text the owner of this place and till this day I didn’t get a respond or a call back I wouldn’t recommend this place this is just a waste of money if you come and do your eyelashes your going to regret it i promise and this is not first time it’s happening to me
